Very good they brought back the bagel here I wish they would do that where I'm from the staff was very nice and accommodating we were traveling through the Yukon just trying to get some food on our way out and so we cannot go inside the store so we were at the drive-thru and there was a mistake on our order and instead of having us go back to where they fix it right there at the window was very kind of them

Quick and friendly service, sat down to enjoy my breakfast and was greeted by the who I think must be the franchisee, nice environment friendly staff food was good and fresh. No coffee refills dispute soda refills. This place would be great and better than Tim's if they would not cheap out and just give a coffee refill. Every other McDonald's on earth gives at least one refill on coffee. The miserable six ounce coffee is not enough for the meal.

Look, its a McDonald's. What exactly do you expect? That being said, the staff here are nice people, who work in a difficult environment. I have been a frontline Paramedic for 13 years, and many people think that's a hard job. I did an hour working the drive through window for McHappy days in support of charity. It was an eye opening experience. I genuinely would not be able to work in McDonald's long term. It feels more stressful than EMS. So what I'm trying to say is, show a little courtesy to the hard working Whitehorse McDonalds staff. I will say they seem to make errors in orders notably less frequently than other McDonald's I have been to.

Went to this restaurant tonight and was not impressed. We went through the drive thru and ordered big mac's with no buns because of a diet that I am on. It was ordered and we got our order correctly, however we could hear a worker inside making fun of the burger, about the way it looked and how it smelled, and also sarcastically stating that she would be getting her burgers that way from now on and laughing loudly. I do not think that this is acceptable behavior at all!!!

I used to work here, my advice? don't. I gave them two years of my life and I was called a liar from start to finish, there is a queen bee at that restaurant and anybody who disagrees is cut off at the legs. The persistent problems they face, instead of addressing them are just labelled "Yukon" problems. Oh and there is an 'English' only policy, it's not written down because it's illegal - but talk in your mother tongue and the queen bee will get you. Glad I got out - sad I wasted my time there. They are ignoring all requests for employment verification too, so I may loose my conditional job offer at another place because they simply do not care. They treat leaving as some form of back stabbing and are spiteful. Ask a student who doesn't return on summer breaks.

Best place in town. Go through the drive thru! Quick and fast. Edit: Changing my review. This place did not fulfill their end of a contract that was signed between them and myself. They never gave me my promotions back from a previous employment at another McDonalds and they would not move me to kitchen to releave me from the stress of drive thru, even though i have ample skills in all areas of McDonalds restaurants. They also would not respect religious needa for having a day off a week on the Sabbath. The list can go on but this place was a horrible McDonald's to work at. They treat employees second rate.

I know it's not common, but I love McDonald's. For fast-food, McDonald's does a pretty great job. This McDonald's is almost always clean. The coffee here is probably the best for a regular drip coffee, and for an excellent price. This cost me 30 cents with a filled out card with stickers :) Apparently it's Monopoly Season at McDonald's now so gooood luck ????

Make sure you have them check your order at the drive thru. I have had to stop going to this drive thru since they got my order wrong 4 times in a row. I can't afford to just waste a $20-$30 food order and hope it is maybe what I ordered. Unfortunately when I called the store they were unwilling to help me and instead they lost a costumer. The obvious thing to do here would have been to offer a prepaid card equal to the approximate dollar value they had wrongfully charged me. Also the fact that 4 consecutive times in the drive thru my order was wrong just goes to show you how poorly managed this place is. I'm talking like simple breakfast orders of a few meals right off the menu, no special requests. I would recommend you go to Tim Hortons instead.

I do not understand why anybody dislikes McDonald’s. I live in Haines AK where fast food is a foreign concept. The food here is fresher and tastier than anything you can order to eat in Haines. In addition, I waited only 5 minutes for it despite the fact that there was a dinner rush of about 300 orders. These guys are running one successful business. Thank you McDonalds.

Says they are open 24 hours however good luck getting anything but coffee at 2 am because the last 3 times I've went, they have told me the systems are down and that its gonna take 25 minutes to be able to ring in my order but if I had cash I could buy a coffee with exact change. Same 2 people working each time I've been told this as well. Might as well close if you aren't going to serve the public during the hours of operation.

