Shout out to Danny at Integra Tire. I recently had a horrible experience buying my first truck (ended up being a piece of junk). Danny and his team helped me every step of the way.. They were always honest and professional, they helped me (someone who knows nothing about vehicles) make the best decisions for me and my truck and always greeted me with the biggest smiles. Made a great experience out of a really unlucky situation. Thanks Danny & team :)

I am from Alaska and was driving from the southern US. Got two tires that blew due to poor alignment. They were able to get me in, luckily had my odd size tires in stock, put them on, and balanced in an hour. They didn’t have room for an alignment but suggested we call someone else who was able to squeeze us in. Excellent service!

I used to have decent services at Integra Tire but unfortunately the last times have been quite frustrating. They tried hard to force me buying a complete new set of tire I didn't need but mostly, I haven't been served nicely. Clayton was exceptionally rude and it was accepted by colleagues so it looks like it's part of the company culture. It's too bad but after spending thousands with them, I feel it's time to take my business somewhere else. If you're looking for nice, trustworthy and efficient service, I recommend looking elsewhere until they address the situation.

My car went off the road 2 times, I went for a quote and instead 10 minutes after I left I went back and paid for a set of 4 winter tires. They had a few in stick in my tire size for my 2021 Kia Seltos. The man was pleasant, gave me tips and was very knowledgeable about tires. I got a $70 mail rebate as well. I couldn't be any more happier, I left my car there at 4pm and it was ready the extra day at 10am. Excellent service!! Highly recommend!!

Just stopped in after our first rv excursion into the boondocks. They have everything to make your trip efficient. Rv dump (with flush), camping permits, propane if ya need it. Generally really friendly and polite helpful staff. It is one of those yukon institutions that hasn't faded away just yet

Arrived Monday morning (July 15/19) with a trailer tire issue, discussed options, received a competitive quotation on two new HERC tires, which were installed and balanced that day. Friendly, efficient, informed tire, tire wear, and axel discussion and advice. Great service. Competitive, fair price. Would absolutely give them my future business, were I not traveling.

Went in to get a tire repaired. A couple weeks later I noticed it was low. Went back and was told I would need to be charged again for it to be fixed. Though I'm very sure something was missed. Counter fellow also implied it was my fault for not noticing sooner and bringing it in.

5/5, highly recommend. Got my tires changed today and came back an hour later because I had a new wobble when I braked. I'm a newish car owner and mostly clueless when it comes to vehicles, so figured I should just go back to talk to them. The guys took a look right away, tires were properly balanced, all the nuts were good and tight. One of the guys even went for a test drive with me to see what was up. Going to a mechanic tomorrow to follow up on their advice. Amazing guys, all of them. This newbie vehicle owner is very grateful for their help.

Best service anywhere in town! Need your oil checked or your tires pumped? They still do that. They pump your gas, have a tire shop, sell propane and have an RV dump station. Also auto garage on site.

Their work was ok but their service was bad. I called three times to find out one thing and they kept saying they'll call me back but they didn't. Then I asked for a quote and they said they'd call me back but never have. Also, I don't know why they have one office for tires and one for mechanics and transfer back and forth. I think that creates confusion for them.

My wipers quit working and I took it there. They knew the car and the year before I took it there. I received a call telling me that they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the equipment. I had to pay 75 bucks. How is it my fault if they don't have the right equipment??

Terrible....proceed at your own risk!!! After telling me my truck needed a new engine and transmission, they charged me .5 of an hour for a front end inspection. Fortunately, I didn't believe them. Literally went across the street got a new radiator, flushed the cooling system. Down the hill for a engine oil and transmission fluid flush.... no problems since.

SUV tire condition are almost new. Tire in to fix a slow leak. Tire slow leak fixed and a new valve is installed. 4 weeks later, I notice the tire has a side bump growing the size of 2 golf balls. Staff look at tire side wall offered to change to spare tire now or come back tomorrow. Tomorrow, no appointment SUV at store at 11.30am and leaving store at 2.30pm. Spare tire installed, verdict: Error is on us Yukon Tire / Integra. New tire on order. Installation day new tire: While waiting, I paid plenty of attention to the staff giving service to clients. The service was consistent from clients to clients. Moreover, unlike several local businesses be it private, municipal, territorial or federal were rude customer service is often existent especially during the dark winter days, the service was extremely courteous professional, and POLITE. Honesty, please and thank you does exist at Yukon Tire. All done, however the center cap somehow lost in the process will not be replaced by Integra. Strange call / decision at end. Grading as in university grading: A-.

Went in for a routine thermostat repair. Never repaired it. Told me my head gasket was bad and gave me a quote for 5000$ lmfao went to subaru who has a higher shop rate and they quoted me 3000$ . Do not bring your vehicle here very unprofessional and mechanics lack experience. Worst service in town!

I think it is a terrible shame that people traveling hours from outside communities can not book an appointment for tire issues. When we come to town, there are a lot of things needed to shop for an appointment would be so helpful, so that one could arrange other appointments
