REVIEWS OF Pizza Hotline Stone Fired IN Saint Boniface

Louise Rioux

Nice view of downtown Winnipeg, a quaint dining area and really good service. It's affordable and has good food. Pizza's and salads... An apple desert big enough to share and a friendly atmosphere

Andrew Logeot

Haven't been there in years. Pizzas are really good.

Thyago Resende Furtado

ALERT: Don't trust them. I've put in an order for pickup on the site, received a message that it would be ready in 30min. Went to the restaurant on Provencher 40min later, and they said THE ORDER WAS JUST RECEIVED and it would them take ANOTHER 10 minutes to cook it (which was likely just a way to try and stall me for more time than that). Someone did not do their job right. I showed them the email confirmation and they did not care, so I had them cancel the whole thing. This was my third and last strike with Pizza Hotline. There are so many good pizza options in the city, so do yourself a favour and avoid Pizza Hotline.

Troy Dolyniuk

Friendly staff, delicious pizza. Only four stars because some of the tables were a bit dirty.

Ryan Nother

Top tier of pizza hotline restaurants. Always find it to be superior quality than the typical 222.

Nathan Wild

Pleasantly surprised at how good the stone-fired pizza was. Never was a huge fan of the regular pizza, but I'd go back for the other one...

Alecs G

good pizza. great cheese next door. They should collaborate ;)

Jean Bacan

I love their pizza. But here the attendant was very rude. Very bad service from the blonde on Saturday. In the underground I always have a pleasant service from the servant to the cashier. Won't coming back to this unfortunately. Overall the pizzas and environment are very good.

Darrell Lecuyer

Great friendly service. The boneless chicken wings were fresh and hot. Enjoyed the food.

Gabriel Abreu

Tasty food and cozy place. I've just paid $6.99 for their signature pizza. It's around 12 inches diameter and you need to go there between 2pm and 5pm to get this discount I guess. Their regular price is $12.

Sarah Strome

Super friendly staff, and very quick service! Went for the walk-in special, and when my first pizza had an issue (giant air bubble), they had a new one on the go for me right away!

Scott T

Had a lukewarm Experience... They reached out to asked why...... Asked to try again for free.... Pizza was awesome AND hot this time..... Wonderful customer service will continur to buy their excellent product!

We ordered 1 regular crust, 1 cauliflower crust. Both pizzas were a hit , fresh made and as leftovers. Service was reasonable considering it was supper-time on a Friday.

Sammy Shah

Quick service and covid rules were followed. The staff is very Friendly and fast.

Micheal B.

In the two times I had been here, neither times was I overly impressed. I witnessed an employee come from the back room and use his bare hands to take a handful of spinach for someone elses pizza. To top that visit off, they forgot my honey garlic sauce...

Brenda “super_wolf77” favell

The wait time for your pizza was way too long for dining in the restaurant and the pop drink price was to high.

Travis

Quick delivery. Cooks apparently cannot tell the difference between thin and regular crust as I ordered thin and got regular. I would have also doubled the toppings if I would have known there was going to be such a little amount. Pizza was ok but I wouldn't recommend this location.

Muhammad Azfar Saleem

Pleasant environment with great fresh Italian styled food. Prices are very reasonable. Free WiFi is a bonus. Close to forks. Had their cheese sticks they were surprisingly irresistible.

Lara B

Ordered wings and a pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese. The wings were 99% fat. The pizza didn't even have a normal amount of sauce or cheese never mind extra. Horrible experience.

Nadine Hart

This place is horrible! Why would you change it from a cafe 22 to a pizza hotline!!?? What a waste of money. Use to enjoy the walk across the bridge from the forks to have a gelato. Wouldn't go here again.

Paul Douglas

What an amazing lunch. My wife and I went in for lunch. We chose to build our own pizza. It was hand tossed and then top with the sauce and toppings we wanted and cooked to perfection and ready in minutes. I can't recommend it higher for the value we received.

Ayman Ozil

Horrible staff, even worse pizza. I advise you to avoid this place like the plague.

Ronielle Buduhan

Good pizza, and a nice view when you dine in!

Tyson Kaufmann

It takes longer for them to take your order here than it does to order a pizza and have it delivered. Took 30 minutes from the time I got a menu to the time they took our order and got us some drinks. The place was not even busy. Not a place I would ever recommend for dine in.

