Love this place! The food and for it's price is what's all about. Good serving size with 2 ulam(dish)+ rice and drink for $8! And the food is super tasty. The place is a little small but the food is worth it.

Love this place. Great food served hot! Asking questions dosen't upset the kind ladys working the front counter. They are more than willy to help you out. Always grab a bbq stick before heading out. Food : 4 out of 5. Food presentation is not applicable for rating but the food itself is a solid 4. Nothing fancy but it reminds me of some homemade food. Ambience: 3.5 out of 5, again, nothing fancy but it's clean and cozy. Staff: they are friendly, since there's no table service, I can't rate them. Price: 3.9 out of 5, cheap and reasonable. Overall: 4 out of 5.

I ordered the tapsilog. Its garlic fried rice with beef, siced tomato and onions, and 2 fried eggs. The food was good but my beef was cold. It was shredded and not the sliced beef im used to. The staff are friendly and service is good

The goto and tokwa at baboy was good. The rest of the food we tried was meh - grilled liempo, longanisa and lumpiang sariwa. I wish the ordering system was more organized and the place itself was cleaner, roomier and more updated.

Some of the food here is absolutely stellar. Yes concur special Batchoy (with fried garlic toppings) but also the beef caldereta. Chewy oowie goodness! The drag queen contest I saw during the week where they had the queens parade themselves and slam each other was absolutely annoying. Hard to sit thru while u eat if u eat there frequently like we did. So I hope that has stopped but otherwise awesome place for eats. This rating is solely based on food. Some of the delicacies r spot on. It's a turoturo or cafeteria style set up so ur not getting ambience but ur not paying for it either. Prices are average Good people

Had their special Bac Choy Noodles and Having to eaten alot of noodles, this stuff isn't really good. I was recommended by someone to come here because its something they eat back home. I don't really like it, cause I find it too salty. 2nd, the noodles isn't that tasty, although I wasn't expecting freshly made noodles. Friendly Staff, a very local place, Im sure their other foods taste better, that is the only thing I was there for.

Ordered the La Pat Batchoy and I’m very confused by all the five star ratings I’m seeing. I didn’t expect this to be a gourmet dish; just wanted a tasty noodle soup. But all the meat in the soup tasted extremely stale (as if I was eating days old dried out pork). The noodles and soup base itself didnt taste too different than a typical noodle soup, but my main criticism is just how horribly stale the meat tasted which ruined the entire dish.

This is my got to Filipino breakfast place in Toronto. Hands down the best place for tapsilog and my kids favorite longsilog. Me and my kids come here once a week religiously cause of breakfast.
