Great bubble teas, and friendly staff. They also have milkshake-style bubble teas. My favourite is the cookies and cream with tapioca pearls, thats loaded with whipped cream.

Ordered the warm Roasted Milk Tea with bubbles. The taste of the tea was good, however the bubbles were way too soft, mushy and they are coming apart. No chewiness at all. Definitely not anywhere near to what regular bubbles in a cup of bubble tea should have been. UPDATE: A staff saw my review and immediately made a cold version of the bubble tea which I had ordered and gave it to me before I left the store. He explained that the bubbles may be mushy because I had ordered the warm tea, thus, he gave me another cup of cold tea with bubbles free of charge for me to try. Unfortunately, the bubbles in that cold cup of tea were still too mushy for me. They weren't as mushy as the bubbles in the warm cup, but they were still not chewy at all. I applaud the customer service of that staff though, he handled the situation professionally and tried his best to make his customer happy.

I absolutely love this place. The drinks are really good. Wait time isn't terribly long and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. The baristas are kind and polite and you can really tell that effort is put in yo make everthing great.

I got to see the owners go from their smaller shop off Victoria to expanding to Spurceland. The bubble tea quality has enhanced significantly since their opening. They're getting better and better each day and offering special drinks as well!!

Small bubble tea cafe. There is a good selection of bubble tea just as if you were ordering an individualized coffee. The location is actually over by Spruceland mall. This is their old location.

Love this place with all my heart. The drinks are always amazing! It can be pricey but definitely something to have every now and then. I wish they had samples though because sometimes I don’t want to risk paying so much for a drink I don’t like.

I love this place. It’s always nice to come here with friends. The staff are kind and there are so many bubble tea options! I also tried the bubble waffles recently and they are also delicious.

Had a bubble waffle stuffed with bacon and cheese, topped with Nutella, strawberries, banana slices, whipped cream and maple syrup. It was all very good. Definitely going back

Good prompt service and good tasting tea, but paying extra for bubbles that have clearly boiled way too long seems a bit unfair to the customer. The bubbles in a good bubble tea should be soft and chewy, not soft and disintegrating into the drink, with a consistency of soft pudding.

Yum the fresh fruit bubble tea smoothies are amazing. They have a great selection of treats for the bottom of the cup. Waffles are tasty too and fun to share.

They are behind a pharmacy on Victoria Street. Google Maps sends you to the right place but you can't see it from the road so it's easy to drive past. It was well worth the search though :) , the tea is awesome and it's a nice little cafe to hang out at.

Love this place, I started going here for the bubble tea but swapped over to the Frappes, The snow mint and Ferro one are my favorite and definitely recommend. The atmosphere is also great, usually pretty quiet and relaxing.

I always love bubble tea and the couple who runs the place are awesome and I feel home with the place and my cousin said to try their hotdog waffle and I did today, taste like heaven as I don't really eat waffles but I ate it all and will order it again

The staff are wonderful and the service is speedy, but I was highly disappointed with my bubble tea order today. The taro taste in my milk tea was nonexistent and the drink was bland. If I wanted an iced milk drink I wouldn't have paid over $6.00. I'm from out of town but I will skip this place when I come back again for a bubble tea fix.

I’ve had their smoothies and bubble tea both very good. Large selection of add-ons(pearls). Prices are high so I couldn’t give 5 star. But definitely a place to go for a treat.
