Anglo university with a strong multiculturalism (lots of exchange students). Everybody is super friendly here and even though English is not your main language people like professors, workers and students can still understand you. I would recommend if you're looking for an experience like meeting new people from all around the world!

If you like to party, we've got you covered. If you prefer something smaller that's adaptable? Bishop's is for you. Even in large lectures, there's opportunity for personal attention. It's not McGill, nor is it trying to be. It's a small university in a desirable area and that attracts quality professors just like a big city school. The proximity to University de Sherbrooke is also a big advantage. I've had professors from there at Bishop's as well, and that expands your network into the big brother university.

Kuehner residence is top notch. The rooms are a nice size and well taken care of. The furniture have tons of storage and in great shape. The security system is excellent and the residence assistance are very accommodating.

Nice buildings, and a French atmosphere on a Anglican base. Redoing the athletic facilities in a few years. Some residences are cramped. Check out "Lost and Delirious" to see it in cinemax. The town of Lennoxville is kinda rundown. Lots of peeps from Ottawa. Supporting staff care more than profs, so ...

I’ve been studying there for 4 years The community there is so nice and friendly The faculty member are so helpful, they are so friendly, and they are always looking to make us comfortable The buildings are always clean, equipped with new technologies, and renovated It was more than a school, it was like a home where you can really be surrounded by good people and be in a nice culture The security are helpful to certain point! Much more than a university, Bishop's is an experience - and the best kind at that. You will gain a wealth of knowledge in an overall very supportive academic environment, make friends for life, and find yourself reminiscing constantly after you graduate and move on. Bishop's may very well be where you spend the best years of your life. I can't recommend it highly enough.
