I Would recommend this School. It has small class sizes- meaning you get a lot of One on One attention from your instructor. Super fast program, was done in 10 months. The Admin staff is always available and very helpful. Everyone always seems so Happy!

I am a current student at Reeves College in BBDM Course . I have not attended school for many years (10+) and was pretty nervous about coming back. I cant express enough how awesome the staff and teachers have been to me since i have started. Mary, my current instructor and the one i have spent most of my time with - has been so amazing !! She's approachable, very helpful , professional .. not to mention funny !. She's been such a huge encouragement for me, i couldn't possibly thank her enough . Seema is very kind , easy to talk to , welcoming and professional. I have found her classes very enjoyable, informative and is always sure that everyone is participating in class discussions . Essraa , she is a gem !. Easy to communicate and get along with, very efficient , professional and incredibly prompt . She made my transition from work life back into school less stressful - definitely!. Tyelle , SO HELPFUL ! She helped me out in a big way when i first started classes and was able to provide me with any information, tools and resources i have needed since being enrolled. Completed the MOA program at Reeves North. My instructor Shireen was amazing. Very knowledgeable and always there to help when needed. She was friendly but firm and made sure that all the students in the class were set up to be successful. I highly recommend this course and hope you receive Shireen as your instructor. I decided to go to this school after being laid off from my trade work. The legal program is thorough and very well taught. My course also included extensive Microsoft training that I will use throughout my upcoming career. Class sizes are small and the instructors are very dedicated. I graduate in a few weeks! At my age i decided to go back to school to update my accounting skills and learn how to do payroll. In this day and age everythig seems to be on line, not sure how I was goign to take to that but, Suzanne is my instructor for 99% of my courses and she is ASWESOME!!! Her lectures are great, and runs through all that is needed for each chapter. The lectures are recorded so you can review anytime afterwards if you get stuck. As well the students and Suzanne, are in chats to help when needed. I don't not feel left in the dark learning via on-line

I have a transfer certificate from Mount Royal College, 1st year apprenticeship from SAIT, and a U of C Degree, with a Major, and Minor. What I got from Reeves College was exactly what I needed. It is as good, and better, than all of the post secondary institutions I've attended!! It provided me with all the relevant skills to excel at my new profession. Every class was geared towards giving me the specifics for my success. I know what type of job I wanted coming into Reeves, and now I have it. I couldn't be happier! The negative reviews here are from former students, who in my opinion, don't understand how to utilize the tools Reeves teaches them. I personally listened to their complaints, and they were absurd. They blame Reeves for their own personal failings, and lack of understanding. The Instructors at Reeves provided the absolute best instruction I've received throughout my extensive post secondary experiences!! They provided the environment that allowed me to truly absorb everything taught, which I apply everyday at my job that I love. I couldn't have asked for better. If you know what you want in life, Reeves is the institution that will aid you in getting there. If you put in the work, they will provide the tools for YOU to achieve your potential.

Reeves College has been a great place for me to learn about addictions. The facility itself is quite outdated. But the people here are totally committed to their clients the students. They are very quick to get back to you with an answer to a question. My teacher has given a lot of positive feedback about my involvement in class. The program has attracted a lot of different people all with the same goal to understand addictions. I have learned so much about myself from being here. I would highly recommend this program and location to anyone looking to upgrade or change careers and learn.

I can say as a manager that hires students, that after a while we would no longer even accept applications from students that went through these kinds of schools. All the kids had great marks but were way, way over represented in their resumes to the point of outright lying. We would ask them the simplest questions on subjects they were supposed to have mastered and they had no idea of how to answer and would have to look it up and get back to us. After a while we gave up and saved ourselves the wasted time and simply no longer accepted applications from these schools. They seem to be money making machines who do the pump and dump with the unwary students who had paid out big bucks to end up with a useless degree no one could respect.

Reeves College is a pretty good school. The classes can get difficult at times with the amount of information you need to take in with the time you have to learn it. Reeves College helps to get you ready for the real world. I am sad to see Ashleigh and Shawn go they are also so supportive.

