UPDATE: This facility is listed as open 24hrs.. Just don't show up around 3am cause they are closed and won't take your order My work is just down the road from this place. If you like mystery meals, this is the place to go! I don't know why I keep returning, letting this place attempt to get my meal right. It's almost always wrong, but when they actually the right food, I get cold fries, wrong drink, wrong sizing of fries/drink. The lineups with this COVID doesn't even make it worth the hassle to go complain, especially when you're only on a half hour lunch break and it takes 20 mins to get your order

This place is so bad, it hurts. If I could give this place less stars, I'd give them -5. Let me start off by saying I've had multiple problems on multiple occasions but today sent me over the edge. The customer service here is so below expectations, it's sad! The employees are often rude and I understand most are students but still. My orders usually get messed up, I had a few incidents where I received unmixed drinks and my friend has even received SPOILED milk that made her very sick for two weeks. Today, we went for breakfast but wasn't told until after paying and waiting for about 15 minutes, that the smoothie machine still needed to be cleaned... it was 6:30am, they were opened since 5am. At this point, I'm done with this McDonalds and I'd much rather go to the one across from the Pen Center in St Catharines. Don't waste your time and money here.

Tea sat on back counter for 15 mins while I waited for fries, then when fries finally came, I asked for fresh tea. Today's my graduation from Highschool, I just went on a 7 KM walk with my mother and I wanted a happy meal and soda to celebrate my graduation before the actual ceremony. My mother ordered me a happy meal and I was worried they would give me a girls toy because we never specified. Not only did they give me a boys toy, but it was the Joker plush. Lovely dining indeed.

My husband and I were visiting from Alberta a few weeks ago and went to McDonald's drivethrough a few times. We were impressed with a young man who served us - once at the window, and once when we had to pull over to wait for our order to be brought to our vehicle. He was charismatic, friendly, polite, and pleasant in every way - probably the best encounter we have had with McDonald's staff. We wish we knew his name, but just wanted you to have this review so that he can see it. GREAT job! He will do well, and we wish him the best for his future!

In the past four years I’ve been to this McDonald’s only in desperate times. I used to go here a lot, but I noticed every second visit I was handed something other than my order. Making mistakes is what they’re known for. I Decided to give it another go two nights ago. Got a coffee and asked for a carrot muffin thinking there’s no way they can screw that up. Ordered 2 big mac combos (1 root beer 1 coke) and a 1/4 meal with nothing but ketchup on the burger. 1/4 came fully prepared so we had to get a new one made. When we got home, realized there was only 1 big mac and both drinks were coke. This place gets our order wrong 9 out of 10 times. Also saw an employee give a man the wrong sized coffee. Instead of just giving him the large, they were going to make him pay the few cents difference!

Men's room dirty and many fixtures broken. I stood at the cash waiting to be served. I waited and waited as staff walked past but nobody took my order. I eventually went to a kiosk. The kiosk was hard to use as I had to press my selection over and over. Once I paid, staff were seen bistling about in the kitchen. Order came some time after. Nothing pleasant about the visit.

the new self check out kiosk does not really offer it all, so most of the time, the counter is still best. the cleanliness is really good, and always a good place to hang around with friends. however, the play place feels alot smaller than it used to be. the food is ok, but the fountain pop, you have to taste first as sometimes it is bland. i have only tried the drive thru 3-4 times, and i think it is more convenient now than before. the turn around is alot better now too, and the pay process is now faster.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This has to be the worst McDonalds restaurant on the face of the planet. I have travelled all over the globe and have never experienced the poor service and food quality that I have at this franchise. I have visited this place more than a few dozen times but will never go there again. If you go here, you will be disappointed at the very least.

