If your out there looking for a car. Please look up Larry. Go to woodstock mazda dont wast your time anywhere else, like i have done in the past.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I use to go here for a simple seasonal tire change because my car is a new Mazda. They have damaged my vehicle twice while changing the tires which doesn’t seem that difficult to do. First time they bent the disc and I drove it 7 hours back home which could have been dangerous. The second time they bent the body above the tire. The owner refuses to take responsibility for the damages even though he wrote me saying “ if they did damage the car they would have told you” .... funny that they DID NOT each time. I also watched the mechanic try to open my door while on the hoist, in which the door hit the hoist. I do not recommend this dealership since it isn’t professional, they don’t treat you very nicely especially if your a women. Thank god this isn’t my primary dealership because my main one treats you like VIP.

I recently purchased a beautiful Stormy Blue Mica 2009 MX-5 Miata GS from Dubois Mazda, and overall, had a fantastic experience! I dealt with Jay Allison, the Sales Manager. I live over an hour away from Woodstock, and I had a lot of questions about details on the car, before I drove all that way to see it, and Jay was more than happy to help, answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable about the Miata. To alleviate any concerns I had, he put together a personalized video, just for me, showing me the car and the details I asked about. That made an amazing difference, and I really appreciated the extra effort he went through to do that! When my wife and I came to test drive the Miata, we brought my golf clubs along, to verify that they would fit in the trunk. Not only did Jay point this out in the video, but the dealer owner himself, Greg Dubois, came out to personally show me the technique needed to get a full set of clubs, and cart bag, into the trunk! (The driver needs to go in separately) I would highly recommend Dubois Mazda to anyone. Zoom Zoom!

Mazda Woodstock is the best !!! I have been with them for many many years I purchased my first car from them and never looked back !! I will always drive a Mazda car !!!! The service is remarkable.. all around from Jay to the mechanics .. always very clean and pleasant ... today my Mazda decided not to start as it has been sitting so not Mazdas fault and A lady that was still at the office (it was after 5pm) wish I could remember her name ?... within minutes saved me and gave me a boost she was wonderful !!! She is also leaving a note for service that I will be coming in tomorrow for a new battery !! They are the best !!! Thanks so much MAZDA WOODSTOCK

I have bought many vehicles over the years but nowhere have I had the amazing service that my wife and I have received. Our sales associate Larry was very detailed and knowledgeable in answering all our questions. Then we were introduced to Jay and Sarah, sales manager and business manager, they were all incredible. Working with us to make our purchase fit our needs. All 3 went beyond any expectations anyone can hope for when making such a big purchase. We then met the owner of the dealership who was plowing the car lot, apparently he is hands on all the time not afraid to get his hands dirty. In my books that's the type of business I want to deal with. I cannot say enough about Dubois Mazda, you all should be proud of yourselves. Thank you so much. Sam, Troy, Sue.

My wife and I drove 160km to do business with Jay Allison, sales manager at Dubois Mazda. I was not disappointed. I traded my Miata for a newer model. The price Jay quoted was reasonable and the after sale service superb. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my new (zoom, zoom) car and followed up several times. In the process I also dealt with Sarah, the business manager, who was equally friendly and professional. I even had a conversation with Greg Dubois, the owner, all seemed to appreciate my business. It was a much more personal and pleasant experience than one usually receives at any big city dealership. I would not hesitate to do business with the people at Dubois Mazda again and would recommend anyone to do the same.

I'm waiting to go get my vehicle. I sent an online request for an appointment I was expecting that I would get a phone call this morning saying we are full. Then I could have took it somewhere else. Now nobody can take my car out for a test drive until who knows when because they are all booked up for the next 4 days. Then I listed a few things that were concerning they only dealt with one. This could have been a way better experience if I had of gotten a phone call saying we are all booked up for the next 4 days. Rather than bring it in. Oh sorry I don't even know when someone can come take it out for a test drive. No we only looked at the issue it was brought in for. It was brought in for 3! So very disappointed. There is a lady there beside Gerry who was the one I was communicating with... that's why I'm giving a star its for her.

JAY JAY JAY. I recently purchased CX5 from this dealership and I am extremely pleased with the customer service and have become a huge fan of their sales team. It amazes me how nicely they get things done for their customers. I am the kinda person who changes cars every three years and I have always financed or bought my cars on cash as I drive a lot. I have been doing this since the last 20 years but this time I chose to lease as Jay was patient enough to explain to me each and every option and the sweet unlimited kilometers warranty Mazda provides. It makes more sense to lease now then to buy as no other car brand in Canada does that. I have dealt with numerous dealerships before but never came across someone like Jay before. He is unique, he took me through the whole process and helped me get a great deal on my trade. He made sure every bit of the process is transparent and there are no hidden charges like other dealers add. He is a no nonsense man. If you are going for Mazda (which I strongly recommend) you should go and see him. He will go out of his way to help you. He made sure my car was ready on time with all the extra fittings I added to the order. I couldn't believe this dealership has this less reviews when people like Chad and Jay work here. Can't thank you enough guys. This relationship will go a long way!