Viktor The Machine Herald

Rude customer service. No where to throw out your pizza boxes. NO WASHROOMS. Employees will kick you out as soon as you look finished, can’t even sit a moment and let your food settle. Not even busy, no one else in here. Whole place looks like it’s still under construction. Pizza was good but will not be returning.

Melanio Enero

Had a business meeting with some clients. Ordered their cinnamon pizza. Which was very good. Although they do more deliveries then dine Ins. Its does have a great view of the Provencher Bridge and The Forks. The pizza is alright here.

Darryl Palidwor

Had a very bad experience here. I told management about it through an email, They did nothing to honor anything and I guess I wasted my money and I won't be going here anymore

Chris Bendeler

A great pizza place! The Lord and Savior brought me here to feed a starving man.

88K Beats (Jacob Rich)

Service was good, my calzone was cold in the middle though

Nancy Nguyen

A cozy little place to eat. Business wasn't too busy, but my friend and I waited half an hour for a small pizza and a big slice. Pizza Hotline customers for carry-out had quicker service in half my wait time. It was an underwhelming experience. The pizza was tasty though. Thin crust was crispy.

lindsey toews

0/10 would not recommend. They don’t even have the stone fire option anymore.

Christopher Townsend

Fair prices and acceptable pizza. Nothing too special but consistently made well.

John Meaney

Unfortunately, the call for my area is routed to this Provence branch instead of the St Anne's location. This meant for 15+ minutes driving time. I received warm 2l of pop which sucked because we were out of ice. Also the pizza required re- warming in the microwave. That just ruins it. Delivery guy was very nice and so was the person who took the order. Just bad logistics if you are North of Fermor.

Zane Sanchez

Awesome food, nice atmosphere, but there was a bug in the shrimp, but they carefully removed the bug and changed the stock of shrimp 10/10 would recommend.

Jeff Smith

Great pizza at great prices. Just don't care for the cafe 22 on Corydon. Last time I was there I ordered a beer it was flat and warm. Jon Taffer would frown at the quality.

Steven Frederick Baljkas

Another great dining experience. Thanks.

Michael Le

Not doing stone fired anymore

Gordon Thurston

Not what it was. Very poor service, all the tables were dirty. I had to ask for a rag and cleaned up our table. One person in our group ordered a pizza and asked for no hot peppers and got hot peppers, when she mentioned it to the staff she was told to just pick them off. My pizza was very good. It would be great if you could get a plate, instead of eating off of a napkin.

Cal Ferguson

Will work in a pinch if your starving for some pizza. Za pizza is better and it's the same price. Super deluxe on river is even better and it's a 5-7 min drive away. It's location. If your on foot and just getting off the bridge? Sure. why not. Just don't expect it to be much different than the usual Pizza hotline. :)

Marc Belanger

Do yourself a favor and dine in. Much better assortment of toppings and very fast made to order.

Jarrod Doern

Really good pizza. Took my sales team here for lunch and we had a great time. Free WiFi, great staff, delicious food. Only reason I'm docking a star is that it took a while to get our food, but still. If you want yummy pizza with some friends or a date, it's worth stopping in.

mr khan

I didn't had good experience. I asked not to cut the pizza but they did. They also forget to add one topping. Once realized then added once the pizza was out of oven

Sifa M

Abusive and aggressive staff. I don't usually write reviews but it's really concerning how horrible my experience was here.

Zac Duff

So this location is great, the staff are nice and took good care of me. The call centre is the issue, they don’t listen or care to get the order right. If you had an issue with your order, it’s likely because the call centre entered it wrong, and there’s no holding them accountable. If you’re going to order from pizza hotline, go in in person to place the order; don’t bother with the call centre.

Andre Jolicoeur

My originall review said, always hot and tasty. Great service and open late. I had given this 5 stars. In the Summer 2017, a very poorly executed reno was done that took forever to complete. Everything that was good and cozy, including the staff, was removed. Original nice, dark and cozy environment has been changed to cafeteria style, which is not what we look for in a late night pizza joint. The service quality is poor at best now. Don't waste your time, head to Cafe 22 on Corydon instead. That place is awesome.

