I ate in the restaurant once a couple years ago and everything was delicious. A warning as to just how pulpy the orange juice is would have been nice! I’ve now ordered pickup a few times while they’ve been closed for eat in service. The food has all been delicious and it travels well. Their cooler of baked treats is also beautiful to look at and full of lots of yummy options. I appreciate that so many things on their menu change such as the muffin and scone flavour. As well as the amazing lunch specials they have. I only wish these things lasted longer as sometimes there’s a flavour of muffin you want but you can’t make it there and they don’t have it again. Their once upon a prawn sandwich a few weeks ago was one of the best ways I’ve ever eaten seafood.

The experience at Frenchway is always wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful, the menu is always delicious and they always have great specials and pastries. Takeout is also an option and they've set up the restaurant in a really safe way with barriers between tables.

Excellent service along with excellent food! I tried their crepes and they were the perfect portion size. The atmosphere was very welcoming but it was busy. We tried their deserts and I highly recommend their bakery to anyone looking for a nice sweet. Overall, I would highly recommend French Way!

Dean Coupland

Has not updated store hours when closed, waste of time to drive there for breakfast!

Jim Poklitar

This is a busy shop, with a good mix of sit down and take out traffic. There's a nice variety of baked goods, with pastries that are definitely not for calorie counters. It looks like there's a good selection of quick prep food available - breakfast, soup & sandwiches - and their cold beverages include juices, iced teas, and even wobbly pops.

Big serving. Good eggs benedict. Friendly staff and very accommodating, explains the menu as well. Fast service. Good desserts. Affordable breakfast. Clean restaurant. I like the display of desserts and pastries. Makes me want to try them all. Parking was limited. Menu was well made and easy to understand.

This cafe flew under the radar and I just had the pleasure of finding. It's now a regular brunch stop. Locally sourced ingredients combined to make delectable brunch favorites like crepe's and breakfast sandwich's. Restaurant also has a full lunch menu. The coffee alone is worth stopping in for. They also have a To-go options at the front so you can grab your cinnamon buns to go.

Edit. We come often and we love getting some treats. The breads are OK. The strawberry whipped cake is so good and different tarts. The apple strudel is too big and many raw apples. Probably my go to place for brekkie. This place is the perfect place to meet friends for a quick coffee and scone. Love the vibe and great service. One minus is the coffee is just OK, wish it was great.

The service was great but the pastry was less than stellar. I won't be returning to try their pastries again.

Some of the best pastries the city has. They also make fantastic bread and good coffee. Worth the visit if you're ever on Corydon, as long as the lineup isn't out the door.

Love this place! Located in the heart of Little Italy. They have great breakfast and lunch menu items. For the healthy eaters they have wonderful salads, and bigger breakfasts for the big appetites! They have a bakery inside with lots of yummy desserts and breads. Service and food is excellent. They have a beautiful outdoor patio as well which is still open while the weather permits. Highly recommended!

As you can tell from all the photos I come here a lot! This is a lovely little cafe and bakery! It has quite a lively vibe on Sunday mornings, it's clearly very popular with the community. The staff were very fast, friendly, and helpful. The bakery has both delightful fresh breads as well as a large array of desserts and pastry. They also have a half-price "yesterday's baking" rack if that strikes your fancy. The coffee is good (you can also just grab coffees to go) and they have fair trade sugar! Water glasses are chilled and they give you a carafe of water as well, which I much prefer to having to flag people down what do you want more water. There are lots of good vegetarian options, although wrangling something vegan might be a bit more tricky. They have high chairs and can clearly accommodate children.

Always amazing at the French Way! By far the best eggs benedict I've had in the city. Reasonably priced food and drinks and a dangerously tempting bakery when you walk up to pay afterwards. Usually able to seat you quite quickly for a small cafe and always friendly service.

Recently went to the French Way Cafe and the atmosphere is really relaxing. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered an Americano, Cappuccino, two pastries and a loaf of sunflower / flax bread. Super delicious!

WPG Steven

The French toast from here is probably the best French toast I've had in Winnipeg so far, brilliant blend of flavors and you can tell the chefs really care about what comes out of the kitchen. Plenty of seating and very cozy.

Colin Koop

I ordered a birthday cake for my mom in her favourite flavour, lemon. Not an every day request! The French Way really made it 'the French way.' It was a spectacular work of art. Absolutely beautiful. The decorating was fully supported by the fabulous flavour and texture. The French Way is my new go-to whenever I need to produce a birthday cake! Thank you Frenchie bakers, you helped make a special day even more special.

