I appreciate the customer service in this restaurant. The lovely waitress there was very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed their pesto chicken pasta and I actually went back twice that same week. Their cheesecake was also delicious. You can speak in either french or English. Honestly, what? When we (me and my family) came here, we were the only people that were present. When we ordered, we were the only people. Then other people arrived in the same number of people my family comprises of. They were getting their food much faster than us. It's as if those people were a priority. Now, the food. I don't know where to start. I looked at the burger selection and there was not one single normal burger to be found. I mean, some people might be into that, but some people just want a completely regular cheeseburger. My family ordered a pepperoni pizza, and I ordered a plate of carbonara. The pizza: I get it if the toppings are spicy, but when the crust is spicy and no filling was inserted in it, there's a problem, also the crust was hard. The pasta: I don't know if they heard my order wrong or they decided to put carbonara in the menu without knowing what it was. Still, between the two meals, the pasta was the most edible dish. We waited 75 minutes for two crappy dishes. I was starving all the time (ate one toast this morning, since we had to leave for Sherbrooke at 8 am). Unbelievable.

Despite the higher prices, I still really like this place. The terrace in the summer is great for having a beer from their excellent beer selection and people-watching. Service isn't fast or particularly warm but it's still fine nonetheless. Food quality is generally excellent, with a large amount of vegetarian and healthy options. My experience at Café Bla-Bla definitely exceeded my expectations. First off, the place looks really nice, with a French bistro vibes and dim lighting. The waiters are bilingual, very friendly and make sure to keep asking if everything is going well. As for the food, it is amazing! I ordered the american beef burger and it was cooked to perfection, with fries that are the right amount of crispy. I also have to mention that their burgers are very customizable, from the type of meat (beef, chicken etc.), to the toppings and the fries sauce. My boyfriend ordered the bla bla nachos with extra chicken and found them to be great as well. All in all, I highly recommend this place and would definitely come again when I'm in Sherbrooke! ❤

The burger variety of this place is MIND. BLOWING. I honestly can’t say enough about how innovative some of these burgers are. I got the blue cheese with MANDARIN oranges (like the ones you get in a fruit cup!!!) and capers. Phenomenal! The fries and the mayo dipping sauce were also wonderful. Seriously, the mayos also have a ton of variety! The service was great also. I’d probably stay away from their sangria as it’s quite over priced and their churros (wayyyy too much sugar). But apart from that, an excellent place.

Outre cela, le pain était dur et vieilli et ne goûtait pas grand chose. Bref, pour 20$, il est difficile de faire pire. Malgre tout, il y a eu un élément positif au repas qui a su porter mon avis à deux étoiles plutôt qu’une. La sauce qui venait avec lés frites était délicieuse. À elle seule elle a su agrémenter de beaucoup le goût des frites. Malheureusement, cela ne suffit pas à faire d’un repas un bon repas. En conclusion, il y a pour le même prix des choix plus intéressant à Sherbrooke. Je ne crois pas retourner au café bla bla
