I am not normally a huge fan of bubble tea due to the fact the drinks are normally extremely sweet. This was not the case. I was greeted by the owner after most stores closed and staff were running out. His store was open and he was in no rush to run out. He explained the concept and directed me in the right direction to get a non sweet experience. It was overwhelming at first but after some tips I got exactly what I wanted. He speaks perfect French and perfect English which is rare for this part of the province. If you’re looking for bubble tea, look now further. You’ll not only enjoy a great drink but have someone guide you and go the extra mile. Congrats for the great restaurant. I will be back!
