Ordered There Buffalo Chicken Wings. I have ordered them before and there amazing but unfortunately they gave me chicken almost like a tender with Buffalo sauce dumped on them in a bag no box. I went back into the store and the guy said there’s nothing wrong and to leave even tho I knew they were wrong because I have once again ordered them before. Never going there again I’ll drive to port instead.

Poor customer service. They also sell stale and expired cigarettes. The employees have no knowledge of products carried. Even when I asked how the rewards program works I was told "sorry I don't know" but yet they ask you for points card all the time like robots.

Bathrooms are closed. they're blaming covid, but there is no provincial rule that requires the bathroom be closed. It also makes no sense that they remove the ability for customers to wash their hands. It makes the store feel very dirty.

This is a wonderful, well kept and organized, 24h convenient store. It practically has everything you could possibly need or want at 4:00a.m. They have a delicious variety of fresh baked goods and an excellent self serve coffee bar which includes a few different coffee blends as well as an assortment of creamers, situated atop a large lazy susan. The store is equiped with its own Canada Post outlet which operates from 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m. and includes a number of P.O. Box units which you can aquire at a reasonable price. Overall, I give this 7'11 a 10/10 and 2 thumbs up!!!

The worst 7/11 Esso on the planet the worker was rude, disrespectful and down right heartless. I was working on Wyhte ave all day as electrician so I was a bit dirty and entered the store he immediately stared me down. I ignored his behaviour grabbed two doughnuts he made me show him how many were I the bag even though I said I wasn’t done shopping then I showed him my cash to assure him I could pay. I told him I just got off work and my car had been towed I had called a friend and was being picked up. I spent $34.00 and waited inside for a bit until I was told I couldn’t wait inside anymore and put out on the sidewalk!! once again I told him I was being picked up shortly put got no sympathy. I asked his name and told him I would post a review so here I am karmas a *itch Vinder.

I grew up living across the street from here. In all my times going there, when I would only have $2 to spend on candy and junk, it has always been a warm and welcome experience. This 7-Eleven feels like a second home to me. all throughout covid, 7-eleven has never disappointed me. I highly recommend going here, the staff are wonderful and hard workers, the food is okay but it's 7-eleven so what can you expect, and overall it's just a good experience.

7-Eleven is one of the best convenience stores to go to when you have the munchies. It's super well organized with potato chips and pop. If you have never had one, consider having a Slurpee (a slushie). They have flavours such as 'Manitoba Mosquito Bite'. The store is probably less ideal for groceries though.

I will never shop here again! This 711 is the usual spot I go to since it's very close however I will never come back. If you are person of colour prepare to be racially profiled by the manager and his staff. Expect to be followed around and the exit to be blocked by the manager because he thinks people of colour steal. I am deeply traumatized by what went down today.

Awesome selection with an app that loves to give. Seriously, give it a try. The deals it offers, right down to the free coffe weeks they seem to offer every couple of months will not only save money but also let you get points to redeem for almost anything. Friendly staff (though one time i did get a lady who i think was having a bad day. But hey we are all human, right?) who are always busy but manage to make you feel welcome. Hot coffee. I cannot stress this enough. Amazing coffee bar with a flavour selection that has something for everyone. Worth a visit.

I got followed in the store trying to buy coconut water and a kitkat. The staff member literally stood at the end of each isle I was in staring at me. As I’m paying I asked him why he was following me and he said that he was “checking inventory” interesting how he was only checking those that were a few feet from me. His mask was also comfortably below his nose. Farahs food mart is only a few blocks away is also 24 hours and much better service. Definitely not coming back.

I've been coming here regularly since moving to the area 2 years ago. This morning I went in and it was like I was living in a preCOVID world. The cashier's mask was halfway off her face rendering it ineffective, she was having many customers type their number into the screen without cleaning it. And there were multiple customers not wearing masks without being asked to by employees. I live with an autoimmune disorder and felt like my health was a secondary concern to that of the employees and other customers convenience. Whats worse is that this is my Canada Post location so I don't even have the option of not returning. I will be following up with Canada Post to discuss the situation.

They asked me if i wanted anything from their hot case, however ecoli or Hep A/B/C wasn't what i was looking for. Didn't see staff wash their hands at all when handling the food and cash. This staff has little to no care for public health or safety. It's Russian Roulette getting any beverage or food from this cesspool...

