Had the pleasure of visiting Diaspora for the first time today. Everyone was extremely friendly and I'm very excited about trying more of their unique offerings on future visits. I highly recommend the spiced mocha. Deep chocolate flavour, little bit of cinnamon and nutmeg and overall a delightfully cozy drink.

Coffee beans are locally roasted and make for a perfectly balanced brew. The owners are delightful and you can tell they're passionate about the product they serve. Will definitely be going back.

Nice spot to grab good coffee. If they opened earlier I'd likely go more often. They only use whole milk or "alt milk when I prefer non-fat dairy. Hey have outdoor seating, but IMO Marion st isn't really conducive to outdoor seating. That said, REALLY tasty americano.... I'll be there for offee to go more often as covid dies off

Excellent service and a very welcome addition to Norwood Grove. They have their own blend of beans roasted by Negash from Niceville and the espresso is exquisite. I also really enjoyed the cocoa tea.

Really great space to study, and such kind workers! Has a pretty good variety of drinks and snacks! The place has wi-fi, and outlets at some of the tables, definitely adding this to one of my go-to study places!

I stumbled upon this place visiting a friend in St. B. I had been at another local cafe and had a yucky latte that I threw out. When the owners at Diaspora heard that, they asked what was wrong with it so they could make me a great one. They made me an Oat latte and it was terrific. Really, really great. They also have some food. They had these vegan beyond meat pie (looks like perogy shape and size) that were delicious. What was even better than the great fm drink and food was their service and personalities. Go check them out, they are very sweet!

Best patty and spiced mocha drink with a hint of spices I ever had! Love the setting and the outdoor seating. Location is close to other amnesties and the forks. The family are professional, kind and seem really passionate about their business! Definately going back every weekend!????

Really lovely family run business with excellent coffee, the sweetest staff, and a super relaxing atmosphere. I'm new to this neighborhood and I stopped in today because the weather wasn't ideal for my daily walk. I ordered the best caramel macchiato I've had in a long time, and was able to focus and get some work done. Will definitely make this part of my routine.

Barista was very nice and welcomed us as soon as we entered. Coffee was surprisingly good! Espresso didn't overcome the oat milk and was just the perfect blend. Barista did forget to put vanilla syrup but that's okay. Would come back still! They have some Jamaican patties and bakery items as well, lovely place ambience in general!

Just stopped in for a cold ice coffee on my work break on a hot day. Girl behind the counter was very nice, and made some friendly conversation. Caramel ice coffee with almond creamer was very good, not too strong, and not overly sweet either. Just right, I will definitely be stopping here for coffee breaks more often! ????

This is my first but definitely not my last visit to this charming café. Though we had to settle for take-out due to the Covid restrictions, the atmosphere is warm and friendly. The Diaspora medium dark roast coffee was excellent, as was the strawberry smoothy. We also tried the beef patties and sweet bread which were also deliciously unique.