Olga Pogrebinskaia

Cute place! Food was really good. Service was ok, they forgot about us but were apologetic once realized.

Carma Daria Companiona

I found the prices to be very high actually so that is why I'm giving the restaurant only a rating of three the staff were reasonably prompt and provided good service but I found the prices high for example I believe it's $4 to 5 to have a bowl of oatmeal and the equivalent price to have a bowl of fruit I ordered a couple of eggs and toast and that's about what it costed me as well so it seem to be quite highly priced considering the the quantity and the quality of the food that I received having said that I think that it's a place that offers a good service to the neighborhood.

N

Excellent bake goodsssssss lots of yummmmmm. Excellent lunch menu , terrific staff . Very clean place. Prices are readonable. Worth the visit.

Came here for Mother's Day and it was amazing. The classic eggs benedict amd strawberry crepes were delicious. The restaurant is a small place but has plenty of walking and elbow room. We even brought home some desserts for later.

Excellent food, reasonable price. Most excellent coffee! Often such restaurants offer great food with so-so coffee but at French Way the coffee is top notch

Don’t go to the Frenchway for Mother’s Day. As a long time customer I was told the day before that no more reservations were being made but that the patio would be open for walk up traffic. As we prefer the patio we were happy with this. My children and I arrived at 1pm and there was a wait for 30 minutes for an inside table and there were 2 free patio tables and one family eating on the patio. We were told we would have to serve our selves if we chose to eat on the patio. We thought this was strange but got ourselves some menus and cutlery. We were then told we could only have pastries and use plastic cutlery on the patio. We asked why the people beside us were allowed real dishes and eggs Benedict which we had come for and we were told that the manager had made an exception due to a reservation screwup. We were offered a table inside but as I had stitches in my head from an accident it would mean I would have to take my hat off. I again asked if we could please eat outside stating that we didn’t mind serving ourselves if they were short staffed. I was told no and that if I didn’t like it I didn’t have to stay. I cried and left the restaurant. The waitress couldn’t have cared less. It was such an awful experience.

The best chocolate mousse cake I've ever had in Winnipeg! Definitely recommended!

Eunbee Joe

Had a good time here. Friendly staffs, good tasting coffee, and very nice paintings on warm red colored walls. We sat in a group of three and I had an apple tart and a coffee. I have to say, best apple tart I had in years. I picked up an eclair and a brownie to bring home and was pleasantly surprised that they were all reasonably priced. I will definitely visit again to taste other tarts they have.

So nice to sit on the patio and have a really tasty lunch. The Dillionaire sandwich is so good. I can't believe it took me so long to go try one!

Really tasty! Food came out pretty quick. Service was good

Mark Flattery

THEIR SOUP IS UNBEATABLE. If I am on the verge of dying from a hangover, I for some reason get something like the classic breakfast... which is absolutely amazing and always brings me back to life. However, my wife always gets a soup, and it doesn't matter what kind of soup it is, but it's always on my mind about why I didnt order it after she let's me try it! The pastries are also fantastic and we always get one on the way out the door!

Super cute place with friendly service. The FOOD is the real attraction though - my mom had the challah back girl french toast and loved it and I had the pharaoh's breakfast and it's my new favourite thing to eat... hummus, poached eggs, pickled onion, roast eggplant/pepper, cherry tomatoes, hash browns and garlic baguette toast. YUM! Thank you French Way I will be back.

Great Breakfast spot with a homey atmosphere and good food.

Arnella Myers

Visited this lovely spot on my birthday and not a word of lie but my favourite thing was the freshly squeezed orange juice. In all fairness, the meal was also delicious, I had the salmon Benedict and the pear crepes and they were both beautifully presented and very delicious. Also a great spot for French patisserie and to listen to French speakers if you are trying to learn the language as it seemed to have been frequented by fluent French speakers.

Ruth Ross

My husband and I met for the first time six years ago at the French Way restaurant. It was a wonderful experience then, made more wonderful by the friendly atmosphere and staff, especially our waiter Brandon, who was friendly, charming and efficient. We have made it a tradition to go there for brunch every year on our "first-date anniversary." The owner and staff always remember us and go out of their way to make it a special occasion, including making sure that Brandon is our waiter. And of course, the food is always delicious. See you next year! Ruth & Dennis

Great breakfast place

Kait Nernberg

Recently moved into the neighborhood and am loving this place for brunch! Great price for value and my favorite dish at the moment is the Coque au Vin crepe which is like a chicken pot pie with brie. I will note that there is inconsistency with the chefs as I've ordered the dish a few times and though both were delicious they were quite different in flavor intensity. My partner who is a connoisseur of eggs Benedict really enjoyed their take on it. Definitely will be back ????

