We like to visit this coffee shop on a quiet Sunday morning. With Covid 19 restrictions now in place...November 2020...the staff unfortunately do not clean the tables and seats after each customer's visit...which makes the experience a little disconcerting...at least to our knowledge that we observed. Also the jam we ordered with our toast was old and stale, tough and not edible. However the servers did their best to give us additional and overall they were very pleasant and understanding.

Great place love the vibe of it and always got Good's to make your mouth water...but I really really dig the hot chocolate they make it is the booomb...a definite have anytime...but a must have on a nice nite walk with snow falling and stars out... check it out for sure....

This is my favorite place to get coffee. I love the staff, they're so easy to talk to and they made me a personalized coffee! Absolutely wonderful place to go have a coffee with friends or go alone to have a coffee and study :)

Nice quiet coffee hideout. Across from the YMCA and Community Centre...a good location to meet up with friends. Offer Fair Trade coffee. Prices are on track for a cappucino.

Enjoy coming here to get a coffee and get some work done. Staff are very friendly and the place is clean. Nice to a local coffee shop in Sherwood Village. Sometimes wish they were open later, but understand the need to schedule store hours based on business needs.

My friends and I go in there regularly, and have had a few concerns for the past while. First, the staff is great. Very friendly. We feel that things are really needing a good cleaning, and some repairs. The seats are split, and propped up by a block of wood. The bathroom is always dirty. I have never seen a table wiped off after customers leave, and there is a thick layer of dust all over the light sconces, and even the napkin holders. We have noticed that all the other locations are lovely and clean, and also have many more food choices. I think a few updates are required.

It is a cozy homey setting with lots of different specialty drinks and gourmet foods for snacking or a meal. Also, lets not forget tje espresso chocolate beans... OMG. Energy, iron, and chocolate...its the Trifecta of yummy for the distinguished guy, Godesses ,Angels, This girl and that guy.????????????.. ( a must try ) . Open indoor seating area during Covid-19 . A Favourite place for me and Bee... and also very central with good parking and wifi.

I often get coffee from here every morning before work. I’ve noticed the place has been going downhill for a while.. they're usually always out of supplies. Today was the last straw, I ordered a latte with oat milk, but it was made with regular milk. My digestive system wasn’t very happy and I was very uncomfortable at work.

I love their menu and atmosphere! Yes the prices are higher but this isn't Tim Horton's. You get what you pay for which is quality and a unique offering of food and beverage items. Staff are friendly and hardworking.

Usually love coffee lodge, but after waiting nearly 25 minutes for my 3 coffees and 3 sandwiches, my favorite sandwich (jasper turkey) was very poorly made (tasted like any other turkey sandwich and if you've had the jasper turkey, you know it's not just any turkey sandwich) and only found 2 small pieces of chicken in the chipotle chicken wrap. Very disappointing.
