(Translated) Quality place to spend a quiet moment. The atmosphere is Zen, the menu is interesting and the staff are very welcoming. The rating I give is mainly due to the quality of specialized coffees such as lattes, cappuccino, etc. which were repeatedly disappointing. Unfortunately, it seems that staff often lack training (not their fault) in how to prepare for these. The milk is frothed to a temperature far too hot, making it "good" for the road, but the milk has burnt down (> 70deg) and it's just not good. In addition, the milk is frothed (in my experience on multiple occasions) before extracting the espresso, which by the waiting time for the extraction makes the milk in the separate pot (the micro-bubbles not homogenized with milk) which makes the first sip full of dry foam and the rest of the beverage purely liquid flat. For the price displayed, I expect better and something comparable to the competition, that's all. (Original) Endroit de qualité pour passer un moment tranquille. L'ambiance est zen, le menu est intéressant et le personnel est très acceuillant. La cote que je donne est surtout due à la qualité des cafés spécialisés comme les lattes, cappuccino, etc. qui furent à multiples reprises décevants. Malheureusement, on dirait que le personnel manque souvent de formation (pas de leur faute) quant à la préparation de ceux-ci. Le lait est moussé jusqu'à une température beaucoup trop chaude, le rendant "bon" pour la route, mais le lait a carrément brulé (> 70deg) et ce n'est juste pas bon. De plus, le lait est moussé (à mon expérience à multiples reprises) avant d'extraire l'espresso, qui par le temps d'attente de l'extraction rend le lait dans le pot séparé (les micro-bulles non-homogénéisées avec le lait) ce qui rend la première gorgée remplie de mousse sèche et le reste du breuvage purement liquide, platte. Pour le prix affiché, je m'attends à mieux et à quelque chose de comparable à la concurence, c'est tout.

I had low expectations before visiting this café. I was aiming for a crowd pleaser, nothing fancy. Oh lord. How could they shoot below that low bar! My latte was tasteless, highly diluted although it was a small serving. No taste from the coffee (a hint of roasting but it could have been “anything roasted”) nor from the milk. How can we make it so wrong. A lot of investment in equipement for a mediocre experience. Oh and it is expensive. There’s a good chance you’ll have a better coffee at the gas station next door