Nice little cafe near Corydon, but maybe it’s my luck or just a bad day but the waitress acted snobbish. It wasn’t a pleasant experience, and being a first time customer I don’t think I will return or even recommend anyone to go there. I purchased a couple of tarts and macaroons as well as sat in for a mocha and a croissant. The food was good overall.

Olga Tymshan

Crystal Whyte

Yummy food! Homemade soups, awesome salads. And delicious sweets to top it all off! I recommend. Get there early for brunch, there’s not a lot of tables. So good!

Douglas Burnett

Very nice breakfast. Appropriate sized portions.

Marcella Wiebe

My go to for brunch. The price can't be matched, the food is always delicious, and it's the service is consistently great.

Krystle McD

This use to be walking distance from my apartment, the dessert counter is always full and their breads are fresh and crispy. It's nice to come back after being away and still get the same level of service and food. I love that they have seasonal items, the goblin eggs were not what I expected. Better! A light hollandaise, crispy Potatos and a generous Portion of Ham.

Lyndon Balcewich

While walking around Corydon today I smelled some sort of amazing breakfast being made. Turns out it was coming from this shop. The pastries were amazing and so were the drinks. The person at the counter was very friendly and it was clean inside. Definitely will be back!

Saw their eggnog cream puff on Instagram and had to come check it out. Very pleasant cafe and sit down restaurant. We enjoyed the soup, crepes and coffee. Friendly atmosphere and good, reasonably priced menu. Definitely coming back.

Daniel Roscoe

It is a pleasant medium sized bakery and cafe a few meters north of Corydon at Lilac, an historical corner near the heart of the district. I tried the basic breakfast; eggs, sausages, fried potatoes and toast while my companion had their Benedict variation with avacado. My eggs were ok, there were lots of potatoes and 3 good sized local sausages, the Benedict eggs were on an in house Baggett, very nice and light with a hint of some spice I recognized but couldn't name. My breakfast came with delicious sour dough toast. Coffee was good, they kept refilling the cup too. We splurged and had a custard pie slice and a coffee eclair. Both were also in house items and were excellent, and went really well with coffee. Another place on my list to try again. I'd like to check out their lunch menu next time. Interesting art work on the walls, oil paintings, all for sale, by local artists.

The food and baking is always top notch! but the staff is hit or miss...unfortunately, the last time I was there I was trying to read but I could hear the chef very rudely talking to someone. Didn't make for a nice environment.

Vicki Rempel

Very tasty breads and pastries, with the breads rich and satisfying and the pastries deliciously textured and not overly sweet. Lunches are offered from these wonderful ingredients, plus fresh salads, teas and really good coffee. The atmosphere bubbles and sparkles with conversations and conviviality, the service is considerate and mindful, the value is a bargain.

Liked the food. Not impressed with the service. Had to grab menu myself after siting for 10 minutes. When my meal and tea were brought I realized there's no salt and sugar on tables on the patio. But waitress left and didn't show up until I finished my meal (about 20 min later). Usually would go and get it myself, but was discussing business with my partner and didn't want to cut it in the middle.

Great food, fast friendly service and very reasonable prices. I loved that the benedict came with mushrooms! The beer cheese soup was phenomenal. I would definitely come back just for this soup. My company said the strawberry crepes were also amazing. I've enjoyed some sandwiches from here as well and have never been disappointed with the food or service.

Lorri Millan

Mike Wiebe

Everything was well presented and tasted good. Service was friendly and efficient. My only complaint was that I ordered the Nuit Framboise, and there were only about five raspberries on my dish. The other dish was the coque au vin which was very tasty. Portions where we'll portioned for the type of food, so not too small, and not too big. I would definitely eat here again.

Florent Thézard

Good pastries, good location, beautiful room. The bread is good, with the exception of the baguettes.

Bethany Craig

The pastries, eggs benedict and drinks are always amazing. Everything else I find is good but not fantastic. The 2 times I've been my eggs were over done and the hash browns weren't great (really just chopped warmed potatoes). They do have a wonderful and unique jam selection! The service is good and it has a great atmosphere. Based on discussions with friends that go frequently it sounds like the food may vary quite a bit depending on who is in the kitchen.

