What a weird place. I’m new to farming and animals, so I ask for a list of the feed and supplements they sell and they said they don’t do that. They don’t have website. So I asked to take photo of the menu board for so I can go home and go through some of the things they supply. And she said that I’m not allowed to take photo. That makes no sense and if they are a business who want to help community and farmers I don’t understand why they make it hard. Ridiculous.

Only thing I don't like is some things that are on sale are not carried in store. This doesn't help if you want to view the item before it's ordered or purchased.

Don't bother to phone to find out if they have an item in stock. They will hang up on you. Most of the time they don't have anything what is in the flyer and ordering it means a lot of coaxing to get them to order it. Overpriced, poor supply, and poor service equals shop somewhere else, in my opinion.

This place is supposed to be the place for us farmers to get «service» but it turns out some of the stuff dont know what they are doing . The only thing they are good at is to jogg people around and to not give any answers on any help e person needs . I thought talking to a worker in chanrge would make things easy but when i found out the lady in charge named Jeniffer she did not want to even take a conversation under consideration just ignore a costumer and adress the problem somewhere else . Very poor costumer service from some of the representatives . They should help ppl not waste their time. I would not go back to this place again

It was very disappointing. We went to pay for our farm equipment and the lines were nonsensical. As my husband waited for a cashier to open up several customers barged infront of him. This happened last time he went as well so its not a new thing. If you plan on going here make sure you set aside lots of time because youll spend it waiting around.

I made a special trip to buy two bags of Black Oil Sunflower Seeds on sale as per the recent flyer dated Oct. 24 - Oct. 30, 2019. The cashier said they didn't have any available and did not even receive any bags at all!! This has happened before with regards to the National Flyer with other items as well, I go to the store to purchase an item in the flyer and it never even arrived to the local store. Pretty pathetic in my opinion and they should at least offer a rain check in this situation.
