I ordered a breakfast first time here will be my last I got served a raw cinomin roll and ate in my car and had to go in ask for salt got snapped at by a waitress saying are you kidding me so rude and called owner he wasn't much better terrible attitudes blaming covid and hard times well they will be having worse times if everyone's that goes there is snapped at in that manner pay 16.00 dollars for a breakfast to be treated in that manner I'd rather eat at McDonald's and food was no hell either.then the same one came out and stared me down nasty plase nasty servers

Found food very bland. Went with my two kids and Wife. My son and wife split on a meal, daughter had nutella crepe which she didnt like the nutella taste and I had spinach omelette that was dry flavorless. In the end almost $70! Not again.....

A nice, quiet place to hang out and eat breakfast. Coffee was pretty decent. They also offer lattes and cappuccinos, with and without alcohol. The vegetarian omelette was quite nice, but the potatoes were lackluster and very oily. You get a good amount food for the price and the waitress was very prompt. Would come back here again.

Ask for what's in your salad before ordering it. I ordered a Cobb salad, which usually consists of lettuce, avocado, tomato, bacon, egg, ham etc but all I got was spinach, lettuce, ham and grilled chicken for $12.50. Definitely not worth the price and it was not a regular Cobb salad. My bf ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and he liked his meal.

Been twice . First time was slow service and the food was not very good. Second time we waited 10 minutes for our order while 3 waitresses made no attempt to get our order. When we asked about the slow service we were assured someone would be by to take our order yet no one ever came. We ended up leaving and will never return to that awful establishment.

The atmosphere is so great in here, but the food was pretty rough. "Fresh" fruit was basically rancid and the home fries were just soggy potatoes. Not a great experience, unfortunately.

I wasn't actually happy about this place. I understand that it was Sunday morning and we arrived with a larger amount of people, but the service was extremely slow. We sat there for 15 minutes without getting even the drinks and we had to remind them couple of times that they are still missing pieces of our order. I hoped that the quality of the food will worth the waiting time, but it did not. I personally didn't like the spices on the potato and the sausages were half raw.

I gave this place 2 chances, and it still disappointed. The eggs are awful... scrambled eggs are not supposed to be runny! And the potatoes are soaked in grease with the worst seasoning ever. There are so many better breakfast places in st.catharines so don’t waste your time and money here!

We decided to try this place for a change...super disappointed. See pics for how they butter the toast. The potatoes have rosemary all over them. No rosemary needed, it just ruins the potatoes. My eggs were to be over medium, they came out barely over easy...still gooey clear stuff. They need a grill man badly.

Hit or miss. Today was busy, Mothers Day, and we had a reservation yet waited as long as everyone else. Ordered within a few minutes of being seated, and waited another 30 minutes for our food. They got my order wrong, and had me take things off my plate to switch with another. Half the plate was grey coloured potatoes soaked in grease. The eggs, sausage, and pancakes were cold. They got my toast wrong and brought me another plate of hard, cold toast. I ate the eggs because I was hungry and left the rest. The waitress comped my meal and apologized, and I can't blame her, but I've had bad food here in the past and won't waste any more money here. The place is popular and the last time I was here my omelette was excellent, even with the grey greasy potatoes.

I have been a customer there for a while and I always order delivery. They got my order wrong once but we're very apologetic. The next time I ordered the owner himself came to my door and gave me a complementary desert. I was in shock and awe at the level of customer service, the best I have ever received from any restaurant. They really care and it shows. Grazi has the most amazing Nutella crepes around. They use real Nutella unlike many other places I have tried, which is one of the many reasons I continue to go back. Plus, for the price, the portions can't be beat!!

We have been going to Grazi since they first opened. The last couple of visits have been very disappointing. Today was the worst. The potatoes were very greasy and tasted like that had been soaking in vinegar. The fruit was extremely over ripe - so bad that we couldn't eat it. The waitress was indifferent. We won't go back which is sad because it used to be our favourite breakfast place.

The rosemary in the hashbrowns is really bad... it gets worse as you eat them. The flavour of rosemary absolutely choked me out, and overpowered the other food on the plate. Asparagus was not quality. I've had much better food here in previous, and I have no idea what has happened.

Service was slow; other tables who came in after us were served first, and when we did receive our food, it ranged from lukewarm to cold for most of the dishes. Also were not particularly accommodating for allergies. A charge not listed in their menu was also applied to one of the drinks for the table.

Use to go all the time, then I went with my kids one day and there were a bunch of fruit flies on the fruit. I got another plate and took the egg off the plate and no one bothered to make their way over to retrieve the plate so I brought it up. Then the older woman comes over and in s loud voice ask me what my problem was rudely. I just told her we did not have room on the table and there was ftuit flies all in the fruit. She said they weren't bugs so don't worry about it. I just wanted to eat snd leave but she wouldn't let it go and from across the room keep yelling over to me that I shouldn't make a big deal about it because they are not bugs. Ummm yes they are bugs and should not be in the ftuit . Will never go there again

Awesome! Went here for Sunday brunch and it was perfect. We went at peak hours and there was still 2 or 3 open tables so no wait. Service was very prompt and the servers were attentive and friendly in spite of the crowd. The food was perfect, and we ordered the Grand Mimosa which was fantastic! Definitely coming back
