I successfully finished my course as BMA on year 2004 to 2005 at CDI College Millwoods, When I asked my Diploma they hold it because they said I owed them in the amount of $2,000.00. They did not mention this to me at all before I start the course. They told me before, that my Tuition Fee is all covered from the Government I wasn't able to pay them right away in that time because I just finished and I did not able to get a job right away so they put me in the Collection Agency. When I got a job I paid in full my owe to the Collection Agency. Then, I called CDI to get my Diploma they said they will call me back once they can find it. I called them many times but I got the same answer that they will call me back. I wait and wait for almost 5 months until I heard that the CDI Colleges is burned. However, I follow up if they able to find my Diploma still the answer not yet. Meaning to say in 5 months that I wait they didn't do anything before the building is burned. I was so upset and frustrated to them that I only waste my time, money and effort but everything is goes in the garbage. After few years I call again to follow up, they give me a phone number to whom I can contact. So I call again but I've been transferred to the different Department until I when to nowhere and somewhere until today. Nothing I got nothing at all. My advise don't go to that School they are unorganized they are not able to issue the Diploma to Student. Don't waste your time! Ralf

DON’T GO HERE. It’s way over priced for what you are getting. I have books that still have the plastic wrap on them. All the staff members just gossip all day You have instructors who are lazy and don’t care about students. Also you have this mean receptionist lady that swears all the time. don’t be fooled by these fake and pressured reviews. MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GOING AND RESEARCH THE STAFF WORKING THERE. THIS SCHOOL GOT SUED FOR NOT TEACHING STUDENTS PROPERLY.

I have successfully completed the MOA and Addictions courses with this campus. The staff are friendly and the courses are informative. I am currently back taking the BAM course, bringing me one step closer to my end goal. Having to be here everyday, learning the material and the interactive classes, have given me the tools to do my job and taught me a better work ethic. The teacher I have for BAM is able to relate real life scenarios to the scenarios given in the book. Owning multiple businesses, he really knows his stuff. I have had teachers in the past do this same thing, as I'm a social learner, this is the best way for me to learn. If I ever decide to take something else after this course, I'll definitely check CDI first.

Marlene checknita did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable and welcome during our consultation, she really took the time to get to know me and my needs as I’m a single mother so I don’t have as much support financially so choosing the Right course the first time is essential. She asked allot of questions and assured me she could help me pick the right course for my needs and interests! I would definitely recommend a meeting with Marlene.

If you are a self-motivated and determined individual, CDI College-Edmonton North campus is for you. The instructions here are phenomenal and will work with you as long as you are willing to put the effort in for yourself! Do not expect to walk in and have everything handed to you, because remember you started this for yourself and its going to take all of yourself to succeed. Stay focused, work hard, do your part and you will succeed! Look at me, I am almost to my practicum start date; which I have a placement for; and I have honors in every one of my classes! I did that while raising my three children and travelling from south of Leduc, where I call home! So, if I can do it, WHY CAN"T YOU!

I've had the pleasure of working for this amazing company for over 3 years now. I appreciate the positive environment and energetic atmosphere. It's wonderful to see the passion the instructors have when teaching their classes and ensuring the success of their students. I have the opportunity to meet the majority of the students before they begin studies, and to witness the transition from the beginning to the end is beautiful. You can see the uncertainty in their eyes at first...but when they cross the stage to collect their diplomas the light in their eyes is beaming of confidence and self respect! They DID IT! It is sad to see them go, but knowing they've acquired the tools necessary from their education here to enable them to confidently and comfortably embark on a new journey out there is a great feeling. I'm glad to be apart of that. Changing Lives Through Education is a rewarding experience. If a person is looking for change in their life, getting an education is a perfect starting point. Well its getting to be that time I am almost done my 10 month MOA program here at CDI Edmonton North. I can say with 100% that I wouldn't have been able to get through it without the help from all the staff here at CDI. The staff here are amazing and made the transition of going back to school amazing. I would like to thank all the staff especially Faiqa, Lori, Tammy, Ashley, Merrel, and Elia for all your help! The teaching style is very one on one and you can tell that the teachers are genuinely there to help you and want to see you succeed. After I read some of the reviews online before I went I was a bit nervous about what my experience would be like but I have very much enjoyed the past 10 months and I am going to miss everyone that I have had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know. I would recommend this school to anyone who is thinking of going back to school. I will remember my experience at CDI forever and will take my experience from this school into my new career. Disappointed with the lack of professionalism within the institution, especially with the high amount you have to pay. A diploma/degree from this school means absolutely nothing in the work force. Their statistics on successful students is purely fake. The first person you will speak with is a salesman who is trained to draw you in, and the rest of the office staff are unprofessional and not helpful. Having CDI College on your resume is a huge turn off to most employers and it is a waste of money. This is not a school for business, it's just a business.

