Visited the Kingsway location. Service was poor and food pricey especially when part of your croissant sandwich is completely missing and is so sloppy it barely holds together. I still wonder where the 1/4 of the croissant went. Maybe the other location is worth it.

A wonderful cafe with two great locations. The coffee is flavorful and we'll brewed. I LOVE the chicken cranberry sandwich at the downtown location. It's one of my favorite spots to meet clients or friends. Enjoy a wonderful afternoon with your prefered warm beverage and a tasty snack.

Great place! Coffee is top notch just like the south end location but all of the windows light the place up with natural light which addressed my main complaint about the south end location (other than the fact it was on the opposite side of the city from me) - the south end location always felt just downright gloomy regardless of the time of day. Oh! And they managed to very much maintain that olde Deluxe vibe as well.

Staff was pleasant, the interior was clean and nicely laid out. What didn't impress me was the meager amount of coffee, my cup was barely 3/4 full and their Montreal style sesame bagel was laughable. It looked and tasted like the cheap bagels you would buy at your low cost grocery store. I ordered mine with butter and without exaggeration I'd say that only half of each side was buttered. Come on Salute! You can do better than that!

Downtown store quiet and perhaps a little too quiet. Staff a little disengaged but made wonderful cappuccino. Pleasant atmosphere but seating area taken up by laptops and single serve coffee drinking Wi-Fi hogging "workers".

We were visiting Sudbury and this coffee shop was around the corner from the inn we were staying at, so we figured we would stop in. We ordered americanos and muffins which were excellent, and returned the next day to pick up some coffee to take home. The shop is tastefully decorated and cozy, and service is great! Would definitely recommend!

First visit to their new location on the Kingsway was a blended chai, with whole milk and lite ice. Amazing flavours, right amount of whip and the price is right. The service was exceptional; the staff made suggestion on what to try next time I visit. They even gave my puppy a treat. Unfortunately, I didn’t capture a picture. Moose ate it quickly. ????

Had a great meatball sub there was delicious and the coffee is outstanding. Put a few chairs in the shade in the front its perfect for that. Add your napkin dispenser where people can see it, cold filter your water and turn up the AC a bit it was hot in there. No big deal just a few suggestions. Great place.

I haven't had any of the specialty coffees this shop has on its menu, only regular coffee, which I have to say was not good at all. My girlfriend however has had some of the other drinks and enjoyed them but not so much the price.

Cinnamon roll is pretty good, the ice maple latte wasn't stirred property, and even once I mixed it properly it was still rather bitter so maybe ask for extra sweetness. The hot version I got of that as well was warm but not even remotely hot at all and the maple flavor isn't prominent whatsoever. Likely it isn't stirred property as well. The bagels look home made but my gf says it feels like it's missing something on it and it was a little extra crispy and shaped a little disformed. The strawberry fruit latte looks and tastes like blueberry, it's still good but nothing fancy. The inside was really cute from what we seen outside and the staff were nice! we'll try it out one more time and if it is disappointing again we won't be coming back. But it's a new establishment so give it a try, maybe you'll find something you like.

Great little coffee shop. Wonderful smoothies. I work from home and sometimes need a change of scenery, this shop is very nice for that as it has a very relaxing atmosphere and comfortable seating. And you can people watch while you work. They also have lovely fresh made pastries. It can get busy around noon and four pm.

Had a fabulous lunch here today with family. The Salted Caramel Mocha was amazing as was the Mushroom Toastie sandwich. Finished it off with a cheesecake cookie cup that I did not need but am really really glad I got!

Very nice venue and a great cup of bold coffee. These are the only reasons I continue to return to this cafe. This is my fourth time visiting this cafe on Elm Street. On my first visit the staff were warm and friendly. On subsequent visits I get the cold shoulder. I am consistently friendly and attempt to make simple conversations, but it aint happening. So I am on the lookout for another cafe that meets all my needs.

Stopped in here with the other two guys from Altitude Coffee Roasters and we were glad we did! Everyone is so friendly. Flat white and Cortados were on point and the wraps and Moroccan salad delicious. You are our Sudbury go-to!