Terrible. Watched as not 3.. not 4.. but 5 orders were given out before mine. All I ordered was a hot choc mcwrap and egger. Very basic items. The worse was when I went to the cash I asked for a refund the cashier had to get the manager, he eventually came from the back, tapped a couple keys on the machine and walked away. He didn't care why or what the refund was for. The cashier apologized (thank you) but I told her he was a terrible manager if he doesn't care for his place. First time in Canada! Moving (driving) from Alaska to Louisiana. We stopped by to use the drive thru and save time. I'm southern (usa) and the person taking the order struggled to understand me. I don't blame them for that. It just made things a little more difficult when ordering. The individual let me know, with their tone, that they didn't enjoy it. The employees didn't seem thrilled to be working or serving customers, and were a bit unorganized. They tried to give us someone else's order. They quickly corrected this issue when we pointed it out. The food was hot and good McDonalds food. The fries were fresh and salty and seemed to be cooked in clean oil. Typical McDonald's employee vibe. A bit unorganized. Food was hot and good. People were a 3 star at best and food was a 5 star, so I settled on 4. If you go for a coffee, fries, nuggets, or pretty much anything else during their busy times - be prepared to be asked to pull over to the left (even if you see your order waiting on the counter). 07/09/2019, Approx 650-725pm. This may possibly be the worse McDonald's franchise in Canada. Two lanes at drive thru both had cars in them. One lane was down and we ended up reversing out with 3 other cars, 2 drove off and myself and one other car got into the other lane. As the outer lane continued to roll forward, the inner lane had cars repeatedly wait at order screen and then back out. Upon arriving at the order screen, I asked the csr if they were aware the other lane was down, she said no and I told her that cars were getting backed up and then reversing. She became immediately defensive and condescending with the attitude that it was none of my business. In addition to having a teenager talk to me incredibly rudely she refused to add a large water to my order! She said she couldn't as it was dollar drink days. After all the thousands of dollars I've spent at McDonald's the least they could do is give me free water! When I got to the window I asked to speak to the manager on duty, if I remember correctly his name was Graeme. I told him what happened, he stared at me blankly, said nothing and I was flabbergasted! I told him after customers give constructive feedback it would be good to acknowledge the comments by saying something or with verbal nods- he said ya well it was my fault I was doing something with that lane. I said in the future a good idea would be to put a sign up even if it's temporary. I also communicated i was only mentioning what happened as they were missing out on business and that giving feedback wasn't an attack on them. He said well we're super busy right now and cars are backing up. Poorly trained staff that need more coaching in customer service. Running a business is not just about giving a product it's also about customer service and being polite to those your serving/paying for a service. There are better deserving businesses in Whitehorse that could use your business besides this one. :p

Went through the drive through this morning to order breakfast. The person who took our order kept cutting us off when we were trying to order (rushing us). When we got to the window to pay our order was wrong. We corrected it, paid and went to the next window to pick up. When we went there our iced coffee was ordered as a large but we were given a medium. We asked to have it corrected. They just dumped my old iced coffee into a large cup and topped it off with more coffee. Also I would like to note that the employees at the window where we got our food were rude and abrupt - handed our bag to us and just shut the window without saying anything. When we received the iced coffee the colour was darker and it tasted disgusting. So we had to go back and go into the restaurant. The employee in there just kept asking me if its regular like 1 cream and 1 sugar - I have been ordering iced coffees for a while and have never been asked that question. In fact I thought it was a liquid syrup that was used as sugar. I kept telling him that I don't know what he's asking and that I ordered a large iced coffee. He just kept repeating the same thing. When we got this second remade coffee it was still dark and tasted awful. It ended up in the garbage with only a sip being taken. This location sucks and so do the people that work there. No one was helpful and we lost money ordering and buying something that wasnt made right so many times. If you cant follow the screen and make the order that is on it then you shouldn't be working there. It should not take 3 times to make 1 item and even then it was not edible. Just incompetence all around and I'm not sure where the manager on shift was because it was a gong show in there.

Any time I've went to Yarmouth mcdonalds they've never gotten my order right so I stop buying the food.
