Very good for what it is .....a coffee house. Private conversations can be had. The food and drink is typical coffee house fare (and typical coffee house prices). Service is sufficient enough. Clean place.

This coffee shop located on WHITE ROCK PLAZA ( North Bluff and Johnston Rd.), has been serving since 1996. Their coffee, tea and pastries are very good. The service is fantastic. The staff members are very attentive to provide assistance to all their customers. They keep the place very clean and organized, and follow all the health care regulations. The coffee shop is wheelchair accessible and there is wheelchair parking available at the front of the coffee shop. There is plenty of parking available in the White Rock Plaza either front or back for your convenience. Be sure to check out the various artists exhibiting their beautiful art on the walls of Pelican Rouge Cafe.

Omg BEST actual LATTE made here consistently! As having been a barista, I'm fully stoked & satisfied with all their lattes I get every time weekly! And both the lady's who own in are sooo NICE & KIND & HILARIOUS to talk & get to know. So friendly, welcoming, & accommodating in the best way. True community is supported here. Epic local spot that has so much to offer surprisingly. Love you ladies, love you White Rock!!!!

If you know your coffee, and are looking for quality, this is definitely the place to be! Amazing staff, I ordered my coffee, then realized I had left home without my wallet... "Don't worry about it, just take care of it next time your in" wow, especially since this was my first visit!!

Very nice people and pleasant place to do some work. I ordered one ham&cheese quiche. They apolgized and said that they only have Spinach&feta after i placed my ordered, which I didn't mind. They came back to me with a cookie and apologized again. It was completely unexpected to have them get a cookie and apologize again which shows that they care about their customers. Highly recommend.

LOVE the new owners at this local coffee shop, Bill and Connie are wonderful people and will always greet you with a smile. So nice to deal with the owners of the establishment, you can see the care they put into their business. The coffee is tasty and they have a nice baked goods selection. Best London Fog tea latte I’ve found! Fresh baked scones and croissants. Very clean. Owners/staff are friendly and very attentive, they aim to please. Indoor and outdoor seating. Love this place.

First time there -the owner set up a jam nite complete with pa & it was packed!- there was 13 acts, got to perform with an amazing local singer Karen , met some other up & coming musicians-great food & a really supportive atmosphere ,definitely worth checking out & itll be a great place to be this summer!-Tks to the owner who put in a lot of work to keep it all flowing ;-)
