really good bubble tea I love the popping bubbles option to replace tapioca pearls. I wish they had a bell on the door or counter though, the worker obviously has to do work in the back sometimes but I'm not very comfortable with yelling to get their attention so a bell would be nice.

If people try these beverages …. No way can they go back to toxic Tim’s. I was about to get into the Tim Horton’s mile long line up (yes I was desperate) and saw this place next door. I am so happy I went in! I bought a green tea and a rosehip (spelling)? cold drink. Wow ….. I asked the manager (very friendly Asian male) to please open a store in Brantford where I am from!!! They have 100s of different hot and cold beverages. I recommend trying.

Just got my taro milk tea with bubble and it was super weird and the taste is like you can taste what last customer had. And the other three , winter melon tea is not bad and also soso brown sugar milk tea. Not recommend this store

In and out in about 10 mins and their thai milk tea is amazing. One of the best bubble tea places I've ever gone to!

We love KF Tea! The flavours are unique, there are a variety of boba and jelly options, and it's a special treat that my kids love more than ice cream. If you're looking for something different, try the herbal jelly (you won't be disappointed). Since you can customize your drink, I requested 3 different types of boba/jelly in my last beverage and was not disappointed! I would highly recommend this location as well as the staff are incredibly friendly.

The boba is honestly to die for! I've tried several items off the menu all were absolutely amazing. The bubble tea is cutomizeable and affordable. The store is incredibly clean and tidy. The Workers are the sweetest people and never fail to make the perfect drink :) Would def reccommend KF Tea

Never before had I had got bubble tea, but once I tried KF Tea I was hooked. There are a TON of customization options and different kinds of teas but I like a hot honey milk green tea. ???? It's a bit pricy but definitely worth it.

People are sleeping on KF Tea! The quality is out of this world. I get a large Kung Fu with coffee popping bubbles. Also amazing is a Honey milk green tea with mango popping bubbles. So good! I'm hooked.

Not bad! First time trying. Staff was helpful and friendly and the interior is nice and clean, tidy. Taro milk tea seems to be of good quality, tastes strong and fresh and with spices. Same for winter melon tea. Taro slush was good and pretty typical for bubbke tea. Was disappointed no chinese new years coin!

Really good Taro tea, but not great service. My first time going was yesterday. I walked in, no one acknowledged me or said anything. There was another lady there that had just finished ordering an no one else in the store. I waited more then 8 minutes before I asked if I could order my drink and come back to pick it up in 5 min. I went back today and had the same experience. This time waited about 15 min. A guy that came in after me left, without ordering maybe after 10 minutes. There were only two other customers in the store at the time. This time I left without ordering. They were busy making orders, maybe Skip or Door Dash, but having two people behind the counter and not even acknowledging customers very rude. A guy came from the back to help make drinks, but he too didn't say anything to anyone waiting. Not once did they look up to say anything or make eye contact. Sucks because we love bubble tea and we were excited to find this place :( Maybe they were just stressed and slammed with orders both days I went?! Will try again, because the tea was good, hopefully the service is better.

It’s a big yes for me. My husband and I just moved to Niagara from the GTA and have been trying to find a good bubble tea spot. We tried all the location in Niagara with no luck. This place in Welland is worth the drive ! Great flavours, choice and tapioca bubbles ! KF tea is the place to be ✌????

Ordered a tea tonite with mango in it. Person that took the order inputted it wrong and gave an order without mango . Mistakes happen. Called to tell them. girl said hang on. came back on line and said sorry we won't do anything . Not cool. So tried but u failed twice
