Great place to shop for Keurig cups at an affordable price if you are buying in bulk. You can also buy single single cups and there is an entire wall filled with different kinds!

Katherine goes above and beyond. I just left Alliance after picking up multiple orders for the office and certainly noticed how Katherine went the extra mile to not only process my order but to be there at every stage. She helped with selection, made recommendations, organized and packaged my order up, then provided me with added value pricing. I had to ask for her name specifically to write this review because "awesome" deserves recognition. I hope to get her again next time I get coffee.

Huge variety of coffee and tea available in the store (their website doesn't do them justice). The owner was working on the day I went in and was quite helpful in selecting some different flavours from my regular same old same old!????

It was time for a new coffee machine. My old one was no longer working. With a brief phone call I was able to discuss which machine was best to meet my needs and also got a recommendation on some new coffee which I may like. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I live out in lively and was thoroughly impressed when my coffee machine arrived at my door approximately 4 hours after my phone call. Thank you for such a smooth, effortless transaction.
