Today because of road work in two mountains, a delivery truck blocking the parking lot, having to go around the block and park 300 meters from the restaurant I was 8 minutes late for the lève tôt and was charged full amount. Notre serveuse a déposé la machine interac sur la table et est partis. Peut-être qu’ils étaient short staff, mais il y a tout de même une base en service à la clientèle. I worked at Uber for this restaurant and each time I go there they keep making me deliver their same cheap cups which just splash half of the coffee all over in my delivery bag or in my car, I tried to suggest them to change the cover to protect the liquid from spilling everywhere when in a car or a bicycle move. But after 5 mins or didn't came I asked again another staff for maple syrup and been told that my "serveuse" Is coming to give what I need. When I didn't finished my pancake due to dryness then and only then our waitress came and when I told her about the situation she was apologetic but my impression to the restaurant will not changed for a glass of free Orange juice. I do not think that the confusion of the entrance was due to a computer problem and that our waitress could simply put the time on our order to pass the people in the order. So at the arrival of our dishes at 11:55 after the waitress was arguing with us ... .we decide to leave. I think if there was a waitress who would come to see us before to apologize without giving us all their arguments of why this is the brothel and offer us an orange juice for example for our painful wait would have already been better . Tout d'abord, les gens dans la file d'attente était tous très mécontents car il y avait pas d'hôtesse et les gens étaient tous confus….plusieurs personnes on passé avant nous...donc finalement arriver à une table pour deux après 30 minutes. Arriver à la table à 11h05, une serveuse est venu nous donner du café et un verre d'eau ensuite à 11h28 un autre serveuse finalement est venu nous voir pour prendre notre commande disant '' je m'excuse du temps nos ordinateurs ne fonctionne pas" donc malgré que leur problème devrait pas nous concerner on à rien mentionner et accepter avec un sourire. Pour expliquer la situation, nous sommes les premier arriver dans notre coin ou il y avait 4 tables une près de l'autre. La serveuse prend notre commande à 11h28 et ensuite prend les autres tables. Tout les autres 4 autres tables on été servies avant nous, malgré qu'il y avait un couple qui venait d'arriver et qui semblait connaître les employés de la place (favoritisme). Maintenant 11h50 et toujours pas de nourritures, serveuse aviser de la situation, la serveuse dit ''on essaye de notre mieux, mais nos ordinateurs son brisés, on s'excuse'' le dit avec un attitude arrogante….je lui ai répondu que les clients non pas besoin de subir vos problèmes et que je pense qu'on à été plus que tolérant depuis le début. Je pense pas que la confusion de l'entrée était du à un problème d'ordinateur et que notre serveuse pouvait simplement mettre l'heure sur notre commande pour passer les gens dans l'ordre. Donc à l'arriver de nos plats à 11h55 après que la serveuse s'argumentait avec nous….nous avons décider de quitter. Je pense que si il y avait une serveuse qui serait venu nous voir avant pour s'excuser sans nous donner tout leur arguments du pourquoi c'est le bordel et nous offrir un jus d'orange par exemple pour notre attente pénible aurait déjà été mieux. Jamais nous allons y retourner, très décevant comme première expérience. De plus, notre serveuse avec son chandail toute sale comme si elle cuisinait elle même les plats. Great food but service was so so. We made reservations the day before and requested 3 highchairs for the toddlers that would be eating with us but had none available for us anyway. We made a point of reserving them because we had this exact issue last time we went. They are seriously lacking in highchairs. Aside from that, one of the toddlers wanted pancakes. Only option they had on kids menu was chocolate chip pancake. Knowing how other restaurants have no problem making these adjustments, we asked if we could substitute chocolate chips for blueberries. And they couldn't. Couldn't tell us why but this was surprising because there are blueberry option so all over the menu. Not impressed. Too bad because food was good in general.
