Waitress/cashier was quite rude. It was our first time coming in and we asked if it was pick your own seating and she said yes and neglected to tell us it was order at the cash when we waited for quite some time another customer told us where to order. When our food did arrive the order was made incorrectly as well as part of our order was forgotten to be made. I was quite upset as we live about 5 minutes away and was excited to get what seemed to sound Like a home cook meal. Not to mention you have to pay and tip before tour food is served so you have no clue the service or what your getting.

Unfortunately had an access issue with my service dog where the front counter lady was quite rude. She was going to completely deny me access until she asked a coworker who said it was okay. She remained rude while ordering and refused to deliver food to our table. Do wish we could sit and have our order taken rather than order at the counter. The food was good and fairly priced and I love the decorations of the place! Had the service been good this could have been a very different review. I hope the owner implements some Accessability for Ontarians with Disabilities (AODA) training.

Horrible customer service. I've been coming here for years strictly for their homefries, and have never gotten good service or asked how my food was once. I went today and had a ketchup bottle that was so sour that it ruined the whole meal and turned our stomachs that we no longer wanted to eat. We told the staff and she replied "so what do you want me to do". We kindly asked if we could have a refund given that we did not eat, and the server told us that she "couldn't afford a refund". One of my top breakfast diners, is now the worst. Will not ever come back.

Had a great breakfast . THE food was very good and not greasy. You get a good helping and the price was very good both my wife and I had full breakfast with drinks and was under 20$. The menu is easy . The staff was friendly and the place was clean. It's a shared parking lot so when busy it can be hard to get a spot. Highly recommended!

Good food, fast service. Restaurant has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Comfortable but not very spacious. You have to order and pay at the counter and then they will deliver your food to the table. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was delicious!

If I could give less than one star I would. The service is poor, beyond belief. Dont expect a smile or even a greeting. Seats torn everywhere. Prices are a little high. My sausage wasn't cooked completely and I have had food poisoning ever since. Just in time for the holidays, thanks a lot! I thought it came out of the kitchen too fast what is this microwave bacon? Bah. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs!

This place is great! It gives me a retro diner vibe and I love it! I got something like hash browns here and I kid you not, they were the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted, I couldn’t believe how good it was. Would definitely come back. Staff is always nice and does their job the best.

Too expensive for what it is. For two adults and two children, our bill came to over $50. The decor is really run down, which I usually dont mind in a diner, but the food was sub par for the price we paid. Also, no refills on coffee. That's just rude in my opinion. Would not recommend. If you want a great breakfast for a reasonable price, I would definitely suggest Benedict's instead. The only reason we didn't go was because it was closed for Easter.

Girl behind the counter said they ran out....hmmm its Saturday morning and you have nothing and no one new of this the day prior. Food is ok the staff seem unorganized when they bring food to tables of where it actually belongs....

I haven't been to this place in a long time. Food quality and service was below average almost 5 years ago. I refused to come here again. Ordered takeout today through Uber eats. It was so good. I like French toast and their French toast is to die for. Onion ring, homefies and hollandaise sauce are all tasty. The only thing is pre-cooked bacon. It was cold and chewy. Everything else were hot except bacon and it's easy to tell. Overall its enjoyable breakfast.

Hostess/waitress was quite rude. Since it was my first time eating here, I wasn’t accustomed to their style of dining. The waitress talked down to us when we asked questions about their service and dining styles. Prices were decent, but you had to pay for refills of coffee, and pay for your food before you’ve seen or eaten it. Food wasn’t bad, but also wasn’t anything special. I don’t plan on returning anytime soon, based on the unpleasant service.
