I was a barista myself for several years and received various training courses, both in Quebec and in British Columbia. I developed my taste for coffee in Australia, known as the ultimate 3rd wave coffee place (along with New Zealand). So this is it. Top atmosphere and decor. I only had a soy milk cappuccino, my usual coffeeshop coffee. Too hot. Much too hot. The milk doesn't really have the right texture and the espresso is bitter. I look forward to the day when Sherbrooke will offer suave suave coffees like you find in big cities. I will come back to retest and see what they have to eat :) (Original) Bon, c'est ma première fois au café aujourd'hui, donc faut prendre mon avis avec un grain de sel. J'ai été barista moi-même pendant plusieurs années et reçu diverses formations, tant au Québec qu'en Colombie-Britannique. J'ai développé mon goût pour le café en Australie, connu comme étant le lieu suprême du café 3e vague (avec la Nouvelle-Zélande). Alors voilà. Ambiance et déco top. J'ai pris seulement un cappuccino au lait de soya, mon habituel café de coffeeshop. Trop chaud. Beaucoup trop chaud. Le lait n'a pas vraiment la bonne texture et l'espresso est amer. J'ai hâte au jour où Sherbrooke va offrir des cafés suave suave comme on en trouve dans les grandes villes. Je vais revenir pour retester et voir ce qu'ils ont à manger :)
