What an amazing experience i had at this place!!! I had a flat tire on my litlle car and no spare one, was out of town,needing to get back home, the front desk manager and mechanic did beyond (and more !!)to help me out, and they found the tire for me in within hour... so i was able to get back home. Wow Excellent customer service and treatment! I highly recomend this place!

Everyone was polite, and happy go lucky. Just didnt like to have to wait, when I had an appointment, it should've been on time. That's y appointments are made. But due to an accident that is why it was at 230pm instead of 2pm. But over all at least it was a happy environment. And their little dog was just so adorable,,, lol even came up onto my lap. Lol

Incredible service from a great group of guys. Travelling through on our way to PG. lost a tire on an RV and damn near took the rim. Helped with a broken stud, fixed the rim, and two new tires. They were busy but managed to get us back in the road fast. Highly recommend.

Awesome customer service, we dropped off a fleet of 10 HVAC vans Friday night, To get our tires changed over on Saturday. Ray was outstanding at the front. pretty reasonable. They fixed my bent drive shaft with little charge other then that of the new/used driveshaft and they got us in with very little wait. Went back in with a broken tire sensor, and they fixed it then and there, and have gone back for 4 other flat tires and they have been pretty good to fix them then and there. A little more pricey then other places because they patch and seal it so its roughly 45$ for a flat repair. overall, pretty good.

i received a set of winter tires from fountain tire in quesnel. they were having issues with ONE valve stem during the install and fiddled around with it for about half an hour. afterwards they called it good and sent me and my family down through the Fraser canyon with a leaking stem. my car is new 2012 and its likely they damaged the valve themselves considering it was only one and they were the first to touch it since i drove it off the lot. When i called them they basically told me to go to the dealer with 80 dollars in hand and have a nice day. adding to the already 1000 price tag. thanks i will never shop there again, customer service indeed

Had my vehicle towed here by CAA after it broke down on the Barkerville Highway. They were closed since it was the holiday Monday of August long weekend. Thought the alternator had gone however they diagnosed it as a shorted out battery. I called them the next morning and gave them my info and they had it done within the day which was appreciated and also dropped it off at the Greyhound station for me to pick up when I bused down from Prince George. The bill was just shy of $400 for diagnosis and a new battery. Was never told the problem wasn't the alternator and they decided to put a top of the line battery in without telling me. Paid it over the phone and came and got it. Still suffering from sticker shock the next day I began looking into the list price of the battery, when I called Kelly (the manager) to tell him I thought I had been overcharged he told me he didn't buy it from the distributor and that he had done me a favour giving me a 25% discount and then said never to come back to his shop and hung up on me. His original list was $319, I paid $239, manufacturers list was $201, manufacturer list was on sale at $157. His supplier in Quesnel would have sold it to me for $180, with no store account. Was not happy with the customer service.

I've been to this store numerous times and the service is great!!!! Very accommodating!!! Really enjoy dealing with Robert...his cheerful nature is just what someone in customer service should have!! I have the Goodyear adventure tires on both our Yukons and the Goodyear Assurance tires on our Kia Sedona mini van and would definitely buy these tires again!! UPDATE: October 23,2020 Had a tire problem and Rob helped me out and did not charge me!!! Top notch!!! Thanks so much Rob!! Appreciated the help!

After spinning out of control on a patch of black ice heading home along the 97 badly damaging my truck, in a strange place I was at a loss for what to do. Fountain tire was suggested by some locals. I had my truck towed there. I can honestly say from the get go Rob was on the ball. Provided me damage updates, parts pricing and was an all around great guy. Even after Purolator screwed up the parts delivery order "losing a key component" Rob stayed dedicated to my truck working well over the regular listed hours to get me back on the road. He also stayed true to his word keeping the cost down and the total bill was very reasonable. I don't know about other fountain tires but, this one is great. Thanks again for the excellent service!

Amazing customer service. Mostly dealt with Jarratt (Sorry if that's the wrong spelling) and he definitely deserves a raise. Would give more stars if possible. Went in to get my block heater checked out, it wasn't working and they ended up replacing it right then and there and for a great price. Will definitely be a returning customer.
