Brennan told my friend not to get a civic type r because she will “burn the clutch” and it’s not good for winter… the type r is fwd & works perfectly in comfort mode as the torque is reduced, paired with proper winter tyres it’s a perfectly capable winter car. Not that it matters but my friend drives my manual bmw m2 just fine, she went in asking for a manual & specifically the civic type r, makes no sense why she was judged & advised against pursuing a civic type r.

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2017 CR-V. Jeff our sales guy was amazing to deal with. We shopped a lot of different car options & dealerships and we ultimately purchased with Jeff because of how he treated my wife and I during the purchase. We’re both younger and find it difficult to find people who will take us seriously when shopping for a big ticket item. If it wasn’t for Jeff we would not have purchased a car from here as we found Brendan the sales manager to be very off-putting. When we first went to the dealership we met Brendan and he didn’t take us seriously. He never offered us a test drive or even pricing on the car. My wife really liked the look of the CR-V so we decided to go back again and that’s when we met Jeff. He took the time to go through the different trim levels, options, pricing and even a test drive. We didn’t purchase on the spot but went back 3 months later after we had done some more car shopping and decided on the CR-V touring. So far we’ve had the car for about a month and love it! If you’re thinking about buying a Honda go see Jeff! If you’re thinking of the CR-V go with the touring, you’ll love all the extra features it comes with.

Dubois Honda is an example to be emulated by other dealerships when it comes to providing customer service. I reached out to to Chris, who referred me to his son, Stephane. And boy o boy, what a visit I had! Never for even a second I felt being pushed or pressured. The service center team did an amazing job on my Passport. The deal I got for my new lease offer was so good that I had only one option: To just accept it :) The Financial Services Manager, Ian, is a thorough professional and knows how to make sure the client does not feel cornered. The icing was, when I was about to leave, Chris on a trot comes to thank me in the parking lot. The Dubois family and their staff are simply over the top. Very bad experience, My car needed suspension components replaced while they were working on it they broke adjuster arm and asked me to pay for it and left me without car for for 3 days and no help was offered. (I live in Kitchener and work in Woodstock ). 400 job ended up with double the price Brought my car in to switch tires , broke 2 TPMS sensor and told me that they are no good. When I asked them to at least show me the sensors so I can believe you. Response was we threw them out. They need better communication between front desk & Service Manager. this is last time dealing with Dubios.

I got my first new car at Dubois just over a week ago. From beginning to end the staff were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured for one second, and in fact they were so focused on getting me the car that suited me and not just the best sale they could make. Ian in Financing is the absolute best if you are a first time car buyer. If it can be done, he will make it happen. Johanna was my sales person, she was so fantastic; again I felt no pressure and I got a great deal on my Civic. Dubois Honda is THE 'Anti-Car Dealership Dealership'; it's what you want a dealership to be like and what you want the staff to behave like (human beings), but haven't been able to find. Even the owner Chris is so kind and happy to speak to customers. Save yourself the stress and aggravation of other dealerships; just visit one of the sales staff at Dubois and you'll understand.

We first visited 2 London Honda dealerships, one no one even helped us, the second a horrible experience the whole interaction was all about the sale and made that very evident to the point it was aggressive and uncomfortable. We made the trip the Dubois Honda and can we just say they are incredible, here was the difference.....yes we know it's business and sales are required to keep in business but at Dubois they made us feel like they appreciated our business and they appreciated us coming to them they wanted to earn our business. Our sales rep Geoff was fantastic the whole interaction was never pushy and he genuinely appreciated us dealing with him. We then had Ian in finance, he was great, again, no pressure and kept things real and shared a few good jokes, he was great! Chris Dubois even stopped by to introduce himself and thanked us for our business. All in all I highly recommend dealing with Dubois Honda, make the trip to Woodstock you will not be disappointed. I'm SO glad I made the trip from London to Woodstock! While dealerships in London treated me like a number, didn't take me seriously, and fed me scripted sales speech, Dubois Honda treated me like family, and took the time to listen to my unique needs as a customer. Dubois Honda had that family-run feel. I was treated genuinely kind by everyone I encountered. The reception staff are true gems. My Sales Agent was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. I never felt pressured or like I was being pitched. The finance manager went above and beyond to get me the best finance plan for my individual needs. I was offered the best trade in value for my vehicle, and the lowest financing interest rate out of all the dealerships I consulted. I was promised one of the product that was supposed to be shipped within a week after I bought the vehicle and it's been about 2 months. Called twice to find out if it was shipped and I was promised that it was shipped. But never received. I lost hope after. Never called again.

I was frustrated as a customer that when I showed up (when told to pick up the finished car) they had not yet started because they didn't bother to look for it in the parking lot. They then had to take lunch before starting, so it was finished two hours after promised. I understand if busy, but to simply not look outside the door for the car, and then blame the tow truck driver for not coming inside during covid lockdown was a little disappointing. If they had taken responsibility for their mistake, I would have given four stars.

My wife and I were on Hwy 401 and had to Emergency Stop our 2009 Honda Ridgeline. My tired rear brake pad separated leaving us stranded with only 3 working brakes 600 km from home. I phoned Dubois Honda at 4 PM on Friday night, and they were able to get my Ridgeline in for repairs Saturday at 0800 AM. A special Thank You to Joyce Gowing and the Service Department staff. Dubois Honda is a big city dealership with a friendly small town staff. I live in Haley Station, Ontario... so I know about small towns. My Honda Ridgeline turned over 270,000 km on the trip home. Awesome truck.

Traveling through Canada when my vehicle developed an issue and had to be towed to the Dubois dealership. It was late at night and the dealership was closed. The next morning I checked in with the service department and found they were short of mechanics. In spite of this they were able to work me in, find the issue, and have me back on the road in a timely manner. in regard to all of this I am very grateful for their excellent service and capable assistance.

Worth the drive from London They're just great to deal with. Despite buying my Honda in London back in September 2018 I have been going to them for all service needs since early 2019. My AC died so I called Dubois and they were able to confirm the work would be covered over the phone and get me an appointment 2 days later. The work took about an hour and the AC is running better than ever. They're reliable, honest and I can't say enough good things about Janet & Joyce at the service desk.
