Left incredibly disappointed. Was excited to try the food. Ordered eggs Benny. Insanely priced. $16 plus they prompt tips at time of payment so was nearly $20. Was literally 2 eggs on some weird shredded sweet potato patties that tasted microwaved. Eggs were cold and there was no hollandaise sauce. No salt and pepper on the table. We would have asked if the server came by but not a single table check even though there were 3 staff working and only 2 tables. Non-existent service and the worst "food" i have ever had in Victoria. Also the bathroom was filthy. Zero stars. Would NOT recommend. Will never be back.

I’ve drank bulletproof coffee and followed Dave Asprey for the last 6 years. With insulin resistance eating a ketoish diet to support my blood sugar levels has been paramount. It’s really refreshing there’s now a place in Victoria that I can eat without any hesitation!!! All grass fed meats, organic produce and free range eggs more importantly no sugar!!! Some of the menu even comes from Asprey Farms here on Vancouver Island. As someone who fuels there body with only quality whole organic foods I’m loving having Upgrade Cafe for me while on the go!!

I am sooo grateful for Upgrade Cafe, as it’s the only place in town that serves food/drinks I can eat without having to question the quality or make modifications to fit my dietary needs. Everything on the menu supports an anti-inflammatory lifestyle and is very satisfying with the healthy fat & protein content, keeping me fuelled all day long. No more energy crashes or hangryness due to a blood sugar rollercoaster! The staff is also super friendly and awesome! Mark’s energy is amazing; he always goes above and beyond to give each customer a great experience. Thank you Upgrade Cafe ????????

Without going into too much detail, I’ve been on a very specific health journey to battle an auto-immune disease, and I finally found this place where I could order a drink without upsetting my health plan! We really liked it, and have not seen another like it. We really appreciated the passionate and knowledgeable staff, Mark was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of, such great service! Will definitely come back here when we’re in Vic again, otherwise we hope more franchise chains pop up out west. Thanks again guys!

I want to thank Upgrade Victoria for a beautiful introduction to their new location! The manager Chris is very much informed and passionate in how both areas of the cafe (healthy eating, and food supplied from local island farms) to the lab/exercise area. We learned how each component works with your body in healing and improving health. Thank you Dave Asprey you are a genius!!

What a great way to start my day with a bullet proof coffee at Upgrade Cafe! Im also a big fun of their delicious smoothies and bullet proof diet bowl! Healthy and delicious! The staff are very friendly and love the vibe there!

Its the place to be. I arrived early and had two of Daves upgraded coffees????????. I then had the eggs Benedict and it was delicious. I went over later to have the Ozone Sauna and a PEMF session. Lunch time, I had the open face burger, it too was great. Before i left i got a smoothie, a couple collagen bars and was in my way. It was a little pricey but don’t mind what so ever as you can not get that quality food anywhere. And the staff was super. Thank you so much UGC.

Absolutely cool. The services are a bit pricey. The cafe is excellent. The cold brew coffee is very smooth and the keto cinnamon buns are fantastic.

The food was really good, but one waitress was very rude to me. I ordered Bulletproof Salad with Salmon which costs $20. When I ordered the food and I said “I would like to order Bulletproof Salad”, she did not say anything to me and was asking to another waiter who works in the kitchen if he can still make food.so I asked her if you guys are closed, and she ignored me. After I paid for my food, I told her it is for takeout, but she never responded to me. I asked her for a spoon, but she said “what?” Therefore, I repeated “a spoon please”, and she did not answer and gave me a spoon. After that, I said “thanks”, but she did not say anything. I don’t know what kind of service was that.

This is the… weirdest place I have ever been, the LA pseudo-science cult vibe is in every aspect of the business. But honest review of the food and drinks, it’s not great. It’s insanely priced and there’s the same healthy drinks you can get elsewhere in Vic for better value and quality (turmeric lattes at Moka House Cook St?)
