Once seated did not see a server for 20 minutes. Then when my party joined me they ordered tea and never received it? The wifi was terrible.Cut out or did not work. Wont be back. Do yourself a favor and dont go either :(

Salad bar was fresh, diverse and tasty. Bacon double cheeseburger was not worth $15+. Had a few communication mixups bordering on ridiculous, which was quite frustrating especially at the price point but the staff at least was friendly.

If you want to have a 4 hour nightmare dining experience than this is the place for you. Booked a dining room for 40 people for dinner. Took 1 hour to get your first drink. Pretty sure it was the waiters first day. Took 2 hours for dinner to arrive. Many had finished their meals long before the last ones arrived. Took another 1 hour to get our bill. Our own people actually went out to the front and got menus for all of us to use. We then had to send people for ketchup and plates. Absolute disaster of staff including the manager that really didn't seem to know what was going on. After 4 hours some of the Bill's were wrong.

Waited an hour for breakfast and questioned about how long we will be waiting. We were told they would put the food on in a moment after an hour of waiting. Genuinely not impressed with the lackluster service and half assed apologies about making us wait for something that should take no more than 20 min. 2 other groups of people say down ate and left while we were still waiting.

My wife and I had breakfast with a couple of friends on Sept 23. We usually meet at this location, but did not meet since last Summer. Our server, Melanie was very friendly and accommadating. I was looking forward to my breakfast and it was delicious. I would go back to this location again.

two buffet meals. well cooked food. salad bar is filled with good assortment of toppings. dinner buffet had different meat and pasta choices for the two nights and dessert table included fruit, jello, cakes and an icream bar to make sundaes.

I regularly have salad and soup here for lunch and it's fantastic. My treat of the week is Fridays seafood buffet ( after 4 pm) with lobster and crab legs believe it or not. Muscles and shrimps are my favs. Kids have ice cream, cakes, pies, puddings, the works. It's probably Covid19 compliant because it is big and spacious that makes me comfortable anyway Some of the younger servers can be complacent and a little dozy ( drug induced maybe ?). In time I got to know the parts of the restaurant where I can normally expect the more mature servers. Regardless all servers are courteous and helpful. I don't know where to go for fresher or better quality food.

You have to wait quite a long time for a table. Once you get seated the food is OK. I only get the buffet. The salad bar rocks. The desserts are awesome. The hot food is OK, not great but not bad. Most times I go just for the salad bar. The sale bar only is a good deal.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The price was reasonable and there was a good selection of food. I took off one star as the chicken and pork roast was a little overcooked and dry, also both ice cream machines were not working properly and we had to notify staff of this.

We did the buffet on Turkey Tuesday. Turkey dinner was good. Perogies were not great and the mac n cheese had a serious lack of cheese and did not look appetizing. The soup and naniamo bars were very good. Service was also good.

We went to the seafood buffet dinner; went especially for the crab legs. They were skimpy, salty and fishy. I've gone to the southbeach Casino seafood buffet and the crab legs were massive and sweet! I will rather make the drive out over the convenience of location for great food. Try the southbeach seafood buffet on thursdays and I'm sure you'll agree it is beer. But I have to give credit to the staff....they were very friendly.

We chose to eat the buffet that was offered and I was very satisfied with not only the choice, but the quality of the food. Service was at times slow but that may have been because we were a group of about 40 people.

Hours on Google state they open at 4am. I called at 8am, no answer. I was standing at the front and realized the waitress was there on the other side of the glass, shuffling menus around like a deck of cards. I left and called again at 8:45, still no answer... I understand there's a pandemic, but at least post your hours. Oddly enough, I had ordered the day before during these hours. That day I had the platter, which consisted of some very greasey ham, and cold coffee, charged to me at $19.58, which seems way overpriced. Clearly, they aren't in it for regular business.

The food was well received, but when it came time to pay the bill i reached for the change I keep well hidden in a pocket I had sewn on the left hand side of the inner thigh of my boxer briefs. The waitress fixed me with a cold gaze that I could only describe as the lust for murderous intent, she then proceeded to shriek at pitch I could only imagine as something one might hear in the darkest most horrific confines of hell it self. Needles to say I don't think I will ever go back.

Just returned from the Saturday nite buffet and the best I can say is that it was nasty. The wonton soup had mushy wontons, the perogies again mushy. I do not eat beef or pork so I rely on chicken, well I couldn't penetrate the chicken with my knife or fork. I assumed it was old chicken but I went back for fresh chicken and it was still hard as a rock. I'm not sure what they do to the chicken but it was awful. If you are in the mood for a good buffet i would not recommend Aaltos. They do have an extensive salad bar and good selection of desserts and you can order off their menu. The staff was helpful and attentive.

What a wonderful environment, despite the restuarant being so big and intimidating its fantastic for family and party events! I just celebrated my siblings birthday there and the staff were so great! Not to mention the positive and overall nice space they have tons of food options for those none meat eaters and food allergy/sensitive people, the buffet had lots of vegan options and a wonderful kitchen staff! Everyone was so kind and very helpful with questions! And the overall restuarant was very clean and also aesthetically pleasing! I would definitely come here again and again!

Friday January 11 very rude host made me leave the waiting area because I hadn't decided if I was going to enter the restaurant . Was not sure if I wanted breakfast or a steak... Blonde hair mid 40's dressed in my work gear she could obviously tell I was not a homeless person or a trouble maker and yet she made a point of targeting me what a rude woman.

4 tables in the restaurant and it took 19minutes and 30 seconds to get a bacon and eggs a couple walked in 10 minutes after me and got there food first

It started off OK, nice surroundings, friendly enough staff. Soup and salad bar was good, and the dessert section afterward was fine. BUT - what came in the middle ie: the hot buffet table was the most unappetizing and disgusting mess I've ever witnessed at a buffet. I couldn't even stand to look at the vegetables - one bin had sliced up carrots and celery with some grey curdled goop floating on top. I tried the so-called Cantonese chow mein - there was no meat or sea food in it whatsoever. The spring/egg rolls were just so/so, same with the shrimp - which it turns out were "popcorn" style - nearly all breading. To top it off - everything was luke warm at best. The chow mein was actually cold. The pork loin had been cooked so early that at 12 noon (when I was there) , it was dried out and starting to taste like re-heated pork. Oh, and the ribs that look great in the picture on their website, were just grey and lying in water. I would NEVER go back. Gross.

I go only Fridays for the seafood buffet I think it's a fantastic deal! To bad the servers are useless otherwise 5 stars all day long.

The buffet was great. Just some little concerns, first never got ask to show my QR code,where I though maybe will be ask when I got to be setted, no. My husband went to the manager about the situation. 2 nd of all we got setted near the entrance of the restaurant and I was able to see it had a function going on in the over flow (I would call it)section 1,2,3...or a,b,c... Of course the way it is set up people were able to walk through the restaurant to get to their section for the function or other guests of the hotel if they were the guest of the hotel walk right through. Now for my own and my husband safety, were is the staff or management looking after the QR code scam tablette/iPad or phone ????? And reassure that everyone wearing the mask proper. I felt unsure if we were vaccinated or not. As experienced to an other place my suggestion would be having someone to monitor. Don't be wrong if I was a guess of the hotel and wasn't vaccinated my rectriction would been stay in my room of the hotel having room service or pick up other restaurant. Otherwise I would not be able to wonder around.