Gary Doel

Food was very disappointing and very sloppily prepared. I had the Beef Brie sandwich and it was slapped together with a tiny piece of Brie and what looked like a slice of processed cheese. It would have been an Ok $8 sandwich but it was a terrible $14 sandwich. Not somewhere I would go again.

The pastries are superb. The Napoleon is better than any I ate in Paris: light crumbly perfectly flaked buttery puff pastry, deliciously rich creme patissiere, wonderful fondant topping. Rich, creamy and sweet without being cloying. The same superlatives apply to the fruit tarts, macarons, meringue tarts, etc etc. Go, buy you will not be disappointed: there is a deft hand at work in this patisserie

Just wow. Been wanting to try this place forever and they did not disappoint. Went in for brunch with a bit of a waitlist, but made sure we knew there was no pressure if we changed out minds while we waited. Snagged their ultra limited edition Burger Week 2021 and savoured every bite along with my side of their coconut curry beet soup. Will be back for the food, treats, and amazing staff that made me feel safe and welcome.

What a nice breakfast Cafe, I totally discover that too late, we had the best omelette in here, without any meat in the omelette, I didn't expect its very match with their potatos, and I love their sour dough toast as well, it was amazing!!!

The food was super delicious and that’s the 3 stars are for! The two stars are for the bitterness that we felt when the waitress took our name and hesitantly said “I will call, I guess” and while we waited outside we were not called in and we saw few pairs of people got in and seated. We then had to go into find out that our name was crossed off and 5 waitlisted after us were already seated. I don’t know what to call it, but I sensed a bit of racism in it. I really hope the waitstaff person at the entrance on Sunday Dec 9th did a genuine mistake and was having a bad day. I just wished the person who listed our name on a piece of paper and committed to calling us in, would have done their job irrespective of who we are.

Ryan Schreyer

Breakfast was only so so. Took a while for us to be seated in an empty restaurant.

Met a friend of mine here and it was our first time there, Ive heard it's good before and it did not disappoint. I ordered the earth Benedicts (the ones with spinach, artichoke and goat cheese) with hash browns on the side, omg so good! Under code red this is takeout only. A great source for fresh-made bread and lovely French-styled pastries. March 2021 update: It's even better. Definitely recommend the Dillionaire sandwich. I was expecting it to be obnoxiously dill and pickley but the sandwich had its flavours well balanced so you got a combo of sweet, herbal and salty from the ingredients used. The pastries are a must have after the meal even if you’re full.

I'm a regular, Breakfast is good, atmosphere is "cosy" service is hit or miss. Coffee is delicious. Unfortunately sometimes they just throw a whole stick of butter on your toast without asking, and the hashbrowns are usually undercooked Great place to come and read a book.

There's some unique food intake he menu, price isn't much higher than regular breakfast, but value just isn't there. My experience with the service was disappointing multiple times. Since Winnipeg has plenty of great breakfast options, I don't see a reason to go here.

3 stars not because it's bad but because it's basic diner food with a French twist The food taste pretty good. I had a kale salad that I liked but it lacked imagination. Also had a broccoli cheese soup, better then from a can but nothing to get excited about. Satff was great. Deserts look good but I didn't try them. I had really exceptionally good tea

The food was decadent, and the service was fantastic despite the burger week rush of customers! I had the Vegetable Chèvre crêpe, and it was fantastic! We picked up some of their dainties afterward - the selection was great and the dainties themselves were exquisite!

Lovely and inviting little cafe I had lunch at. The staff are attentive and courteous, the food and coffee was delicious and I was expecting to pay much more than I did, including tip. Would highly recommend along with the rest of these reviews.

Sorry French Way but last two visits were not great. In April I came in for breakfast and there was no cook, I could only get toast or something that was premade. The other time was today, it was so hot inside that I couldn't enjoy my food and when I received my food the waitress said " We over cooked your crepes, but let us know if you would like a new one." Wow, I don't think I'll go back any time soon.

French Way Cafe reminded me my old country Argentina, because the style. It was like living in Buenos Aires, where you have plenty of Italian or French cafes. The customer service was great, and the Vanilla coffe even better. The sweet things are marvelous. The place was full of people, it's a very quiet place to go with family o in couples. I loved this place because is a different experience than going to franchises, you will have a personal attention and enjoy your coffe in a real hot cup.

