I just ordered a large coconut latte July 16, 2019 at around 2:35pm. I got a smaller cup than I’m use to getting so I asked if it was a large. The girl at the cash turned from the cash and said that I had ordered a medium. I responded by saying I thought I had ordered a large. She turned away and went on to serve someone else. I didn’t want anything for free, I had left a 25% tip when I ordered. I would have upsized from what they gave me and paid for it. Two other employees were there who witnessed the exchange, a female and male and neither acknowledged and went on doing what they were doing. Great customer service!

One of my favourite coffee houses in Sudbury and my definite favorite coffee house downtown. Amazing selection of breakfasts and sandwiches, I highly recommend the smoked salmon bagel. There is also always wonderful art work on display and for sale. Looking for a non caffeinated sunset pick up, grab a ginger lemonade.

Relaxing atmosphere. You can get a suspended coffee if you're down on your luck. You can buy suspended coffees for others. It's a world changing location.

Very popular cafe right downtown. Locals all come here so that says something. Decor is quite cute and cozy. They also have some quite original coffee and tea based beverages, both hot and cold. Clean and well staffed.

Shop is cute, options are plentiful but it was a bit chaotic. Cashier seemed new or maybe just distracted ????. Matcha latte was OK but not as good as other coffee shops in town. I would go again if I was meeting with someone but wouldn't go out of my way to go here.

Honestly I remember trying their pineapple banana spinach smoothie a while back, I’m pretty sure it was decent. Ordered me and the bf smoothies tonight and I’m not gonna lie, his berry smoothie literally tasted like wet cardboard and my “pineapple” banana spinach smoothie tasted like banana/spinach hand soap. But not just any hand soap, specifically foam hand soap. Texture and all. 5 stars for skip the dishes though, speedy delivery for the cup-a-turd. Maybe it was just the person working tonight. 10/10 for the fact that they don’t use plastic straws though, sea turtles.

So happy this place opened. We work across the street and we and our office mates are there several times a week (sometime a few times a day!). Staff are super friendly, atmosphere is great. Food is good. Most importantly, the coffee is really good! If you're a coffee snob, this is a good place to start in Sudbury.

I try to support local, however received a real lack of customer service today July 16th. I ordered a Fresh Ginger Tea. It took a really long time for anyone to even start making the tea. I thought maybe the young barista had gone to the back garden to collect some fresh ginger or was preparing my tea somewhere else...after a few people that came after me had been served I was apparently remembered. The barista grabbed a cup, opened a Tupperware container from the fridge and took some "fresh" obviously previously prepared ginger from said container, and dumped it in my cup...added a hand selected slice of lemon (as in grabbed with his bare hand) filled it up with hot water and gave it to me without even an acknowledgement of the delay. To top it off, even if I wanted to drink it, the bits of ginger are floating and I couldn't drink without straining it. Disappointed to say the least!

The lemon blueberry scone was heavenly. Unfortunately the attitude of one employee was not. After watching her sweep the floor and empty the dust pan into the trash can, there was no movement toward the sink to wash her hands. I suggested to the employee serving me that her coworker should wash her hands. Sweeper gal walked toward me and said (snottily) "I'm not touching your food". To which I replied, 'However, you should wash your hands after handling cleaning tools". Her response? "If it pleases you, I'll wash my hands."

I come here frequently. The staff is always very pleasant and you are able to joke with them. The owner Betty-Ann is the sweetest lady I have ever met in my life. I had an incident there a few months back; I had took my journal out and my pencil, then ran outside for a moment. When I got back in, Betty-Ann had told me "You will never believe what just happened" Apparently, a private investigator had saw my journal (it is from chapters that says "Plans for World Domination" on the front) and saw me leave, so he deduced that I may be some sort of terrorist, planning to blow the place up. Betty-Ann was quick to say "Oh no, she is here all the time! That is just a journal!" (at this point, I had talked to Betty-Ann maybe twice, so I was shocked that she was so observant) I was embarrassed because I couldn't believe someone thought I was capable of that, but I was so beyond thankful that she had my back! Thank you Betty-Ann, you are incredible! The only thing that I wish I could change about Kuuppajo, is the amount of space. I wish there was more! haha. It is a popular place, so sometimes it is hard to get seating (but this is not a reflection on them, it is just a popular place because they are so amazing :) )

I just had a veggie breakfast bagel, a good morning, and a smoothie with my little girl, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere is wonderful and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend coming for breakfast, we'll be back for sure!

This is located in downtown Sudbury. This is one of the best coffee shops I have visited. They have local displays of art work on the walls near the bathrooms that you can buy. They have great customer service and friendly staff. The food is also very good priced and very big. The drinks are also very unique and delicious. The seating areas are vast so you can choose where you would like to sit. I will visit again :)

I love this place but do to my peanut and hazlenut allergy I stoped going. I had to start drinking snaples because of cross contamination. I actually got sick the one time. Not severly, I am posting this to let others who may have allergies know to be careful. The atmosphere is absolutly my favorite though, I have spent many days in the past working on writing. I miss this place. Maybe Ill pop by for a snaple some time :). They are good :P

The owner just embarrassed a woman for taking too many packets of sugar; citing they are extremely expensive for her to pay for in a condescending manner. It was evident this woman did not have a lot of money and she was with her young son. I understand trying to save money; however, there was no need to embarrass that woman in front of her son by telling her to put the sugar back. After the woman shared some intimate details about herself with the owner, she left. The owner and her staff immediately saw to making fun of this woman and the details she shared. I am shocked and I will not be back.

The atmosphere is wonderful! Very cozy. It's a hidden gem that's for sure. The beverage and food options are vast and all delicious. It can be on the more expensive side but it's all worth it. There is art from local artists lining the walls and available for purchase. If you are downtown check it out!

Kuppajo espresso bar is amazing. They have all these tiny little nooks , comfy seating, a piano!!! Great artwork. Their menu is pretty big, the first time I went their I had a dirty chai tea and it started my obsession for dirty chai tea lattes! They now have a keto treats menu as well. (Low card, low sugar) I highly recommend going here!!!

The last few times I’ve had friends passing through town, I always suggest that we meet here for coffee and a quick bite. Their paninis are delicious and their muffins are really large. Service can be slower at times because of low staffing + rushes of customers at certain times of the day.

I've been to Kuppajo twice so far and both times I felt at home. The atmosphere is so laid back and the staff is friendly. I love the local art work adorning the walls and there is a small outdoor area to drink your coffee on those beautiful summer days. The oatmeal coconut chocolate chip cookie is to die for!

We discovered this place during the Pokemon Go craze years ago. It's now my favourite coffee shop. Excellent coffee, and interesting food selection. The interior features art by local artists. Sometimes they have a piano too. Their hours aren't terrible either (unlike many downtown businesses).

Local artists advertise their artistry by displaying it within the Café. The atmosphere was very warm and relaxing, with a rustic appeal. The staff were efficient and very friendly! The server was quite knowledgeable about the artists and their work! This would be a nice place to read and have a cup of coffee & a muffin. Oh, let's not forget to mention that the pastry's are all made from scratch and very delicious! Each flavour tantalizes your taste buds!