Brutal customer service for night staff… my son ordered something he always orders, Buffalo chicken wings. He recorded chicken tenders. After noticing in the car they were not what he ordered, we returned to the counter to ask for what he actually ordered. The staff demanded that what he ordered without double checking the bag. Not even attempting to correct THEIR MISTAKE! We were not rude just asked them to correct it. Such a disappointing experience… of your looking for a quick snack in there evening I wouldn’t suggest going to this location. And the award for the best employee of the year goes to Megan! She treats her customers with the utmost respect and is a wonderful person to do business with on a daily basis. My best friend often stumbles over his words and has trouble communicating what he wants. Generally this is met with a reaction of annoyance and its very embarrassing for him. Its a constant source of humiliation and anxiety. This is the norm, but not with megan. Megan is always extremely patient and accommodating to us and we never feel a hint of judgment coming from her. I just want to say THANK YOU MEGAN for showing us what a great person you are. The other employees at 711 Stratford, and tbh Stratford in general could learn a thing or 2 from you!

I come to this 7 Eleven location often and I get my stuff, pay and leave. It's really fast. I usually come here to get like a coffee with some snacks and stuff or for a Slurpee. What an awful business and such awful service. Have arrived to this 7/11 4 times in the past few days, just trying to collect a graduation gift someone sent me, and between reduced hours-showing up repeatedly just for them to close on me as I arrived-and only having one single employee working the Post Office while a line loops around the store is atrocious. Great example of terrible business practices. Get it together and learn to be efficient. This is maddening. If I could rate less than 1 star, I certainly would.

We order from here through Skip The Dishes and our order is messed up every time! We just paid $21 for 2 taquitos, 2 large slurpees and a bag of doritos. Were already paying 2x as much, but then we get a small sad bag delivered with 2 cold hard old taquitos, NO slurpees, and instead of Doritos, we got one of their small trays which was slightly opened, yet NO cheese or chilli included on the side or anything! When I tried to call them, the phone line is continually busy. Even after an hr! It feels like it is left off the hook so employees don't have to answer to the angry customers. Every time I go in person, there is always slurpees and Doritos, so clearly, this is plain lazy staff who don't want to do anything. Pick anywhere but here for your late night cravings.

Staff are friendly, but service is extremely slow. Unfortunately, you have to request that a second person to start taking customer orders, on the open register. It's not uncommon to see one person on cash with a very long line up, and other staff doing random tasks, like sweeping the floor. If you are in a rush, this isn't the place to stop for a coffee.

As a casual uber eats driver after a long day of work at another job i visit this location for a pick up late night. few people are in line to pay and the front clerk notices me. he calls out to his colleague who is sitting on the ground on the other side of the store casually opening boxes to help put my order together. He responds with "Let them wait, if they don't like it they can cancel the order, i don't care. i have to finish these boxes". the clerk behind the counter finished helping everyone in the store and quickly put my order together. to the guy behind the counter: thank you bro for your service, i didn't mind waiting at all. it is unfortunate that you have to work with losers who don't deserve a job to begin with.

I have witnessed her give attitude and be rude to people so many different occasions. The rest of the staff are great! I just feel like her attitude and negative energy dont slign with the values and beliefs of 7/11.

Been in this location many times before for gas and some food pick up, it's usually always busy since it tends to have the lowest priced gas but the location and store is decent. Ordered some food online last night from skipthedishes and got food picked up from this location. The food wasn't that great. The meat pizza taste awful. Please do not put onions inside of your pre-made pizzas. It takes away the meaty taste and onions are just gross. I'll probably never buy pizza from them again unless they change the way they make their pizza.

Impressive service! The whole staff is so helpful. I ordered some food and they were out of it but still managed to complete my order within minutes, even after the long line up. There was this little girl with glasses who dealt really nicely and the cooperation between the two employees was tremendous. Even after so much pressure, they served with smile and patience.

Terrible services. Post office guy Emtiyaz refused to give us the tracking number for the parcel that we sent internationally which is now missing from last 2 months. I recommend to never send parcels or mail through this location, instead use FedEx, Purolator or DHL.

Asked for a pack of specific cigarettes. They charged me and gave me the wrong pack, then said they didn’t have the ones I wanted.(should’ve told me before charging me that they didn’t have the product??) Then they “refunded” me. They just voided the transaction on their machine. They didn’t ask for my card or anything and obviously I didn’t get the refund . I asked and told them but they ignored me. Basically, this 7-11 straight up stole 16$ from me. Stay away…stay far away

I ordered food from here and when i went to pickup, around 2:30 lady employee was mopping the floor and without changing the gloves she was wearing while mopping and sanitizing her hands she handed me the food. I expect higher standards of cleaning from 7/11. You cannot serve food with same hands you are mopping floor.

I went to 7-11 just after midnight because the 2 McDonalds in town were closed, even though their google presence said open. So, desperate for a snack, I went to 7-11. Their selection was a little sparse, but they sold me a delicious piece of chicken that was just as tasty (if not better) than KFC or Popeyes. If I had a choice, I'd go here before the other two chicken places, and, now, before McDonalds. I'd bet the food is even better during the day. Staff is reasonably friendly as well for being up and working in the middle of the night. :o) Thanks!