Everytime I order from there, they always screw up my order. I ask for a sausage and egg mcgriddle and there's no egg. I ask for a chicken snack wrap and they gave me a chicken patty?? How the hell can they screw up every single time I go there? By the time I get home to eat my food and notice that the order is wrong, I don't want to drive back to go change it. Went through drive through for a quick bite, they had us confirm order at twice at order screen due to the visual order confirmation being broken, confirmed order at pay window, yet the second we pull up to receive our food they try handing us wrong items. When we mention this, with frustration as we have literally repeated our order out 5 times. They ask us to come inside without giving us any of reciept or food. Once inside the front counter staff had no idea what was going on and then start getting super defensive that its not their fault when I'm getting more and more frustrated. I wasn't the only one with issues as not long after they started to correct my order another person came in with issues.

When I asked why would you litter like that, she said “we can’t use the straw again anyway because you touched it and someone will pick this up outside anyway” She wasn’t wearing gloves and touched my food order and bag, so should I have thrown that on the ground?? Why not ask the customer if you want a straw when they order or check bag when customer asks for no straw? Such an ignorant response! When I attempted to call the store to speak with manager, no one answered the phone! Worst service ever!

Orders were correct, but as others have noted, dining area is very small and crowded. The worst part was the dining area was a total mess and it was clear that staff had no interest in cleaning it. We don't frequent McDonald's due to the effect the food has on a person's digestive system (it's unanimous, right?) But we decided last weekend to grab a quick bit before grocery shopping. We zipped through the drive through where I ordered a chicken bacon wrap minus the bacon. Due to having a faulty pancreas, pork could put me in the hospital. Low and behold, once I finally opened my wrap there was bacon on it. So, we drive back, park the car, I go in and ask for a new wrap. The young lady at the counter replaced my meal quite hastily. All is well once again. So back out to the car I go, get in, sit down, open my wrap....THERE'S F@$%ING BACON ON IT!!! I stormed back in and demanded a refund. Of course, I have to wait for somebody with enough authority to issue it. Out comes the general manager (her name is escaping me), she scolds the young lady for asking her to issue this. Apparently the poor girl was supposed to bother someone else to do it. The GM handed me my six dollars and change, no apology, not a word. I guess to most bacon is just bacon. With such complacency and poor workmanship, perhaps minimum wage shouldn't be $14/hour ????‍♀️

This McDonald's is the WORST one in town. Waited in drive thru while the cars in the other drive thru kept ordering. I kept yelling "hello, hello". 10 mins of waiting I finally got to order. Then we waited another 15 mins in drive thru for our food. Totally unacceptable. Ohhhh and I can't forget to mention our burgers were squished, we had no straws and my son got no sweet and sour sauce. You guys suck!

Went through the drive thru, noticed two women touching my food without gloves on which is a health code violation as you are required to wear gloves while handling food. I called to simple ask them that I was not happy with them touching my food a simple apology would have been nice. But the cashier was completely ignorant and very unprofessional. During a pandemic you'd think you'd have a little more common sense not to touch food without gloves on.

It's McDonald's what else can you say? Only reason why it's not higher up in my rating is due to the fact that I'd say 2/3 of the time my order isn't right but usually it's young kids that you're working with so there's a bit of understanding there. But those big Macs I tell you can't go wrong

Enjoyed a Big Mac, Fries & a Coke. Went through the drive-thru at 2 pm, it was busy ten cars in the line up. The drive-thru was quick, friendly & the food was hot & tasted great. Even the coke was refreshing. Great job McDonald's. Right now McDonald's has coupons, two can dine for $11.98. So I'm feeling pretty good about my late lunch plus I got to treat my honey, we both feel thoroughly satisfied.

This particular restaurant consistently leaves food you ordered out of the bag. For this to happen almost every 2nd order to one client tells me this is a normal practice for this particular McDonalds. Make sure you ALWAYS check the bag yourself. Otherwise, good food and nice people.

