The atmosphere is inviting, but the staff need better training. I have been there twice and both times my espresso beverage has not been hot enough. The second time I went I even asked for her to steam the milk a little longer, but the drink was still not hot enough. They need to use thermometers and steam the milk to 140C. Barista did not stir in the syrup, so my drink was more like a latte with a chocolate syrup chaser, lol. The barista asked if I wanted whipped cream, which the cashier also asked me. Communication... The outside garbage is located in an odd spot, which I missed until way passed it, so I had to carry my empty cup up to the Sage Creek School (no biggie, it's just inconvenient and invites trash in the neighbourhood). The first time I went though, the gentleman was very inviting and though my latte was "meh", he made the visit memorable.

Very cute independent cafe, very friendly staff, and if I lived closer I would absolutely be here frequently for both the food, drink, and service.

Really nice modern café, the food price is okay. Food quality is great (healthy original menu). May be because of location being new but I've there twice now but it felt a bit small or overcrowded, hopefully once it's more settled, it'd quieter and a bit less busy. The coffee is really good.

Visited for the first time yesterday with my husband. Mocha was very good! Cute spot for an evening outing away from the kids! 2 baristas at counter were very nice.. made my experience very enjoyable. However barista taking my order was rude and condescending! Will be returning to Empty Cup but hopefully avoiding short blonde with glasses!

Been there 4 times in 5 days and love it. Latte’s were excellent! Love that they have Trans Canada beer on tap and the same pizza. Pastries were also very good.

For years everyone in Sage Creek wanted a Starbucks. Well we don't need them we have an amped up version in the Empty Cup. You can get your coffee fix and your fancy coffee creations here PLUS you can order beer on tap and awesome pizza from TransCanada Brewery! They have a beer and wine license. They have other food options like sandwiches and bowls and pastries. They have extended long hours to hang out in. Generous indoor space that's got a good vibe and a cool outdoor patio too that wasn't an afterthought. Counter space and comfortable seating with lots of windows. Limited free parking in front. No drive through though. A very welcomed addition to Sage Creek community ????

Welcome to the neighborhood! nice place, fair price but facing problems other ppl mentioned, coffee not hot… ask questions repeatedly…. It’s NOT easy to run a business at this time, all the best!

Not easy to find parking out front. They didn’t know what a medium coffee was… “oh a Drip Drip” which is a cute name, but don’t act like you don’t know what I’m talking about. Was planning on not going back… until I tried the coffee ???????? it was kinda amazing. I guess I’ll ask for a Medium Drip Drip next time.

Only one kind of decaf tea, or decaf Americano. Need more decaf options for the late night goers that don't consume alcohol. As the business grows they should implement some lounge chairs for reading. Nicely decorated little spot.
