The mixture is not quite the same as the other coco's I've been to. The tapioca is a bit hard to chew on. I only go here because it is close to home and only if I am absolutely craving bubble tea.

Slow and rude. Lied about not getting our pre-order when they clearly accepted it ahead of time. We're waiting on a simple milk tea for almost an hour. Sadly, this is not a one-time thing. Seems like the last few times I've gone to Coco, their service has gone slower and slower and the staff has also become less friendly. It's unfortunate as Coco is a beloved franchise for us but if I have to wait an hour for a drink, I rather go to the dozen other milk tea places in the city. Coco as a brand is good, St. Catharines location need to do better.

Really used to love this place, until my most recent visit this past weekend. Ordered the brown sugar bubble tea, took two sips out of it and realized it had a very odd taste. I've had the brown sugar type before in Toronto, and this was nothing like it. I asked if I could switch it out for another or get a refund and was told no, with no explanation. I'm very unhappy as these bubble tea drinks are not cheap. I won't be going back any time soon. :(

The service was really poor, no social distancing, baristas didn't know what/or who order what drinks. 7/8 people behind the counter and everyone was running and jumping around each other. Some baristas were confused, and left customers drink sitting on the counter for at least 5 minutes before customer stepped up and ask if that was their drink. This place was really good, but the service really has declined and went downhill badly. Also I got charged twice on my card, once on the app. And then I had to repay in the store because my order didn't go through and I used the same card. This is very disappointing and bad.

Little pricey but so very good. Definitely recommend trying the brown sugar pearl drinks. Customizing drinks to your liking is also easy and will make your favorite drink even better if you want it slightly different. Service can be slow due to the large amount of delivery orders they receive so expect to wait a bit if going in person.

Disappointed that they refused to break down a large drink to too smaller cups for my kids, they are 4 and 5 and they can't possibly finish one full drink. First time ever getting turned down by any bubbletea place.

Don't bother using their online order option. Multiple times I've ordered 15-20 minutes in advanced and they don't confirm the order until I finally show up. On top of this, watching people who walk in, place orders after me and get their drinks way before mine are even started is insulting. Orders that are received but not confirmed until the customers show up should have some sort of priority or urgency.

The first time I visited this store I was considering getting green tea I asked what's the difference between the two green tea the lady at the counter said "there two different. see" then just mentioned there names. I still didnt know the difference I should've just googled it but I said sure I'll take the first. Im not much of a tea drinker so when I was sipping my green tea I believed it contained milk that tasted a bit rancid a hint of sourness. Not sure it could've just been me. Like I said it was my first time.

I always love coming here for a bubble tea treat. They have everything nicely priced and I don't feel like I am getting ripped off. I only have two things that I dislike, the one thing is their drive thru isn't open yet, but I'm hoping for soon, and the second thing is sometimes the wait can be long since it's always busy but they are things that I can't control so that's why I still give them 5 stars!

it was my first time here yesterday and i ordered a drink that i wasn’t aware had beans in it, i apologized for my mistake and asked kindly for another drink ( that costed me 8$) and the lady refused because “ that’s what i intentionally ordered”. they could have been a lot nicer, i work in food service as well and have never refused someone for a new plate or drink, especially if they haven’t touched it yet

Love the points system where you get a free drink after 10 points. I always get the original and I'd recommend that if you like black tea. I'd stay away from the passion fruit bubble tea though.

I ordered a regular peach slush with double tapioca pearls and they even charged the +82 cents but when I received my drink it had about 10 pearls and I asked them did you add the extra and they said yes and I replied with but this isn’t enough and they said we’re not going to do anything about it, you have to order it again. I am very upset.

People are nice and bubbletea drinks are great. However, yesterday I ordered a Taro with Milk drink and asked for no sugar. I know the person put sugar in it as it was sweeter than normal and I had sugar chunks in the drink. I never had a problem before as the people there already know me at the st.catharines location.

I'm a regular customer and went to the store buy their special taro milk tea yesterday, their sevice was good. However, I asked 70% suger, it tasted like plain water and I called back l left my name and number they did call me, but I didnt get the call at the time and they didnt even leave a message for me. I'm really disappointed with your after sales service and it is not the first time your bubble tea tasted like nothing. I wont go there again, I wont recommand others to go like I used to. And I dont think their business will run a long time.
