I was amazed at the first milk tea that I tried from them. The pearl was unique, it just burst in your mouth and the mango just has the right amount of sweetness to it. Their purple yam milk tea is a must-have if you're gonna visit. Nice staff as well. Good job, BesTeas. ????

My new go to milk tea place!! No need to drive to Calgary just to get a good milk tea. I tried the roasted oolong pearl, purple yum, Avocado latte and the taiwan mango yogurty yakult so far they’re all good and tasty, PURPLE YUM and AVOCADO LATTE IS A MUST TRY. REALLY LOVE IT. ???????????????? they have lots of choices and its good because they have choices of sugar level too. Very clean place. Super love it. ????????????????????????????????

Finally!!!! I found the best Milk Tea Cafe in town!! I don’t need to go to Calgary or Edmonton cos we got it here in Red deer!! I love the ambiance of the store, the friendly staff and most specially their menu!! Got lots of choices. My favourite is the Fresh Avocado Latte and the Fresh Purple Yum Ube Latte, but i love the strawberry twirl and the oreo cheesecake and many more.. gosh i am so addicted!! Like many others, I used to travel to Calgary to get good bubble tea. Now, people from Calgary travel to Red Deer for good bubble tea! Lots of new bubble tea places have popped up in town recently and I want to support all of them but damn, Bestea makes that tough to do. I find myself only going to Bestea! Flavours and customer service are top-notch. Online ordering is convenient. First taste of the Fresh Purple Yam Ube Latte everybody's been ordering: I thought its flavor was plain and texture rather odd. I didn't understand why my GF liked it so much. HOWEVER, after trying it a second time, I found myself really liking it and craving it more and more. Might be weird at first but it grows on you FAST. Before you know it, you're like me and crave the Fresh Purple Yam Ube Latte everyday, sell your house and file for bankruptcy just to ensure you can afford your new addiction of three Fresh Purple Yam Ube Lattes a day. Dislikes this place: - people that don't like trying new things - competitors - my bank account Loves this place: - everyone else 10/10. Go try it out already!

Best bubble tea in Red Deer, AB!!! I've been a fan of bubble tea for a while but this place is by far my favourite, they offer robust array of bubble tea blends and flavors to choose from. We were heading back to Edmonton from Calgary and decided to have a quick stop at Red Deer to try this talked-about bubble tea place and it did not disappoint, now this place will be my bubble tea go to whenever im going for a drive to Red Deer and Calgary area. The store itself is well put together, you will enjoy looking at their small sized aquarium with great colorful small fish collection while waiting for your order. They also have a photobooth with the brands background logo. The owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly, will let you sample stuff. I had the Avocado Latte with pearls and LOVED it, it was made perfectly not too sweet and the pearls chewy and sweet. My mom got an Ube-Macapuno with pearls and it was DELICIOUS. I'm getting all excited just thinking about this place, love love love it! Can't wait to be back and try other blends. Definitely recommend this place.

The drinks are very good. Just wanna give a 4 star because it needs improvement for line ups. Because last time I was here, they were exceeding the amount of people allowed to be inside and we were sent out back in our car to wait. And the last people who were in the line up end up staying inside to wait even though we came in first. I think If they know they are going to exceed people, they should figure something out already. I know they get super busy with the amount of people and orders that come in, but I think there’s also room for improvements.

Hello Bestea! That's how you're greeted as you walk into this super-cute, too-kawaii-to-be-true bubble tea shop that's brand new (as of 2021) to Red Deer. While the menu consists solely of drinks, there are TONS of options available, and you can choose between plenty of modifiers, such as sweetness levels, the amount of ice, and different additives like oreos and cheesecake. Looking for a coffee fix? There's a tea for that. Looking for something super refreshing? Yup, they've got you covered. Don't want any solids in your drink? Well, you're probably wrong, but they can do that too! The interior of the shop is clean, bright, and modern with it's own BESTEA photo wall, perfect for the instagram-able moments or the newest TikTok dance with great lighting to boot. Since it'll take a few minutes to put the drink together, it will give you a few minutes to optimize that photo or put the finishing touches on your shuffle. Oh, and cute mascots. They've got that down too. Overall, definitely recommend this place since it brings some much-needed vibrancy and diversity to the downtown core. 5 Stars!

I really love this place and have gone several times since opening. They have so many great flavors & the staff are very friendly. However, the only disappointing thing was that my friend and I brought in our own bubble tea cups and we weren’t able to use them because they weren’t the “Bestea” reusable cups. I’m only writing this because I would love to keep supporting, but I don’t want to keep wasting plastic when not necessary and I’m trying to find a way to make this change.

My favorite is Passion fruit diet tea, its really refreshing and delicious. The owner is nice and friendly. And there are lots of flavors in the menu you can choose from, go and see it for yourselves. If we will have the chance, we will definitely stop over and try their new drinks. We came here three days in a row last week, if that’s any representation of how amazing this place is. The staff are super friendly and helpful in picking from their many flavours. Before Bestea, there was no good option for bubble/milk tea in Red Deer. Everything I’ve tried so far has been amazing. The Taro Cheesecake, fresh Purple yam ube latte and fresh coco mango latte are the three choices I’ve had and each had a complex yet enjoyable flavour, they hit spot on for texture and had the perfect amount or pearls for the drink. If you’ve tried bubble tea in red deer before, you’ll understand the frozen/stuck together pearls issue many places seem to have, that hasn’t been an issue here at all. Bestea is definitely the place to be for milk tea in red deer, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

It's okay. I go there when the other places are closed at night. The girl tonight was rude. --- I thought the girl turned to the kitchen to snicker and make fun of me with her friend. Stressful time for everyone. Many people are frustrated with all the restrictions and take it out on the staff. Sorry about the misunderstanding. I would be careful though. In Germany, someone even shot the clerk who asked him to put the mask on. Many places now just let the bylaw officers sort it out and tell employees not to ask such any more. I do have a legit exemption.

I went there with my friends yesterday for the first time because they kept on telling me to come check this out. Tried their new mascarpone tiramisu latte and it was the bomb!!!!! I'm glad that they have a non dairy option for people like me. Will definitely come here often! We love how we are greeted us as well! Hello Bestea! it just made our day! :) I love their photo booth area, we love the fall season vibe! <3