I do not recommend going here. It’s way too pricy; try 4 times the cost for some programs compared to other schools. The courses/programs are not accredited, and you can not transfer credits. <— that is IMPORTANT people The “instructors” are not certified to teach in some cases, and/or unable to adequately do their jobs. Office politics interferes with everything, hands down. There is no follow up/help with gaining meaningful employment like they promise. The “entrance exam” is a joke. It’s a waste of time and money for you, I guarantee it.

I haven't been in school for almost five years. being in college with a child and part time work sounded a bit scary. But signing up was easy and stress free. As well as zoom classes and school work as well as the teachers are really easy going. Its fast-paced but as long as you are on time regularly and listen well to the instructors they don't give you no more than you can handle. They take into consideration we have lives apart from school, and I would definitely 100% recommend this to my fellow single mom friends out there.

I've had a lot of experience with this school and taking my second year, the teachers are wonderful with all the students and help individually when needed....and the admin staff are wonderful....they have gone above and beyond to help me with things that they didn't have to, even in times of stress on their part ( during a huge move to a new building )...I would definitely attend here again and would recommend them to anyone looking to further their education.

Reeves College in my honest experience offers you the opportunity to learn and achieve the all you need to get in to a great career. You really are only as successful based on how much you put in to really learning and absorbing the ton of knowledge the course offers. Like everything in life you have to put the effort and have self discipline. The ones in my opinion that are not successful are either not fitted for the specific career or are not putting in the hard work and research as required. As an MOA program student , I had the pleasure to be instructed by Shireen Gul who delivered the course in a very professional and scientific manner. Moreover, she was very friendly , helpful and understanding. She was paying extra effort to deliver the knowledge because of the online tuition which needs special talents from the instructor to do so. Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to physically meet other staff members, or to use any of the building facilities, but I can say that everyone was cooperative and helpful, and I did not face any obstacles or difficulties in dealing with any issue related to my program or fees.

I started in school in dec 2020 and I was so intimidated being a 30 year old and going back to school that I was so nervous going into it as it was. When I first entered I was placed in this one class and it was a male teacher and it was right before christmas break, so it was a bit of a rushed feeling. We were unable to be provided our ebooks right away due to a update on the schools end so the teacher I had did the best he could to supply us with the most information needed for the first midterm. However, with this teacher it was difficult to communicate with him and have answers provided when we as students had questions. So I took this into my consideration and how I learned, and i decided to communicate with the school and they were so understanding and decided to be transferred to another class with another teacher, Miss. Sara. I was in such a turmoil stage and had serval panic attacks being transferred into another course but it already felt so different in the aspect of the environment of teacher and students. Sara has such an amazing understanding and perspective and never makes anyone feel like they are little or unknowledgeable. She takes her time to understand and allows us to ask questions and being engaged. She takes her time to get to know us and have such a broad understanding that there are so many styles, types and interests people have and never holds it against someone. I felt so accepted by her and my classmates I never want to leave school and I owe that to SARA!!!!! So thank you reeves for allowing me to be where I am and feel this support!

I had the most wonderful experience and time of my life. It has been 41 yrs since my last grad of grade 12 and I felt so at home with the place and especially the people. All of my instructors were awesome and realizing what limited time they had to instruct us they did above and beyond in achieving that, which I did. Best decision made was having Suzanne Schmidt as my AT instructor, as I was taught not only accounting but was taught how to expand that knowledge and use it in my future endeavors and all because of her as my instructor. I wanted to give back to my community, and believe that addiction counselling would provide me with the satisfaction of this new field. The staff have always been pleasant, and accommodating. The instructor for my program, Gord, comes with a background in social services, and has a wealth of information. He is patient, caring, and fosters a student teacher relationship from the very beginning. I can say that you earn your marks with the program and you get out of it what you put into it. I have been at it since Aug 2017, its intensive, and when it is complete, I believe I will feel a sense of accomplishment. To the staff and Gord, thank you for what you do.