Vic Wyte

Stone fire pizza is nice and at least now you can pick up a Monday madness and eat it there, they would not allow that before the ronovation

Pearl Jasmine

Pizzas weren't bad, salad was sad, cashier didn't really seem to know what he was doing.

Dano Martinot

12 people in the restaurant, no one is eating all waiting for orders that were supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. To top it off the staff were denying customers access to the bathrooms including a mother and young child.

Justin van Oeveren

Great pizza at an extremely affordable price. They now have vegan cheese for us vegans or dairy intolerant people. Really great topping options and their brick fired oven makes a nice crust. Highly recommend.

Frank Veltri

Pizza hotline used to be good when it first came out. Now, not so much. Haven't ordered in years. Yuck

Mehdi Elhachimi

If I could put no stars I would. The service is awful. The guy serving wasn’t happy that we came to order from here. He was looking angry and was constantly smashing stuff. I would never come back again

Zar Zar

They are very honest and modest they will give you a better deal if you are not sure

William Mckay

Quick service, first time in a long time I ordered from pizza hotline and didn't have stomach issues afterwards.

Dumitru Lungu

One of most decent Pizzas here, still not as good as in Europe.

lost soul

Put sauce on pizza that were ordered no sauce because of a deadly garlic, and tomato allergy. Cut the glutten free pizza with the same knife as the normal pizzas, didn't wash hands at any point, and scratched their nose. The person we phoned in to complain wouldn't put in an order to fix the pizzas and told us to just drive 15 mins back to try and get it fixed. Once back, was told that the mistake happened because they had 30 pizzas being made, and only refunded one pizza, and told the the person with the deadly garlic, and tomato and gluten allergy, to enjoy the gluten crust and garlic sauce coated pizzas that weren't refunded. Also the pizzas were burnt

Christian ferreira

Friendly! Great customer service! Perfect pizza! Would recommend to everyone! Thanks for the great service!

Marvin Dado

First time I went to this location, I have been to other locations and a mix of satisfied and dissatisfied with certain locations iffy to try different locations except the McPhillips near Selkirk Avenue location which alway s makes the pizza right. I can say this was a rightly done made pizza by the lady working there at lunch today. Will surely go again as I am not too far of a walk.

Tanner Block

For st boniface best pizza. Way better than Santa Lucia's over priced sweet sauced pizza.

Daman Atwal

Amazing pizza & good customer service

Chris Poudrier

I am not sure the staff could have been more disinterested. I got the feeling they thought they were doing us a favour by allowing us to purchase their product. The pizza was 3/5. The service was 0/5. There are lots of places to get mediocre pizza and be treated a lot better.

Laura

The pizza is quite good, especially for the price and with the current walk in special. Decided to give it another try after being disappointed when they first switched over, and the taste is much improved. It would be easier if they labelled the ingredients on the counter for the build your own, but the server was friendly and seemed happy to fill in the blanks.

Ashish Singh

A nice find. Went there for supper, and I was pleasantly surprised to find great food after a long walk around the Forks. Will go there again!

Nathan Richardson

They have real mozzarella. Close to the Forks. Good prices and even sell beer

Elaine Hoogland

Went to Cafe 22 last night, and it was no longer Cafe 22...it's Pizza Hotline and in the process of renovation. It took out the comfortable lounging chairs and the cozy quiet atmosphere is gone. What a waste of one of my favorite places to eat!

Lyler10

Went later on in evening and not busy. Friendly lady there made my pizza quickly. Very tasty.

B S

Ordered "pizza for 4', new to Pizza Hotline. Received these two "stone fired" pizzas and very sad salad. Price $40. Thought perhaps the order taker may have made a mistake. Nope.

Yussuf Abdullahi

The pizza is very very good and tasty but the drinks man is very expensive.

Michelle Seidler

Just had the Best EVER pizza hotline pizzas...lots of toppings on the 2 topping thin crust pizzas...toppings to the edge...was delicious THANK YOU????????????

j mck

I can't say that pizza hotline is my favorite tasting pizza, but the price is always right and plenty of convenient locations.

Curtis Friesen

Ordered two chicken bacon ranch. They forgot the bacon and didn't cut it. Breadsticks were already cold.
