This is a great location, and most importantly, they have drive through! I've been waiting for a good coffee shop to have a drive through in my area because I have young kids and don't want to deal with getting them in and out of the car if I want something like Starbucks. The only other options have been Tim Hortons and McDonald's coffee which is good in a pinch but definitely not premium. The inside is really nicely designed and very big with lots of space and light, and nice touches like tap-style milk and cream instead of canisters. The drive through is a bit confusing because it's just a sign behind the building and there isn't a lot of space if there are cars parked there, but hey, if I don't have to get out of my car, I won't complain. The service has been good so far, but the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they gave me the wrong drink last time I ordered. In their defence, it was a green tea lemonade that I ordered and they gave me a frozen lemonade instead so it was only really half wrong. Overall it's a great place to go for a drink and/or a snack, and I'll be switching to Second Cup instead of Starbucks for my loyalty card!

The guy working at the drive through on October 19th around 3pm was very rude and arrogant. He was very impatient with us and his tone of voice was extremely ill-mannered. It was a very unpleasant experience that we told him that we are leaving, and taking our business somewhere else. Why is this guy working with customers if he is going to be impatient and rude, making us feel uncomfortable? Also, why is there a 10 year old running the drive thru?? This guy needs to lose his job. Doesn't even deserve a one star.

Coffee is okay at this location. Service is very slow sometimes taking 15 -20 mins for a single coffee order. Baking is always hard as rock.

I used to love coming here until I had a horrible experience. I was in drive thru and placed my order. When I came up to the window I was asked twice what my order was. I just placed my order at the order box. During that time a man that might have been a customer but I am not totally sure, came yelling about how the door was not open for his order. As soon as I recived my order it was awful, I ordered a espresso frappe and it tasted like burnt coffee blended with ice.

The drive-thru experience not so good. The Americano I had was burnt and tasted worse than cheap gas station coffee. Was my first from 2nd cup, will certainly be my last. Service was ... interesting. Certainly not great. I guess I was expecting more of a coffee shop experience. If you are, go somewhere else.

I went in to order a Matcha Latte with substitutions for cream and an artificial sweetener as I have a sugar restriction. I asked for heavy cream and the girl asked me what that is, so I tried to explain and she said they only had half and half, to which I said no...when we finally sorted some mediocre solution out for that I asked for the artificial sweetener, again she did not know what I was asking for. So I asked if they put sweetener or flavouring in the latte, to which she replied they do. So I said I need sugar free, to which I was advised they do not carry sugar free options. So I cancelled my order. If they can't provide or even understand basic dietary restrictions I may as well get my coffee at 7/11. Very disappointed with this high end coffee shop.

The man at the drive through window was incredibly proud of the smoothie he made which was so sweet and cute and totally made the experience and smoothie better. I could tell he was proud of his business and wanted to have a lasting impact. The smoothies were high quality with real fruit, and Second Cup offers vegan options in a city with limited vegan options which made me very happy.

Have good coffee and tea. Enjoyed what I've had here so far. I also like that there's a drive thru so I don't have to haul a cranky child inside to get a quick coffee. Best so far is that I've had is the Americano and the London fog.

They have an excellent group of well trained,, friendly baristas who provide excellent coffee based products. We usually get lattes and they're delicious. It's a well set up space with good plug in specifically for electronics. The food is okay, but that's not really a strength of Second Cup. We just keep going back.

My place to go for hot choco and speedy net connection. I get more work done here than waiting for my loser net connection at home, duhhh! It's hip, fresh and bright, quiet most of the time which is good for students doing their assignments and business professionals extending work outside of their office. And of course, the customer service is superb. Keep it up Second Cup:)

Coffee was good but watch your receipts. Cashier added her own tip and bypassed the total on the debit machine before she handed it to us. We also didn't get a receipt and were not asked if we wanted one. I then looked at the receipt beside the til and we noticed the total didnt match the til and it showed that a tip was added. Her associate came and asked what was going on and she did give us the money back. The customers before us noticed the same thing happened to them and were refunded too.

If your in a hurry in the morning go somewhere else. The interac machine offers the fastest service at this location, even when you use the drive thru. But otherwise the the coffee is good.

The staff is very friendly and quick. They have a good selection of both hot and cold drinks, and can make them with any of the non-dairy milks (oat is my favorite). I also really enjoyed their peanut butter cookies.

The worst experience ever. I like their coffee and other drinks. But specifically quance store server seems Asian (wearing glasses) doesnt even know how to behave with people. Need to understand what actually customer asking for. He was too arogant to not to listen anything from anybody. I dont even know how he became a server like this elegant restaurant? I recommend all other brunches other than this one as long as this guy in the store.

I used to enjoy coming here. Since the guy who has been working since corona started has been working I don't enjoy it much anymore. He has an attitude that's unnecessary and acts as if customers are an inconvenience. He gave us the wrong drink so we asked him to correct it and he acted as if it was our fault and did not apologize once. And the drink did not taste as good as it usually does. Clearly needs some customer service training and I don't think he's very familiar with how to make the drinks.

Got two drinks from here this morning and they were both terrible. I usually get the same drink and it's fine but this morning it looked like my drink was made with a very think chocolate milk and tastes terrible and the other drink I got was completely made wrong. Won't be going back to this location again!

I'm just tired of not getting a consistent drink. The other location is amazing. This one, 3 out of 5 drinks is not right. They frequently forget something in the order whether it's an extra shot in the drink or a food item. Its honestly worth the drive to the other location to get what you want. UPDATE: from 3 to 1 star. I stopped going to second cup because the nw location is out of the way and east is garbage... well, I gave east a chance during the pandemic. Other than when a 10 year old was running drive thru, service is awful and drinks are worse than ever. I honestly think they don't give you what you ask for, to maximize profit. How can a customer prove you didnt get the extra shot of espresso? No one is allowed in the to watch them make it. I'm so over this location. It's the worst.

Love the drive thru! - I went specificly for a $2.95 latte special - for the first time ever, I received poor service - I am pretty sure the lady operating the till was trying to short change on purpose - she would not tell me my total before taking my cash, and then she had a bit of attitude when I asked if she would please honor the promo price and correct my change. Usually the staff here is awesome!
