I always want to start a review with any positives; so here it goes; My first impression of this place was that it looked nice, was well kept & the staff was super friendly. All of their baked goods looked amazing (and I regret not getting one); however I was highly confused that they didn't offer their "specialty" coffees in any size other than small. Anyways, we figured might as well get one and try it. That was a big mistake. Me and my gf got their "small" (it was super tiny) Americano and plain Latte, both of which tasted like dirty, burnt espresso. We both couldn't even get close to finishing the miniscule drinks, they were that bad. That being said, the friendly staff seemed to know all their regular customers, and their customers seemed to enjoy the regular coffee, but from our experience, we will not be returning.

Amazing coffee! I prefer this coffee over Tim Hortons. Fast and friendly staff. If you are in the seaway mall and want a coffee this is the place!! They also have nice cookies for sale to.

Great coffee. Regular, decaf, specialty. You can ask for a coffee card. They will stamp it every time you buy their coffee.

I want to say the service is usually great. My problem is not with the service. A few days ago a small hot chocolate was $1.98 with tax now today it’s $3.10. When I said I didn’t know they increased the prices I was told they are “making the drinks differently”. There was no sign to indicate the change in price, product, or procedure. I realize that businesses need to adapt to the minimum wage increase (up by %20) but the price increase is by %33. That being said the sugar cookies are really good and I’ll still come here because it’s still better than tim hortons.

went there for the first time today, got an iced coffee, they had tons of flavour options, as well as almond milk, soy milk etc. it tasted amazing, and great customer service. will definitely go again!!!