Great bakery with lots of options for fresh breads and dessert. Great selection of teas to choose from. Very busy on a Saturday Morning but they allow for reservations. I got the housemade granola but the granola tasted slightly burnt. Could have been the cocoa or currants but it just tasted slightly off

The food is delicious! The service, meh. I have sat and been ignored as servers walk bye, refusing to make eye contact or even a head nod of acknowledgement, this behaviour doesn't end when going to the counter either. Why so snobby? I have experienced this this low standard of service after the lunch rush service. What's up with that anyway?

Brendan Sydor

They make the best hearty soups in the city! They also make amazing imperial cookies and macarons with REAL ganache. I enjoy their sandwich of the week because they come up with the most creative ideas using local ingredients. They should open a restaurant separate than the bakery because their food is clearly made by a brilliant chef!

Their food was exceptional but I cannot give this a good rating because the service was terrible. We waited 5 minutes for us to be noticed to sit down and 2 other parties were waited to be seated too and it even wasn't very busy. The table we went to sit at was dirty and I had to tell the waitress that it was dirty. On a sugar packet was some gum. The waitress took it but didnt apologize, just said "gross!" and took it with her hands. When we went to pay, it also took a lot of time walking around. Their service was really bad but with that said, again, their food was good. Would go again if their service was a little better.

Hands down, one of the best bakeries and cafes in Winnipeg. Everything is baked and produced on the premises and even the simplest brioche is baked to perfection. My kids love digging through the pain au chocolate for that chocolate in the middle! The bathrooms are clean and accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. If you're in the Corydon area, do not leave without popping in here first!

Steve

A small cosey cafe and bakery with a french twist. Food was reasonably priced, most items on the menu were unique helping the restaurant stand out from your traditional cafe/lunch restaurant. Bought a number of items from the bakery everything was fresh and well made. Service was okay had to wave the server down a few times to get my water glass filled and coffee refilled.

Alma Medel

We ordered Yule logs 2 weeks in advance. When we went there to pick up, there were none. Was told that they did not confirm, but the message said “okay” when we ordered via IG. no apologies offered; but was asked if we wanted to buy the mini ones. I wanted to speak with the manager and was told that they would call back. I never got one. Now, no place to get the log, as it was sold out everywhere else.

I've been here several times, each time Great food, friendly service. Tasty breakfast of eggs Benedict with steamed asparagus. We were well served by Tanith, our charming and attentive server. Took home a cinnamon bun and a pain au chocolat that was to die for!

Andrew Swan

Delicious, well priced and good service. The baked goods and desserts will tempt you but the off-sale bakery items are more than worth their weight. Confectionery, fresh or day old bread, fresh rolls buns and cinnamon treats... I'll be visting again soon, and will gladly try the next item on the menu. Be sure to stop at the door and peruse yesterday's selection because it's still great today!

Johnny Reynolds

The boys arrived a little hungover and had an incredible breakfast experience. Service was great and food was awesome. We didn't hop into the pastries or baked goods, though we were all extremely tempted on our way out as they looked amazing. Arrived 2:30pm on Sunday, half of the seats are filled. Ordered today’s special, Fresh + Funghi Benedict and tuna sandwich with coconut curry beef soup. The Benedict dish was nicely plated. I liked the garnish mix and the egg was properly cooked. Unfortunately the mushroom and asparagus were cold. They were properly cooked but were probably kept a while before they are served. All of it was seasoned well. It was not salty or bland. It was tasty. They can warm up the plate beforehand, so the food will be warmer. Tuna sandwich was okay but they used the end slice of the loaf. Customer service is good and satisfactory. A server filled my coffee twice which was good. She asked me if my food was okay. I told her that the asparagus was cold. She offered to replace it. The selection of sweets in the showcase looked very nice. I bought some to go and will try them at home. The atmosphere inside of the restaurant is good. Each table has fresh flowers. Overall I gave four stars and I will recommend this restaurant to others.

Pastries are delicious but their service was not great at all. Decently priced for the quality even though there isn't a sign (at least not an obvious one) indicating prices. Servers were super annoyed with two happy customers specifically coming in for their pastries, no smiles, no welcome, and absolutely gave off ????????"Urgh"???????? energy. It was about lunch time and there were staff hanging around chatting behind the counter while we were served by two individuals that seemed like they would rather not be there. The whole feel of the place was not friendly so we decided to just buy our many pastries and quiches and go eat elsewhere. I understand the holidays are coming up and for restaurant staff can be drained, stressed and tired but it's a lunchtime on a Friday but they surprisingly weren't busy inside the café. I'd like to try their food and give the service a second chance... We drove about 45 minutes to specifically try their pastries and we were super excited only to feel like we weren't wanted nor needed. Unfortunate.

