Great service from the dealership as usual. No complaints whatsoever. Really questioning Ford's ability to provide parts for any recalls and parts supply issues that may arise. We waited almost three months for a coolant line to be supplied. There were none in North America. It's a good thing we weren't immobilized by the failed part otherwise it could have been a larger issue. Come on Ford. You can do better but great job Formo Motors.

On Sept 5 we had a service done on our F150 the service was done in a short time the coffee was hot and the cookies were good the block heater cord recall was taken care of also . Good service every time. I strongly recommend Formo Motors for service and buying a car or truck.the service is excellent everyone is friendly and you leave with the feeling of real old fashioned home town service . We had our F150 in for service on Jan. 17 and while we were there for the oil change we had the 2 recalls taken care of it was all done fast and while we were there we had coffee and even a home made chocolate chip cookies ….they were very good thankyou Tracy.
