Just ordered through skip the philly cheesesteak wraps. Oh man! I'm originally from the philly area so let me say ever since moving here I have had this ENDLESS itch trying to find a GOOD cheesesteak anything around here. I've tried more than I can even count. You guys are ROCKING that cheesesteak and keep it up. I found a new favourite lunch place that's for sure!

The food was awesome had the Philly cheesesteak wrap with fries therer was so much I could have made 2 meals out of it. The staff were even more awesome friendly with lots of smiles. I will definitely be going back.

Had a great experience was able to get breakfast items for a picky eater while the adults had lunch. Food was fast and good portions nothing went to waste. Staff was also extremely friendly and attentive , looking forward to going again.

Went for breakfast with my daughter. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was delivered quickly and was delicious. Prices were very reasonable. The bacon was amongst the best I have ever had, the eggs were fresh and cooked exactly as ordered. Good coffee that kept on coming. Highly recommend Pati's Place.

The food and service were both unacceptable. We waited 45 minutes for cold food & the worst hollandaise sauce we’ve ever had (super starchy & thick). They also forgot the toast with my order and never came back even after reminding the server. I didn’t think toast took 20 minutes to make. We eventually asked for our bill and left. The waitress was kind enough to knock off $6 from our $35 order but when reminding them that the toast never came for a second time & food went cold she took of another $10. However, $25 for the hour long lack lustre experience felt wrong.

Future You

Haven't tried their main menu but chicken wing was not pleasurable exprience for me. Sauce was great but chicken was not fresh at all. Even worse, I ordered 2lb of chicken wing but only got 1.75lb for whole box....

Very basic food at low cost. It's OK, just not worth it if you're looking for anything special. I guess I would eat here for lunch if I worked nearby, but don't go out of your way to visit.

The food was fresh and delicious, the prices were definitely affordable and made it worth the drive from the Falls to Welland! The best part of the entire experience was the staff and customer service! The girls were friendly, accommodating and welcoming! We'll definitely be coming back!

Very disappointed. The last two times I’ve visited the food has been horrible. Ordered the Double Wacker and the only thing that was wacked was my wallet. They advertise a pile of meat and wound up giving me two sausage, two bacon, and some form of spam. Seriously two razor thin pieces of sliced spam. Oddly the previous visit I ordered the downgraded version and got the same amount of meat? The sausage was burnt to a crisp, the three advertised eggs looked like two scrambled and tasted horrible – greasy and dry? The pancakes were burnt on the bottom to the point they were difficult to cut. They craftily placed the burnt side down. My daughter ordered the fish and chips and it was full of bones and had a bad smell. Did not seem fresh at all. I’m not sure what kind of swill they are serving there but based on my last two visits I will never ever go there again. The staff was courtesy but rightfully so. If I was serving such horrible food and asking for someone to pay for it, I would be on my best behavior as well. I see all these great reviews and wonder how twice in a row I could have had such a horrible experience.

Good breakfast at a good price. Nothing fancy, raisin bread used to be for French Toast is the same as you would buy for home..., but you don't have to do the dishes :). Clean, friendly staff and well maintained premises. Would recommend folks to try it out.

Went there a few days ago and very disappointed with the server . Food was great and kitchen did well with that but the waitress wasn't good . She took so so long on getting our order ad then bringing the bull AND cashing us out .And I mean SOOOOO LONG. She walked passed us multiple times. And when cashing us out she left us with the machine for 2 minutes .... That's a no. I am a server myself and I know when it's busy it can be difficult but she was giving all her attention to a table of 5 versus a table of 2 (mine )... May be cause she figured they would leave a bigger tip.... be cause I am a server I was planning on leaving a large tip but decided not too cause she wasn't good at all. Not professional and looked like this was her first serving job ... probably was. Great food but bad service! (Server wasn't the owner ...was a girl with brown hair maybe around 30....)

Went there first time today, toast and pancakes stone cold. Waitress takes it back no apology and says "they say it's cold" to the kitchen. Paid for drinks and left, waitress said nothing! Never again.