Man... what a treat. So glad we found this one. Just searching on line for a place for a special treat. Osborne Village - Lilac... French Way - a most beautiful pastry case! We each ordered something special and on top of that a croissant because everyone should experience something that's real. We bought a custard tart with beautifully arranged fruit on top, one was a berry biscuit with cream filling, another was a pecan butter tart.. and so on. I tell you... the pecan butter tart changed my life. It was clearly the best pecan pie I've eaten in my life... it was sticky, chewy, crisp cracks of sugar on top and a lovely buttery crust. When I broke it in half or attempted to do so... the carmalized surface tore around the pie.. it was absolutely glorious.

I've been here a few times now. My most memorable experience was during burger week 2019 when I tried their chicken honey dillionaire burger. My lawd was it ever delicious! My only wish about it was that the croissant was a bit less flaky as it crumbled a lot on me and the table while eating it. I've had breakfast a couple times as well. Both times were good, but it's can get a bit pricey. For example I had asked what I could change my hashbrowns to and they recommended the sweet potato hash instead. I wasn't informed that it was a $3 up charge. I also asked for more hollandaise sauce as there was very little on my eggs benedict, and they charged me for it. I've brought home some baked goods such as their tarts, scones, and cinnamon bun. To be honest, there hasn't been any baked item that was great to me. I've heard they're known for their cinnamon rolls, but I thought it was just okay. I probably won't get one again. Service is stellar, very nice people. I look forward to coming back for the dillionaire, which a server told me might return in the spring as a menu item!

Brant Field

The eggs Benedict was perfect. The eggs were poached to perfection. Neither rubbery nor slimy. The ham was good and the addition of the mushrooms was a welcome surprise. The only downside was that the bread it was served on was a little thinly sliced and became mushy and flat by the time I was 1/3 done. A thicker slice of bread or the traditional English muffin would solve that.

DIANA FOURNIER

THE FRENCH WAY MAKES BUTTER TARTS LIKE MY MOM USED TO MAKE. THEIR PASTRIES ARE Mm-Mm GOOD. I WANT TO GO BACK AND ORDER MORE GOODIES BUT, THE GOODIES WILL SOON BE BADIES IF I DON'T STOP MUNCHING. I WILL SOON LOOK LIKE A PASTRY.

Randy Ross

If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered the turkey club, first on the sandwich list. It came with a salad, which would have been OK if it wasn't for the rusty lettuce and mushy spinach. Everything on the plate lacked flavor. Turkey on sandwich was the worst part- EXTREMELY rubbery- yuck! Bread was very gummy. Mom was just as disappointed as I was. She said the soup was very bland and there was no flavor to her sandwich at all. She had the grilled cheese with pesto. She tried the turkey and was just as grossed out at how much chewin had to be done before it was even swallowable. Wow, I think I just invented a new word. Service was excellent, food was TERRIBLE! Sorry! Could've made the same thing at home, better, with fresh ingredients, for way less $$$! Definetly will not be returning. That said, again, waiters were very kind ladies, the pastries at the front counter are beautiful and well priced. But you need to be more careful about what you serve your customers. At least pick the rusty lettuce out and off of my plate before you serve it to me.

Really amazing cute, little place off on Lilac!! Its got that cafe atmosphere but with a baked goods store vibe to it???????? anyways the servers are so nice and helpful!! The food is really great as well! The French is good but the BELT that was served was freaking amazing! Last thing I had from there was the Easter egg tart and it was very delicious as well. The base wasnt as heavy as I thought it would be like other tarts I've had and the contents within combined to form a very delicious baked treat???????????????? so definitely a place worth checking out!! Totally going to get the chicken burger next time though!????????

I really liked the environment and the staff were lovely, the cafe was really busy for Sunday brunch. I didn't find the food to be spectacular and the portions were on the smaller side. Pricing was only okay, I found it to be on the higher for the portioning size. For example, I ordered an eggs benny and it came with 2 single asparagus spears and one of my yolks was broken before the food touched the table I would definitely eat here again, I would recommend this place but I don't think it would be a first choice when picking a brunch location.
