Stopped in Revelstoke for what was originally just a quick coffee stop but Dose was a pleasant and delicious surprise - vegan, vegetarian and carnivore choices abounded on their daily menu and staff were friendly and cheerful. A definite must stop.

A must try if you like lightly roasted espresso. They use the Phil & Sebastian Beans roasted in Calgary. The food menu looks good and healthy as well, but haven't try it. If you have kids, they have a little corner with some toys and books. As for me, the best coffee in Revelstoke.

The place could use some space heaters. It was basically like sitting outside in the middle of winter. The almond milk latte was weak. Tasted like they used old coffee instead of espresso. We ordered 2 gluten free-grilled cheese sandwiches but after waiting 15 mins, one came on regular bread. They offered to remake it but we didn’t have time so we decided to share half of each sandwich. The regular grilled cheese was okay but the gluten-free bread was not even edible. There was certainly nothing “grilled” about it. Probably won’t return.

My spouse and I went to Dose on three separate visits. The coffee was excellent every time; latte, cappucinno, macchiato, cortado. The decor is very nice and charming. Its a very pleasant place to sit and relax. The staff were all very friendly. Dose was a necessary stop to start our day before mountain biking in Revelstoke. Highly recommended.

They feature different coffee roasters from BC and AB and even their non-coffee drinks are amazing. 10/10 will definitely be our stop every time we go to Revy.

VERY disappointed. I had stopped in here last year on my way through town. I recall telling my kids that was the best coffee I have ever had. So, this year, when we came through I excitedly stopped in for my favorite Americano. An Americanno is espresso and hot water. You pay more for this than drip coffee, but it is superior by far, worth the cost IMO. I then got out to my vehicle, pulled away and took a sip of what I had paid top dollar for, and it was revolting. It was definately drip coffee, and must have been sitting out for hours, as it was barely luke warm. Horrible. Very dishonest place, to not give a person what they paid for. Never again will I stop in here.

Loads of amazing vegan options Great place, great atmosphere and delicious vegan choices. Everything on the menu can be vegan (except the pancakes) and they don't just take away the meat or sauces and leave it at that. Best example is the TLT... We stopped in at Dose for a break on a roadtrip from Whistler to Lake Louise, and because of this place, we completely rerouted the rest of our vacation (sending my husband home in the States on a plane from Calgary) so that we could return and stay in Revelstoke for a few days. I'm that person who rarely if ever reviews anything. But if you are anywhere near, and even if you aren't, go here.

Dose is my go-to for coffee in Revelstoke, with Australian-style espresso drinks (think perfectly textured and tempered milk) and an incredible dedication to a good shot - it's not uncommon to see a barista setting a shot aside and re-pulling if they don't think it's up to scratch. Recently their food game has really kicked it up a notch, with two great chefs joining the team, Josh and Nick. Josh and Nick have both trained in some exceptionally good kitchens in Canada and worldwide, and are setting their sights on delivering a modern, locavore and relaxed dining style, combining processes more often seen in fine dining with ski town cafe culture. Keep an eye out for their long-table events; the first one was stunning

Great to see a third wave shop in Revelstoke! The cappuccino and misto that we had were well made, the espresso was nicely dialed in, the barista greeted almost everyone by name. The vibe in there is pretty sweet too.

Great ambiance very nice staff and beautiful coffee. I'm a bit of a snob and felt cappuccino was merely a 7/10. Little burnt tasting, milk wasn't to hot, just the espresso was very bitter. Suspect it is the roast not the barista or equipment. Still a great place to stop and spend time!

Was craving espresso hot drinks and ordered a traditional cappuccino. Got a very milky cappuccino that's just tasted like latte. Can't believe Starbucks would have actually made better cappuccino. My mom ordered drip coffee, but it was a bit too bitter and acidic for her. If you like milky cappuccino this is the place to go. As for beans, I guess we are not a fan of Phil and Sebastian beans. Fratello is a better bet imho.

Fantastic little coffee house in Revelstoke. Great vibe with the chilled music and bright surroundings. Love the decor, especially the murals on the walls and the toy dinosaurs used as coat hooks. Great selection of teas and coffees which were delicious. The brownie I had was great! One of my favourite spots in Revelstoke. Will definitely be back.

Stopped in today after camping near by, the staff was incredibly friendly, the B.R.A.T sandwich was fantastic, I wish I could bring the garlic aioli home with me. Coffee was great and the space gorgeous. Can't wait to come back to this mountain town.

Med roast drip was too weak and too acidic. I do enjoy lighter roasts and some acidity in general. I have to also say that I have found all the coffee on this road trip from home in Vancouver to Drumheller to be super weak so perhaps take my criticism of Dose with a grain of salt.