I went into Mazda to gain more information on financing a vehicle. After being approved and having some time to think about it, I had a change in heart and contacted my sales rep to cancel. I spoke with Jay Allison. Upon informing him of my decision, Jay began to speak very loud and rudely. To be frank, it was equivalent to a child throwing a tantrum. I was taken aback by his language as he had been very informative and seemingly helpful prior to this. I would never recommend Jay Allison with this being his attitude towards potential customers. I am deeply disappointed. If you are looking at dealing with Mazda, safe yourself the unnecessary confrontation and ask for a different sales rep.

I had to scary incidents in my car with my two year old son. 2 years in a row now where my tires have completely come loose putting our lives in danger. Not even an apology from anyone and they offered me a free service to them. I do not recommend as they do not follow protocols and skip steps when it comes to safety. I had to show them how to clean hubs to prevent erosion on rotors. I still see the fear in my child's eyes as my car aggressively vibrated down the road and almost losing control. This could have been worse. I fear for others so please be safe out there I do not recommend Dubois Mazda for any servicing needs.

Dubois Mazda... very glad I didn't buy my car there. I have a Mazda 6 and on a few occasions they were no help at all! One time I needed a new wiper and they wouldn't fix it. I had a nail in my tire and they said they wouldn't be able to fix it for at least a week. I had a tire pressure issue and they wouldn't top up my tires. Recently I had two flat tires and my roadside assistance was great and towed it from Cambridge to Woodstock where I was hoping they would help but once again they didnt. I went to the dealership first thing the next day, They didn't greet me and looked at me like "why are you here", made me feel like I was a burden for being there and having my car in their parking lot. They made my situation more stressful, didn't offer any suggestions or any help at all, And said my tires wouldn't be covered under warranty. I told them they should be since it wasn't my fault and the guy was rude and said "how wasn't it your fault?" I hit a pot hole on the highway and it popped both of my tires and damaged my rims. And when I asked for my key fob that the tow truck guy left in the box, the guy just slid it down the counter and didn't say anything. I left and called London city Mazda (where I bought my car) and they were EXTREMELY helpful and even arranged a tow truck for me to get it to london and gave me a deal on the towing. When I went back in to Dubois Mazda to let them know I had a tow truck on the way they just looked at me and said nothing. I have never had any issues with any other Mazda dealerships but this one, in my hometown. I would never buy a vehicle from Dubois Mazda ever. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there while waiting for the tow truck. It's too bad that Google wouldn't let me rate lower than 1 star because they don't deserve any. I'm very disappointed with how I was treated in a time of need.

While I didn't buy my CX-9 from them - I can only review my experiences with their service department. Firstly, when I bought my car - it was from a dealership in Toronto purchased as a demo. After much searching - it was the best option for me. Shortly after I bought it, it was suggested (by the dealership that I purchased from) that I update the Infotainment System. Experience # 1 - When I booked the update with the Woodstock dealership, they were rude, and rather than show kindness that I would become a regular service customer, they treated me like they were doing me a favour. Explained that they should be charging me (despite the fact that the update is under warranty), and even presented me with a bill for the due amount and then told me I didn't have to pay it. I asked for help with the Infotainment system and the same person who told me they don't use the system themselves, insisted they be the one to help me with a technical problem I was having. He solved nothing for me and just left me feeling like my time was wasted. All and all - very poor experience. Experience # 2 - I attempted to book my scheduled service with them and asked to be educated about what it entails. I was given bare minimum details and quoted over $80 for and oil, filter and inspection. When I inquired about updating my software again, I was told I would have to pay the $27 fee. Out of curiosity, I contacted a dealership out of town and was quoted $50 for the same thing and offered a complimentary car wash and and was told they would be happy to include a software update. The gentleman I spoke with was happy, kind and VERY informative. The same could not be said for Woodstock Mazda. As a matter of fact, when I called to cancel my service, I was thanked for the call. No attempt to re-book or inquire about why I chose to cancel.

I've had three vehicles from Dubois Mazda and all vehicles were exceptional. Jay Allison took care of me each time. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to Dubois Honda. Also, ignore the troll giving the 1-star review because the Bongo van isn't available in Canada. This small local family owned business has no control over what Mazda canada decides to offer.
