Nice and relaxing coffee! I went there on a recommendation as was not disappointed. With a vast seating area and (judging by the amount of laptops) free wifi, it makes for a great place to chill out and enjoy your fix of caffeine. Boasting a wide selection of choices from all over the globe, the only downside to this place is trying to pick which coffee you actually want. But that's fine, the staff were more than friendly and accomodating. With this place and some other venues I've seen recently, Broadway and specifically Broadway roastery, is becoming one of my favourite spots in the city.

It's a pretty uniquely Saskatoon coffee shop. I believe its a locally owned affair. The broadway one has its own broadway flare to it in a nice quiet-ish culdesac where you can sit outside and enjoy the area. The staff are pretty unique as well. Definitely a change from the humdrum coffee run.

Honestly, coffee was pretty good! I got the real vanilla vanilla bean latte, was impressed by the flavor. Unfortunately, my missing stars are more because of the interior of the place. I found it to be a bit too noisy for my tastes, not just the customers, But the machines and staff whirring and chatting. Honestly not too big of a deal, I would have been more forgiving if there were better seating options. This isn't really the type of coffee shop you come to to sit in a comfy chair and read. All the seats are generic wooden kitchen table chairs, no sofas or comfier "long stay" chairs. For a to-go place? Decent coffee! For a stay in? I might suggest elsewhere.

I've been coming here since you could smoke inside. I miss the bowls - you used to be able to order a cafe latte in a bowl. I'd pretend I was in France. This is still a great cozy neighbourhood cafe with yummy coffee drinks (I recommend the Cafe Chestnut). I like coming in to read, write and meet friends.

This local coffee shop has been serving great coffee for years. The coffee shop is popular and often very busy, but worth the wait for a great cup of coffee. This is the original of 3 Broadway Roastery stores in the city. As the name suggests, they roast and blend their own beans, which can also be purchased to take home. Try the Prairie Blend, which is always on brew.

They offer a wide range of coffee based drinks, all at very reasonable prices. The quality of the coffee itself is decent, though from what I've tasted nothing too special or gourmet. This place is a great middle ground between cheaper coffee shops with mediocre coffee, and boutique cafes with expensive but truly delicious coffee.

They don't warm up their baked goods. Barista handed me the cinnamon bun and pointed to a microwave saying I can warm it up myself. 2 of our 3 drinks were iced chai lattes. First sip all we could taste was milk. Went back in and asked if we could get more chai tea added. Whatever they added tasted like water, So our second attempt tasted like water and milk.

The BEST blueberry pie I have tasted yet :) We arrived at 14.30pm and the hostess told us they had 30minutes until closing so we said "no problem" we were only going to grab a coffee anyway. Then we saw the pies. Within 5minutes we each had a slice of warm pie (Apple and blueberry) and our coffees Infront of us. Quick service, but not lacking in quality :)

I do make it a point to support local businesses. However the last two times I was at the Broadway Roastery the service was ridiculously slow. In the time it took to serve one customer Tim Hortons would have served three or four. And there was no reason for it. I left before making my order. It made more sense to take the extra couple of minutes to walk up the road to Museo.

Broadway Roastery has a wide variety of beans that you can buy to take home with option to have them grinded too. I buy a few bags at a time to put in our Miele unit and I am highly happy about my choice. The first time I did, the lady working explained that I shouldn’t use an oilier bean because it could cause issues with the machine, which I wouldn’t have ever thought of. They have so many delicious drink options from typical coffee, lattes, etc to even Italian Soda! Excellent desserts which make this a great place to meet up with friends, interviews or study. It’s also locally owned by a family since opening I believe, and there are at least three locations. This one in particular is nice right off the river and located on Broadway. A bridge walk away from the nice river valley trails and downtown.

One of the best coffee shops in S'toon. A staple in the Broadway area, with a large variety of cafe classics and original drinks, always made to perfection from personable staff. Not much in terms of snacks, but decent quality for what is available. Cute and spacious interior, with a vibrant sidewalk patio in the summer. Skip the Starbucks down the block, enjoy the Roastery instead.

So I don't really like coffee. I always get a London Fog. Or a Banana flavoured Italian Soda. Which don't seem really Italian. Is it ironic or something? Maybe it's like "French" Fries? Anyway, for some reason people I meet with like to go here. There's no reason not to. It's a nice enough place. Try the butter tarts. They are a little greasy but yummy.

The coffee is fine, and they have a bit of baking, but why I like this place so much is their hours and how large it is. I don't know of another local coffee place open late, and the Roastery has plenty of space if you're with a group or want to get some studying done.

It's my favourite place in Saskatoon but tonight's ( Jan 21th ) waitresses were so not friendly! It's so rude to wait on ur customers with a mad face and somehow a very rude attitude, We felt really unwelcome by them, and for sure I wouldn't go there if this is OK with this place. I go here all the time for the beef pastry rolls and carrot cake. Apparently carrot cake is an old person's dessert (65+) and I'm not supposed to eat it because I'm "not old". People shouldn't be putting labels on other people for what they eat. I also like hot beef sandwiches with gravy and I like to freshen my breathe with Certs after a meal. 10/10. Fav place to get coffee/lattes/carrot cake in the city.

Great variety of tasty treats. Service was good. Drinks were good. About $5.00 plus taxes and tip. So 6 or 7 $ for your cup of specialty coffee. I had a mango smoothie deal of the day was $ 4 .65 +. Yes good place to go for coffee.

Bought here Dark French roast coffee beans for my espresso machine and could not get to the correct pressure extraction on a grinding level of factory default 7 or even 2; had to go to a setting of finest grinding to get to the right pressure extraction level but you cannot drink that, is really bad; so this cofee is not that fresh roasted as they say it is or maybe is not for espresso (?); was told it is was roasted 4 days ago but there is no roasting date on the package as it comes from a huge bag they keep in there ...
