Great place for fresh oven baked bagels! Their coffee offering had a much needed update recently. It show that the people that own the place really put a lot of care into it. Cool artwork displayed all around, nice decor, pretty good food. Oh ! Great place for Montreal style bagels. I'm now convinced that Montreal-style bagels are the superior bagels. There's a real wood-fired oven that's visible and you can watch the entire process of making bagels. If you visit here, get the BFLT (bacon, fromage/cheese, lettuce, tomato). One heck of a classic combination. Weirdly, I found a French fry in mine.

Finally, the waitress who brought our plates later came back to ask if everything was okay at the table next door, and walked past us ignoring us. In short, the plate was good and the ingredients were of high quality, but this completely sloppy service is certainly not worthy of a restaurant that respects itself and its customers. Il est donc évident que nos assiettes ont été oubliées sur le passe-plat, par notre serveuse occupée ailleurs -elle n’a jamais fini le service avec nous, d’ailleurs-. De plus, nous avons commandé la même assiette mon conjoint et moi, et mon bol de fruits ne contenait que 3 minuscules morceaux de fruits, alors que celui de mon homme en contenait le double. Très décevant. Enfin, la serveuse qui a apporté nos assiettes est repassée plus tard pour demander si tout allait bien à la table d’à côté, et est passée devant nous en nous ignorant. Bref, l’assiette était bonne et les ingrédients, de qualité, mais ce service complètement bâclé n’est très certainement pas digne d’un resto qui se respecte et respecte sa clientèle.
