We were there this morning, our second visit - first was excellent, this time horrible. 4 people, our food was served at 3 different intervals, one of the first gone before the fourth received theirs. We waited for cutlery, had to ask & eggs/potatoes were already getting cold. Different waitress came around with coffee, by which time it was already gone. Husband never received his toast. Waitress never checked back to see if anything was needed or if all was okay. Very disheartened with this visit & service, leaves a bad taste in a person s mouth & reluctant to return after this visit, which is sad as I previously was looking forward to it & planning on what I would like to have @ next visit.

Good breakfast. Ordered for pickup after work one day. Was ready a few minutes once I arrived. Portions are pretty large. Two containers full of food for $17. 2 large pancakes, eggs, hash browns, bacon, and sausage. Loved that you can add different toppings to the pancakes and french toast. The white chocolate and Oreo was super great. Didn’t need to add any butter or syrup to the top pancake. The bottom one was pretty plain though. They give you everything to add on at home, including strawberry jam. Overall, I can see myself ordering again!

I'll start with the good...the pancakes, eggs, bacon, toast was AMAZING!! Our server Molly was incredible. She was very knowledgeable and got the answers to our questions with regards to food allergies right away. Now, the egg white omelet was severely lacking on the flavor department. The chairs, and menus were not clean, and the syrup jug and handle was caked in sticky syrup and it was obvious these were not cleaned between uses. The host had dirty bleach stained pants on which didn't set a very good first impression. Overall, because the majority of the food was so good, we will go back, but not in a big rush.

Super disappointing. The potatoes were half cooked and unseasoned, and after requesting turkey bacon, I received regular bacon and sausages which I can’t eat. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or order again. Poor quality and tasteless. I’ll just continue giving my money to the Donut Diner up the street for twice the portion and excellent food.

I've been here 3 times and every time was a bad experience. The first time they forget half my order and my food got cold while waiting for it. They gave me a coupon because part of that order I didn't eat because the bread appeared to be moldy. So I used that coupon a few weeks later to order takeout. When I got home half the order was missing AGAIN. Today I try to give it another shot. We are sat at a table, almost 30 minutes passed before we decided to leave and eat elsewhere because no one even came to get our drink orders. I will never be returning to this location. I love Stacked for their food, however Welland is falling short on their customer experiences.

Ordered for the first time today. Decided to go with the Stacked Hash. The portion size alone sold me. I have enough leftovers for two more meals. The seasoning on the potatoes was delicious. It also wasn’t shy on the “toppings” that went with it. Well worth it. Thank you!

We were super excited to try them, and honestly we were super happy with their food. We ordered the breakfast for 4 and got everything we ordered right. Also I thought it would take them a bit longer being as they just opened and being busy but our food was ready good and fast and hot. I will definitely be going back for more. I also loved the little added stickier thanking us for supporting small business. It's the little things that mean a lot.

Usually love this place however the last two experiences have been mediocre. Last trip as soon as we paid we were asked to leave before being able to finish our beverages due to a line at the door. This time, we were sat at a dirty table, the milk & cream container had dirty and empty creamers inside and once we received our food we were never checked on and had to eventually ask for the bill. The food is pretty good and we did enjoy it, however the experience was only okay.

Ordered Cbelt sandwich and cinnabon pancake through Uber today. It was well prepared and delicious. I dont like homefries much and I like the way they cook homefires. Nice seasoning grilled homefries. The portion is enough for two adults. Pancake is very tender and flavorful. I waited a while to try this new spot and it didnt disappoint.

Very impressed! Portions are surprisingly large, food was fresh and hot. We could only finish about half of the order, but it'll make a great breakfast for tomorrow. My only criticism would be the paper they out under the food. It breaks apart easily when you try to transfer to a plate. Other than that. Give it a shot!

Pancakes where just like my dad use to make, bacon was delicious, and the sausage was perfect breakfast sausage. Huge portions for a great price…Can’t beat it!

