I know I give high reviews but I am motivated to leave em for the places I love. Pyrus outpost is one of these places. Super cute and simple. Friendly little window takeout with such delicious baking (I had their Choc croissant and it was amazing!) And they care about their coffee. If I had some extra cash, I would spend it on their nitro iced coffee! Also gelato...with waffle cones. Perfect place to stop in with your family/household these days with space to sit on grass and eat your treat. The spurline trail leads right there so we can get there by bike.

This place is just the most perfect fit for this neighbourhood! The staff are so kind and friendly, and the cinnamon buns are SO tasty. I walk there often with my pup Scout. They give him a treat, I get a treat for myself, and it is just the most pleasant experience!

They installed an awesome walk up ramp so it's easy to order even with a double stroller. The cheezy garlic knot is top ten vegan bread easily. Everyone is so nice, including their bakers, but Vanessa is always above and beyond.

A fantastic cafe that believes in supporting the local neighborhood. Great coffee, specialty drinks, and baked goods. We walk on the Spur Line Trail regularly and adding a stop here turns it into a fun outing. Outdoor seating available at several picnic tables (year round) with a shade cover in warmer months. They also host a community fridge, host a small farmers' market in the summer, and collect donations for local charities.

Amazing location right off the spur line trail! Reminds me of little shops near the Niagara Parkway. Perfect selection for a bike ride - coffees snacks and ice cream! Also lots of bike parking with racks near the entrance (though it was full when arrived - a good sign!)

An optimal location just beside the trail for runners, cyclists, morning walkers, etc. The staff were kind and made my drink directly in my own reusable mug (which surprised me a bit because most places have stopped doing this due to COVID), and both the coffee and the treats were great. Plus, they are dog-friendly!

This is a strategically placed stop along the Spurline Trail on the borders of Kitchener and Waterloo. A convenient stop for commuters using the trail for a quick snack, or drip coffee. They offer a smaller selection of coffee/hot drinks, yet a large selection of treats. Also rotating features to fit the seasons changes. (Soups/sandwiches for the winter and ice cream for the summer.) I always enjoy being greeted by friendly staff with quick service. Absolutely love the Samoa cookies! Give it a try if you're on the Spurline trail.

We are obsessed with their samoa cookies. They are pretty giant and delicious (a little crumbly though). Not a huge fan of their muffins. They seem to be stale a lot. Some muffins are better than others (had a berry one which was much more moist and yummy)

Tasty treats and delicious flavors! Great place to walk to, especially now during the pandemic. They have warm and cold drinks too depending on what you want. Plenty of gluten free and all vegan options. Fun little spot. Their seasonal/ weekly pre-orders are delicious and always have them completed for pick up when they say they will! With a smile no less! There is a community fridge to this location and it's available 24/7!! Open to anyone who needs food assistance!

we always liked this place until today, when we waited at the window for five minutes and were ignored by 4 young ladies working in there. If you are busy, at least acknowledge your customers and say :hello. it will just be a minute. so, we went to smile tiger and had great customer service.

It is really good but expect line ups on weekends and holidays. It is right on the side of a walking trail in a perfect spot to grab a snack. Baked goods are tasty. Open during COVID-19 for take out.
