It was okay. They don’t brew any of their espresso drinks in house which was disappointing. It was basically packaged Tassimo. Had a breakfast sandwich that was also meh. Service was great though.

Always really friendly and fast service! They have excellent food and a to die for mocha! Love it here! Much better than Tim Hortons or Starbucks!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE... Both workers have very horrible attentive listenting abilities and problems with remembering their orders. They are also extremely rude and unbecoming. I have been going almost once a week for breakfast the past month and every time I was left disappointed or disrespected. I just can't stand it anymore. Last week when I came, I asked specifically for a wrap with no tomatoes and she seemed to forget so I let it slide since I was too busy that morning to wait any longer and unfortunately was unable to eat my wrap due to my reaction to tomatoes. This morning was and will be the last time I ever go to beanzz again... I asked for the same wrap with no tomatoes and was very disappointted to see she messed up ANOTHER order. I ended up going back and asking her just to take the tomatoes out... not even for a whole new wrap yet she began to ridicule me as if I was a child. She told me rudely I didn't tell her no tomatoes and that she couldn't do anything about it, and was also making jokes about me to other customers and telling me not to get "excited" when all I said was she must not have heard me right and if she could fix it. I had to leave the mall feeling embarrassed and put down, plus hungry as well as upset as I have wasted 9$ this morning to be bullied and no breakfast when I could have been treated as an appreciated costumer elsewhere . I would suggest for better buisness to replace the workers with ones have better listening abilities and actually treat costumer with RESPECT.

Excellent food and service! Our office orders lunch from Beanzz quite often, but today we ordered our first platter for a group meeting. Despite calling the order in on the same day, they were eager to help us out and put together several delicious wrap/ciabatta, fruit and dessert trays! The food is delicious and everything on the menu is worth trying. I highly recommend them for catering, great pricing and service.

Beanzz is one of finest places in Sarnia. The food is amazing and the coffee is wonderful with as well. The staff are phenomenal and just might be “Full of BEANZZ” haha, Staff are great. A real fine place! Those of you who’ve never been to Beanzz, You absolutely have to try it once and I guarantee you’ll be wanting to go back. Beanzz is a real fine place indeed!

Whenever I have time i go here for a bagel and an iced coffee and it's always the best bagel I've ever had!!! Pizza bagel with cream cheese so good. Love how many options there are and staff is so sweet and lovely, thank God sarnia has this place!