All the instructors strive to make sure you have all the knowledge and experience that is needed to start your career with in-class courses, self-directed computer courses and a practicum. Staff and students have worked hard to create a supportive and loving atmosphere by connecting each other with school wide activities, and making a community within the school. I took the responsibility to work hard, met my instructors half way to showed them I deserved it. I didn’t expect everything to handed to me. I love how close and connected the whole campus is and how we all get along as one unit working together for one goal. My teacher Celena is fantastic and teaches to our needs and makes sure we understand a concept before moving forward. It is a very hard and overwhelming course but I am learning so much and happy with the progress that this school is helping me achieve.

CDI College North is the greatest College. I've never would expect a College to be so Friendly and FUN, they treat you like you're family, and it was amazing. I've learned a lot from CDI College ( I was a Networking Student) never knew anything about networking till i came to the college. I've build great relationships with the staff/students, it was the worse feeling when i graduated knowing that it was the end of my journey. I'd love to have a career with CDI College so i can share my knowledge with students. Great College and i would recommend my family, friends and anyone else who wants to get their foot in the door.

At the beginning, I was a bit reluctant going to CDI due to the bad reviews that I read previously, but my experience has been really positive. The staff at CDI is amazing. From the receptionist to all the different teachers and the support staff. I took MOA with Ms. Inna and I will never forget this wonderful woman for the rest of my life. The staff is not judgemental and fair. They do not care about your past and they really want you to succeed no matter if you are young or old, have 10 kids and have a blue face. I will really miss my teachers when I completely finish because some of them feel like family members. Yes, CDI is a bit steep but nothing is perfect and whenever something was unpleasant for me, everyone listened to me and made me feel understood. I believe that when you are being out of school for a few years, it is hard to return but CDI North makes the transition really smooth so in the end I consider it as an investment on myself. My only suggestion is that all CDI would offer different pace programs because everyone works at a different speed and it would be fun to go back to the work world quicker if a student can.

I graduated with honours from the BAM course and believe if you're willing to put in the hard work you will succeed as well. My experience from CDI College North Campus has been very positive; from the admissions staff, who don't push you to the instructors, who do push you to think and work outside your comfort zone, to the practicum and employment specialist who help you gain experience and a career afterward. If you're willing to learn and do the homework, the staff at the College are willing to make sure you succeed!

The massage program at cdi North is really good. You get a lot of one on one time with the teacher and they really are passionate about what they do! If you want to take massage Shanna and Celena are amazing teachers and they really take a lot of time to make sure you understand the information.

Renata Maione was always friendly and always willing to help and her door was always open if you needed to talk. I am so sad to be leaving now that my course is done. I started out as a student at this campus in 2008. The staff was always helpful and friendly. In January of 2009 i became an employee here. My co workers are an amazing group of people and we all work so well as a team. We make sure that the students also have fun with plenty of activities throughout the year. Whether it is a hot dog sale, halloween costume contest or ugly christmas sweater day. The annual massage a thon and student appreciation bbq are just a few. It has been a great 10 years working here.