Although the food arrived luke warm, the food was delicious. I had the waffle stack and it was the right portion size and taste. The servers were great, bubbly personalities. I have upgraded the rating to 5 stars after Stacked asked for solutions to my review. I do this openly, and honestly, without any demands. I believe the covid screening process was the result of the food arriving as forementioned. There were two servers on duty for the morning service. When I arrived, there was only one customer in the restaurant. After I arrived, many diners arrived causing the wait staff to verify each person's covid status. The servers are doing their best under the current circumstances and I believe a more robust explanation and period of reflection causes me to increase the rating from 3 to 5 stars. Ultimately, the rating should be: would I eat here again? Absolutely Yes. Thank you for reading this review.

Seated right away with no Covid contact tracing. Cooks had masks down. This place is LOUD. You're constantly shouting to the person in front of you as the ceilings are high. We waited 20 minutes for a coffee (the coffee actually came at the same time as our food). Food was ok; I liked that the hashbrowns were made from fresh potatoes and not frozen. Husband asked for hard poached eggs as he doesn't tolerate the runny yolks well. The poached eggs came runny. Server was totally inattentive. Came back with our bill before asking if we wanted anything else. Was quick to bill and quick to come with the debit machine, but everything else was slowww. I'd try this place again down the road as I have a feeling we just had a bad luck of the draw with the food and our server.

The employees are extremely friendly and I love the idea of the riddle of the week. I love to see companies engaging the customers! It is my favourite place to eat!!

I love trying new places so today we tried this place! We ordered 3 eggs Benny. 2 of the orders we paid extra for fried onions in the home fries. Only one order got the onions though, so no biggie but when we started eating and I think I ate an eggshell, and my home fries had that raw potato crunch to them, but still no big deal. Then the worst of all happened... I wish I could post a picture but anyway, in my husband's order was a cut off plastic cap that looked like it was from a ketchup style squeeze bottle. That turned all of us off immediately.

I order to go …..and pick it up at different restaurants almost daily. I drive all over ontario for my job. I pay 9.00 plus a tip, pick up my breakfast and am refused to use the washroom. I didn’t know before ordering or I would never have spent my money here. Luckily I didn’t have to go bad. Very bad customer service and the lies I was given for not letting customers use the washroom. It’s not the law…. It’s laziness and bad service. Never again will I eat at stacked … in any town. Terrible.

If you like a pile of food, try the stacked hash but bring a friend. I eat about half then bring the rest home because it's too much to eat in one sitting and still be functional lol. Everything on the menu sounds delicious but I keep having the same thing because I love it so much.

1st visit to Stacked, my wife and I ate breakfast on the patio. Our waitress..I think her name was Lucinda...lol...was amazing. Very down to earth and easy going. She was very informative with the many selections available. Portions were decent and the food was excellent. The prices were on par for the area. A very good deal for Welland. We will 100% be back.

Our family came in on a friday at 11am, we ordered eggs Benedict, Benedict hash and a chicken finger kids meal. First came the Benedict hash. 5 minutes later came the eggs Benedict. 10 minutes later, still no food for our child, another waitress nearby said she would check and assured us it was on the way. We waited another 5 minutes, still no food. Our waitress finally came back around, hadn't seen her at all. She said we could have the chicken for 50% off and again assured it was on the way. My husband and I finished our meals and still no food for our 3 year old. At this point we asked for a manager, a few minutes later he came out with our food. He didn't even give me a chance to speak, I assume he heard from the waitresses because he handed us the chicken in a bag and said the food and was on the house. Very kind but I still will not be back, very unpleasant "family" meal.

All though the food was good the one and only time we were able to order it, the hassle of ordering has proven to be too much to bother again. We tried to place an order online and we were told it was too busy we weren't allowed so we called the store and they said we're not taking any more orders right now it's too busy. We were sent to $10 voucher via email for our inconveniences. We tried to place another order to use that $10 voucher and we were unable to again. We called to ask why and the girl on the phone didn't have any clue as to what was going on. It's just not worth the hassle . We tried again to place and order and the wait was over an hour. We won't be back.
