Both locations are such a treat. The staff and management/owners are amazing and the bevvies and snacks are delish. I love the atmosphere and will always suggest them to anyone who asks for a good local coffee shop/café.

I'm not a coffee drinker but go here with friends. Not a bad place. Near the river which in the summer is great because it has outdoor seating. The inside is clean and a good size. For coffee drinkers it's good.

I'm a fan of Dose and look forward to going to the guys for my latte. This was our first time at their new location. The environment is much darker inside and feels less inviting. Our drinks made this time didn't quite feel up to their usual. Likely from the ambience and delivery as opposed to quality.

Good pastries and drinks. I dinged them a star because I've been here 4 separate occasions where the shop still had 3 hours before closure and they ran out of drip coffee. They said they'd replace it with an Americano instead. As most people would know, coffee and americano have different flavor profiles. If you're trying to cater to a crowd that appreciate this difference, then I think it would be reasonable to expect to have drip coffee several hours before closing time. This is supposed to be a more upscale coffee shop, not timmies or Starbucks.

Loved the atmosphere here and the coffee was great! I’m excited to try more from the menu :) I do wish that the menu was posted on their website, but other than that I would recommend this place 100% and I’m excited to come in more frequently! Also has anyone tried their cold brew I’m interested in giving it a try but cold brew isn’t always a hit for me.

Same owner and staff (from what I've heard) so they're consistent with the downtown location! This is like the dark room version of the downtown location because the cafe is literally painted black. I really love this! Super aesthetic. This location is calmer than the downtown one, likely because not many people are around Riverfront for business or school, but this location is a treat! You can sit outside the cafe and enjoy a view of the river and see Bower ponds. Very quiet location! Drinks shown here are the espresso in the back and a chai tea (you pour it into a small cup!) Both are enjoyable! A perk at this location that's different than downtown os2if you request for water your barista will serve it in a tall glass pitcher with a stick of charcoal in it. This makes for a very refreshing palate cleanser! Snack shown is from the summer! An example of their creativeness! This was a peach frosty that they made in shop! Sooooo so good! They make delicious treats at random in the summer so watch for their posts!!

I was passing through Red Deer and decided to stop here for a latte based on their good reviews. I thought it was just okay. It didn't seem like the most inviting environment and the service was mediocre and a little slow considering they weren't making many drinks when I arrived. I was impressed that they manually weighed out the espresso for every shot and my latte tasted great but think the overall experience could use some work from the service side.

Environment is great but I can tell the male staff who was not too welcoming when three of our party arrived at 4:30pm (store close at 5). My mocha frap taste like a cup of ice with very little favour. Not impressed with the experience.