Do your research, public colleges are way cheaper for the programs and if you go here it's not designed to help you upgrade so your credits will cost you an extra year of school and additional $20K . 3 weeks after finding this out cost me $5K . I do not recommend, I felt they wanted to sign me up quickly and not actually ask you about your career goals in the long run.

I suspected that the business I was working for was going to do layoffs, so I looked for a college to refresh my skills, learn new ones and have a current diploma to show on my future job search. Reeves North had the Accounting and Payroll Admin program which fit perfectly with my needs. Along with the core program classes they teach the complete Microsoft Office suite programs and some very useful classes on business communicating and resume preparation. All of the instructors were friendly and approachable. So glad I made the decision to go to Reeves. I was eventually laid off, and with my new diploma was able to find a new job within a month. Best decision ever.

I would like to leave this review in Hope's of helping anyone who has intentions to attend this "school" and prevent then from making a huge mistake and being taken for money in an already difficult time. I was attending a business course at Reeves while still working my fulltime job. I ended up taking a couple months off as work was becoming very busy and I had no way to balance the two and could not choose school over my job as I have two children to care for. I was told by all members of faculty I would indeed be aloud to take the few months off and would have no issues returning to finish the 4 months I had left of my course. After I was ready to return I was informed they cancelled the course I was taking and no longer offered it and therefore would not be aloud to finish it. I was taken for 10,000 dollars. I asked if there was anything I can do to either get part of my money back as I had paid my full tuition or if I could continue with a different course. I was then told my only option was to choose a new course and pay another 20,000. I have no since recieved a letter in the mail saying I owe 450 for the second half of my textbook fees which I never even got the chance to use or recieve. This school is all about money and not about bettering its students futures. I hope that some of you will see this and do your research before wasting your time and making a choice that affects your life so negatively as it has mine.

With the help from the staff and teachers I have seen a positive change in myself, with more confidence and discipline.This life changing experience will carry me forward for the rest of my life. The work is not easy, however nothing is unless you work for it. This school provides a fast paced accelerated programs and should only be attempted by someone who is ready and focused to commit to full time education, even though they offer half day classes you have to be mature enough to do the required work for an accelerated course, otherwise, you will be frustrated.

I did my MOA course just over a year ago at Reeves College North. Shireen Gul was my instructor for the medical side of things, and one of the best teachers I have ever had. Personable, friendly and easy to understand; she was always willing to go the extra mile to help her students. There wasn't an answer to a question she didn't know and if you are interested in this field I can't recommend highly enough that you take her classes.

I had and have a great experience with the Reeves College North staff. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. "Go back to school" it's not easy , especially that English is not my first language and I finished high school 20+ years ago. The staff and the instructors are amazing, friendly, opened and ready to help you manage with the course. I have Shireen as MOA instructor, and all I can say is that she is fantastic, really helpful and whatever questions I had or things that I didn't understand, regarding the course , she explained it again, patiently without making me feel like I didn't pay attention or to offend me. Shireen, you're the best and thank you for everything.

I have had Ms. Mary Afzaly as my instructor for Fundamentals of Computers, Microsoft Word and now Microsoft Excel, she is a fantastic teacher, explains things clearly and is super helpful if you are struggling. She keeps classes moving at a great pace not to fast or slow. Ms. Afzaly will to adjust to you as much as she can within course time-line so that you have every opportunity to be successful. I have absolutely enjoyed every class she has taught and she gives the positive support and gets me excited about my future. One of my best decisions was becoming a student of Reeves College.

If your thinking of going to this college don't, they promise you that after graduating they will assist you in finding a job and will be doing follow ups, post graduation nothing of that sort happened with me. I graduated in February 2016 still no job and no follow up on their side on how I am doing. During the admission interview they said these marks and classes will be counted towards universities, but no when I tried to apply to a University they said these are not valid classes. I highly recommend you to not come here. Very bad service and not living up to the expectations they had set during admission.

My first course has been with Mary A who truly is a gem, she goes above and beyond to make sure we understand what we are learning and what is expected of us to be completed. Also super understanding of her students that do have kids and balancing work and school.
