Dropped in to buy my Mom some of Murchie's famous Earl Grey tea. Pretty cool store. Staff was ok...not overly friendly that's forsure. Kids have no idea what customer service means. Got what I needed and left. I would say it's worth checking out.

My go to munchies location because it's closer than the others. Murchies delivers the most authentic, artisan, flavourful teas out there. You'll realise that David's Tea is for children after coming here and sampling there newest blend. I'd recommend the No. 22 blend and the Canada 150 blend. Go enjoy the best tea of your life!!

There can't be a more Canadian business than Murchie's. This store in a shopping mall is small but it has great products and helpful staff. I especially like their gift packages with different teas - very affordable at $20.

They have a great selection of teas, gifts and coffee. I bought the anniversary box with 12 different teas inside, a box of Darjeeling and a box of Earl Grey teas. Can't wait to give out some nice gifts for Christmas :)

Make sure you show up in 1st Wednesday of the month for Senior's Discount. If you're not a senior yourself, then smile a lot and say you're buying for your sweet, white-haired (grand) mum. The wonderful, friendly staff will fell over each other taking great care of me yesterday. I cannot find enough positive things about them all. Great tea, too -- ask for blends with local history, such as Library Blend.

Great stuff for mom. I got her a beautiful tea pot and some great tea cups. Not cheap , but worth the money. I went back for a few more mugs for Christmas. The tea shop at the back of the store looks nice too.

The coffee here is superior to most shops. The prices are good and the items for sale are unique and very pretty. I don't like the baked goods cause I find them dry and tasteless. They used to have a customer appreciation cards that made this a great deal but the stopped this and never started another card sadly.

They had like 5 people sitting in the stire deinking their tea/coffee or just hanging out while a ton of people lined up outside. Store capacity was 6 people due to covid. Would make more sense to me to ask people to drink their beverages in the food court. The store itself was very beautiful and the staff were friendly!

I gave the incorrect address for an order of a gift basket for my sister. Fortunately Winnie at their head office got it sorted out and it arrived okay. The service at Murchie's is the best and baskets make a wonderful Christmas present.

Prices on tea ware must have skyrocketed because I couldn't find a decent teapot for less than $75 if I wanted stuff that wasn't mass produced in China.
