It was extremely quaint, the staff are lovely and awesome at having small talk with their customers and making them feel welcome. The food is on a whole other level. It is spectacular the flavors are not lacking at all and the scones are to die for. I am definitely coming back and I highly recommend this Tea Shop for people who like tea or want to feel British or even go out for a meal.

I brought my sister and 2 kids over there last summer for high tea. The kids had a Children's Tea for only $10.95 served on a tier plates, me and sis had the Mini Tea for only $12.95 served on an oval plates. I super loved their scones and teas. If you have a daughter who is curious about high tea, then this is the place to be, super affordable. They have a lot of tea selection which you can also buy tea from them.

My cousins and I took our grandma for the Christmas High Tea this past weekend & we had an amazing time! Our group of 8 had plenty of room at our table. The food was delicious & plentiful. The selection of tea was great & we appreciated the sample of the rose tea for the table which was enjoyed by all of us (well, most of us :) ). Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of woman who was working, but she was so lovely & made us feel very welcome. We appreciated that we were able to take our time and we didn't feel rushed to leave after we finished eating. Definitely a new favourite of ours and we will be returning the next time we take our grandma out.

Tasty, authentic high tea. High quality food and all made from scratch. One of the best high teas in the lower mainland. Owner and staff are wonderful. Definitely worth the drive and only a couple of blocks from the beach. Have tea and a walk one afternoon, you'll be glad you did!

What's not to love about this place? The high tea service offers an amazing selection of sweet and savoury options, each more delicious than the next. My favourites were the homemade scones and scone sandwiches. Usually high tea is $35+, but theirs was much less expensive and more filling than many other places in the Vancouver area. Highly recommended!

I have dined here multiple times since 2016 and lately a few times with the current owner. It's a real treat to dine here for high tea. Food has been consistently well made and presented and service has been outstanding. Salads have always been super fresh. The desserts are rotating and always a little different than the previous time. I can never seem to leave without purchasing a couple bags of their loose tea which I can't find anywhere else locally. Parking has been easy to find outside on the street. Love Clancy's Tea Cozy!!!

Fabulous place. The tea was amazing, I had the Blueberry Bang and it was delicious, not to mention the wonderful aroma! And the food was lovely, so tasty. Being a guy, I thought I would be able to eat more, but everything is so filling! I definitely recommend this place, great atmosphere inside and great menu. I bought a bag of the Sunshine Coast blend to give to my mom.

What a great place! Went for their Christmas High Tea and I loved it. There are a variety of teas to from and each type of bite size piece from the high tea was delicious. All unique flavors. The owner, Shelina, is attentive and a great host. I would definitely go back!

This place was so cute! It was my first time going for high tea and what a fantastic experience it was. The little sandwiches, desserts and variety of teas were so delicious and such an assortment to choose from. You will definitely be stuffed and have leftovers for sure! I was very impressed with the service as well. ????They really know how to make their customers feel welcome and appreciated. ???? If you're ever in the area and even if you're not it's definitely worth your time to go and try this place. Make sure to make a reservation as it is a small establishment and the tables fill up very quickly. I will definitely be back!

Afternoon tea was pathetic. They don't use real clotted cream (couldnt actually figure out what it was but it was disgusting), the jam taste more like pie filling, the cupcake was an afterthought because it had a "happy birthday" wrapper. Plus they don't even give you side plates.... Not a proper afternoon tea. Don't waste your money. Go to YVR for a proper afternoon tea.

Would highly recommend. Came here for afternoon tea with my family and was absolutely delighted with the place. Food was fresh and delicious, there was a variety of tea choices, and customer service was unlike any other. Loved the cup designs as they were gorgeous. Though COVID has affected them financially, the staff have million dollar smiles. The environment was quaint and we will definitely be back.

We went for their special Christmas tea ... an array that probably added four inches to the girth of all of us. Great savary items and sweet treats accompanied by teas from everywhere. A good experience at a good price. The bill for all of us worked out to about $25 per person for this Christmas special tea presentation.

Cut little place unfortunately Covid meant much of the store was closed I fluid g the gift shop which is packed with extra tables and chairs. There are a few outdoor tables. The tea menu is lovely I didnt have high tea bit enjoyed the place. I think it would be much better if Covid was not around ! Super friendly servers and quite accommodating Indeed!

One of the best high teas Ive had to date , lots of yummy sweet and savoury items and the tea choices are perfect , Tables are spaced out perfectly for covid so you feel comfortable . Service was great and the servers were so nice :) She delivered the tiered food and went through what items that were there , never had that with a high tea , fantastic !

We had a wonderful time here. My son and I took my parents for high tea and the food and tea were excellent. They made sure to check for allergies and provided my some with nut free sandwiches and warned us about the teas with nuts in them. All the plants sand cups were neat China pieces and even the tea spoon were the ild collectable spoons. Made for a nice conversation while we waited for out tea to cool. I would definitely recommend.

We were slightly late for our reservation, she was kind and did not rush us at all. We had a six year old with us, our server was so friendly and cared for each of us genuinely. The food was awesome, the tea was awesome, a lot of good selections. We stayed a bit past closing but she didn't rush us out or make us feel uncomfortable.