Gross! Every time we get ketchup packs from this location they have exploded yuck all over them. That is if they even remember to put them in the bag. How hard is it to toss the gross ones away? You can do better! I’m not sure I’ve ever actually got a meal here I was fully satisfied with. Most of the time we have to tell them they made a mistake and go back into the restaurant to get it corrected. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a busy location or that employees just don’t care. You should treat every meal as if it was something you would eat yourself. It’s simple really. If you wouldn’t eat it, why would someone else?

An actual all day breakfast (unlike other places that claim that, Tim's!), best fast-food based coffee (iced frappe really ought to be alcoholic, it'd be so good!) and never been told that something has been sold out, changed or not available at its location. Honestly. I get more mistakes than correct orders. Today when I tried to use the comped meal I was promised for a bad order, I was told they couldn't do it because it was too old (2 or 3 weeks). And also that if something is wrong I should come back right away so they can replace the meal. If I am using a McDonalds drive through it's because I am short on time to begin with. By the time I discover something is wrong I am already blocks away, sometimes further depending on what's going on. But I have been asked to pull ahead to check my order. And I have been asked not to stop in the reserved pick up spot (the only place to pull over before you are forced to merge into traffic) because they might need it. Then the only way to turn is right and you either have to circle the entire mall to get back to the entrance, OR manage to cut across 2 lanes of traffic to get into the left turn lane that is about 4 car lengths down the road to turn left again down a back alley and then left again across traffic and near a busy corner to start to head back to the entrance. Well... what do you want from me? You make a mistake and I am out of luck on that, serves me right for getting food there to begin with? Do you want business or not? Come on people.

I do Remote Field Service for a living, whenever I'm in town working on a customer around the corner I like popping in for coffee in the morning. The staff is very friendly and courteous and the food is always properly prepared just the way I asked for.

I have been coming here a lot lately drive through and walking in and I have to say, every time the staff is so friendly! Honestly for people working at McDonald’s I can’t believe how cheerfully they treat me. When I come into a fast food establishment i have zero expectations, because it’s fast food after all but I have had no issues with any of my orders in a long time! Orders are correct and quick every time. And I come all timesof the day, morning, afternoon, evening and late nights! Treat your servers with respect y’all!

Service sucked to start with. No one even bothered to attend to me at the counter for almost 10 minutes. Then they screwed up our order yet again. We order a big mac no meat to get it home to find meat on it. Thats fantastic for a vegetarian. Also both meals were ordered with no onions and you guessed it onions on both. It is a good place but I will give them two stars for now. They need to improve on cleanliness, I sat near the glass window and I realised that they were dusty. The garbage bin was also full, I am not sure how many times in a day they do empty it but I believe the garbage bin needs to be emptied each time it's full! All in all it is a great place, the employees are great!

This McDonald's is very disorganized in the way they fulfill orders. Unfortunately they have not adjusted well to the change in order taking and do not realize that they should serve 'easy to prepare' orders first to quickly cancel them off the screen. I was waiting for my order well an older gentleman was telling me he had been waiting 15 mins for a coffee. Its ridiculous.

Asked to speak to the manager and she explained'the person running the other speaker is having some issues today.... I hate McDonald’s because the service over dinner is always the worst. But today I was served by a Reilly in drive thru and she was so pleasant and didn’t interrupt me when I forgot to order my drink with the combo. She got my order correct and that’s also a rare thing for me. Absolutely amazing. She deserves a raise or promotion but keep her as long as you can and you will continue to keep business. I’d also like to point out the young gentleman that was handing out orders. He remembered my sauces and was super polite. Where did you find these kids? Keep them!

It's a great place to eat. What I like about McDonald's is that no matter where you are in North America the food is the same, meaning to say if you're travelling to California or to Florida both places serve the same meal. We usually stop mid afternoon when we are travelling just to have a bite to eat. We never worried about the quality of the food.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Ordered2 iced coffees unsweetened with no cream and light ice. Clearly too difficult for Wilma to understand as she yells out what’s with all these funny coffee’s.
