The place was great with the previous owners. Now the owner is a non-local and has turned the place into a strange coffee/convenience store hybrid. The new owner had all of us re-purchase our long standing loyalty tags. I guess all the employees were new and didn't recognize the customers. Last time I went he had me stand out in the rain until the one customer in the store left - I'm mask exempt, and there was one customer in the large store, and it was very easy to socially distance. He said it was "the rules"...it's not in the rules, no other store has ever emptied out the store to serve me. He had his next customer wait in the rain until I was done, effectively hurrying me along and making me stand out. I bought what I needed but will never be going back - this isn't a "local" store anymore, anyway. I can order my coffee from the manufacturer at the same price, get it delivered to my door, and not have to deal with being treated like I'm unclean.

New Manager Mike is friendly. Tried to purchase the Timmy’s French Vanilla KPods. Owner sold me a box of Timothy’s French Vanilla latte. Realized after leaving the store that it was cappuccino I needed. Went back in just a few mins (about 10 mins) later to try to exchange. Was told by the new owner that he couldn’t exchange the SEALED box b/c of COVID. Not good business practice to use COVID as an excuse for not exchanging a never opened box. Wasn’t about to argue or discuss this; obviously ridiculous. Try to use small business when I can, but will not be returning to this store. Not a good start for customer service.

A five star rating of a coffee store you’d think would be hard from someone who doesn’t drink coffee (me). :) But this place is pretty cool. They have a huge wall of k-cups in a large variety of flavours. (Not just coffee, hot chocolates, etc.) You can mix and match all the flavours you want; buying as little as one k-cup. The staff have always been very friendly and you can sample a k-cup coffee/hot beverage while you shop. The location has ample parking. The store is spacious and clean with lots of displays. Great job!

Fantastic local shop. Mike is a real gem. Lot of selection - oodles of different coffee pods for me, and syrups/teas for the wife. Bought a new Keurig Elite machine and a pile of coffee for a great price. Will absolutely come back here to re-stock once I'm out of coffee. Highly recommended.
