Quaint, quiet, out of the way, and pretty good, standard rate café food. The coffee is above grade, and the staff are very polite. The atmosphere is very peaceful, and if you happen to be out in that area, worth the stop itself.

I visited the place during winter time. Quaint spot for a cup of coffee but limited options for food, maybe because of the off peak season. Minimal seating space inside though but I'm sure they open the patio area during the summer season.

Beautiful coffee, friendly staff. Nice home-cooked food. My husband bought roasted coffee he had once had at a select tasting, they just happened to have just roasted some. Conveniently near wildlife preserve.

Funky spot in a nice setting. The coffee was very good, the food okay, not good value. As far as service; staff were more interested in interacting with themselves than clients ..."ignored" our lasting impression.

Great, somewhat hidden away location in the woods. Almost like a magical coffee garden. I had a mocha and a bagel (grille is turned off at 3p otherwise I wanted the cheese panini :( ). Both items were delicious, especially the bagel. I got the jam and sunflower butter. I recommend both. I wish I'd had more time to sit and enjoy the garden. I'm sure it's a lovely place to sit in the shade in the afternoon.

Quality and scrumptious home made food. Rustic space- a true Yukon experience! We ordered ham and cheese panini, chocate cream cheese brownie, coffee and hot chocolate! No left over for us, picky eaters! My daughter enjoyed it a lot!

Bean North is a wonderful place to stop, sit down, and have a coffee. They always have a pot or two of good drip coffee on standby, and they have a wide variety of fancier coffee drinks. They have several small rooms with comfy chairs and tables inside, including a little alcove with children's toys. In the summer there is plenty of outdoor seating, either on the deck or in a little gazebo. There's local artwork for sale on the walls, and there's usually a stand stocked with local jewelry along one wall. I'm currently attending university in Alberta, and whenever I come home I stock up with bags of coffee beans roasted on site. They have a small selection of sweets, like carrot cake and butter tarts, and I believe that you can usually get a sandwich there. I wouldn't recommend going there expecting a big meal, but it's a great spot to grab lunch or an afternoon coffee.
