I'd like to take a moment to give props and thanks to Denny's Prince George. I have had some great times here and it is all thanks to their exceptional staff, especially Ana. She is a rockstar that deserves nothing but praise from the management. Everytime, no matter how busy or crazy it is, she goes above and beyond the standard of servers and makes us feel at home. Every experience that we have with her makes us want to come into the restaurant more and more.

I just got home from a great experience at Denny's in PG, BC. The food was delicious and the service outstanding; our server took the time to visit for just a few moments and treat us as guests. Her smile was contagious and dialogue involved some good human time spent together. We will plan some future travel to this Denny's as we live in the area. We just hope she will be our server again.

Staff is pleasant and the restaurant is clean. My only real complaint is that whenever I go there to eat, which is only a few times a year, they're always out of different food supplies. Today it was steak and peanut butter packages. Before it was chicken and a vegetable and so on. Makes ordering a meal a bit challenging, especially when it's a meat that they don't have as that can effect a lot of the meals on the menu.

EDIT 2: Everything is great again! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Great service and excellent food 24/7. EDIT: My only complaint is that the server, Jesse, will sit and eat with customers... This is highly unprofessional and incredibly awkward. Please stop... ORIGINAL: Amazing place to grab some late-night food and hang with your mates. Food was phenomenal and the service was great! 9/10

French vanilla crepe with fresh strawberries! The crepe tasted better than own homemade ones. My new favorite! Creamy vanilla filling, strawberries and light dusting of sugar.

We came here for breakfast with our family. Everyone was kind and happy. The chef made our youngest breakfast and brought it out to us so they didn't have to wait (at no extra cost). The food was great and we felt very welcome.

The Denny's PG management should be so honoured to have such a spectacular server in Ana. She just made my day. She is the most incredible server I have ever had anywhere. She is attentive, friendly, and warm, always making her customers feel comfortable, even in the age of covid. I even go so far to request her know, because I know that she is the best server in the entire restaurant. I have had some less-than-best service in the time I have spent at Denny's PG, but Ana more than makes up for that. She is spectacular. Management better hold onto that one ????

Will not go back to Denny's!!! The service was unsatisfactory . The food was cold and dry. Most likely from sitting for awhile as we had to wait 30 mins for the meal itself. Our waitress did not check on our table. Asked 2 different staff to correct our order. Which took another 20 mins. Left very disappointed in a restaurant I really enjoyed prior to today's experience

Stopped in for Saturday morning brunch and had a great experience! The waitress was an absolute joy, our coffee was always topped up and our food was picture perfect and hit the spot. Whoever is managing this Denny’s is doing an amazing job!

It's Denny's, you can't really expect more than 3 stars from their food or service. They frequently miss items on takeout orders, food is greasy and bland. Like I said though, it's Denny's - you don't go here expecting the best meal.

Food was good but the server Angela V was very rude to her coworkers and purposely tried making them look bad in front of customers. We also had a lovely lady named Samantha help us after being there for 10 minutes without being helped by our server Angela just so we could get drinks.

Mmm open tell midnight. Was so hungry when arrived here in pg. This was open yet when got checked 8n n close to our hotel we stayed. Thank you for open all night. Yum was delicious meals

Good service, passable food, clean. Covid hit these guys pretty hard but despite the reduced hours it's still a solid diner expierience. There are others, of coarse, but unless you're a local you won't know where to find them.

Give me the hungry, the lonely, the far away from home people on a cloudy Friday night around midnight. Great service, fresh coffee, delicious green smoothie, great selection of comfort food. Parking is a little bit adventurous after 10pm because the hotels around are not offering enough parking space for their guests. But imagine: Denny's is open 24/7! Breakfast for dinner... life is good.

Denny's is absolutely fantastic, and pancakes eaten at 4 am are undeniably better than when eaten at any other point in the day. I would reccomend this establishment to anyone who asks where to get breakfast in Prince George

Super packed on Sunday. Must be the 55+ benefits for our elderly. Food was pretty awesome. Short of whip cream on the pancakes. But the waitress was overly accommodating which we all love too see. Will be stopping in again.

This is the second time that my family and I came here in about 2 months. The first time we never got service. We left after about 15 minutes and the host was " hope everything was good". The second time eggs, ham and even toast are under cooked. Told our waiter and he said "oh" and walked away. I will never be coming back.

I had 2 eggs over easy with hash browns and sausage link, however the hash browns were very greasy (dripping) and the sausage link were tiny but awful taste very dry. I haven't ever had this issue at most other Dennys. Maybe the cook was having a BAD DAY!

If I could give 0 stars I could, I phoned beforehand asking the hours, I got told 4am was their closing hours. I made sure like 2 times before actually going in. I went in at 3AM and they said they were closed. And I showed them that their hours said 4AM and they said “nope were closed” and she was this chubby blonde girl being super rude, no help at all. Told her I phoned beforehand.

Whenever we go to this location, the staff really only seem to care to get you in and out of your booth. The food was as decent, but the staff never checked on us. They took our orders got us our food, and only came back to ask if our bills were separate or together, I had to go up to bug them for a refill on my coffee.

Please do not order double cheese burger from this place. Bland and greasy. Cost saving on salt and pepper??!! Should have gone to Burger king instead. I was denied dine in because I did not know about the need for a vaccine card. It was too late by the time I managed to have it downloaded on the phone. Ended up having to eat from the box though I was in the restaurant. Was offered a ketchup bottle. Took it. It was a great help with the burger and unsalted fries. Update: Called the number shown in the reply. Lady who picked up has no clue after I explained twice as to why I am calling. What a farce? I ended the call saying 'never mind'. She replied 'you are welcome'!!

Server was awesome. The cooks who made the nachos were terrible, only slightly heated. Felt weird with unmelted cheese on the plate at 1am in the morning. Too tired to complain after driving all day. I should’ve said something. Took some pepto tablets just in case.

Had fantastic service on March 8th at the Prince George Dennys. The place was a little busy and there was only one server. Her name was Kaydee I think. She was as quick as she could be and she even made sure to come back and check on us multiple times. She was super friendly too which I appreciated. I saw two other workers with her and they all seemed to be working hard together to make sure everyone was taken care off. The food was a little disappointing because the portion sizes seemed a bit small for the price (which is why I didn't give 5 stars) but it did taste good. So I will definitely be back.

I came in with my family on a very busy day and our server Kayla was amazing! She made sure to not only give us excellent service but also went out of her way to chat with us and make us feel like we were her centre of attention. It was very busy and she was running but never made us feel rushed. Way to go Kayla!

Sat down and had to wait a half hour then I started just flagging random employees down to take our order. I had a toddler with me she did'nt give us a kids menu till way later. We didn't get copies of the menu we had to pass one menu around our tables. I finally demanded the server send our waiter over. Our waiter was slow and didn't come by with cutlery when we got our food. Food took a long time. No extra napkins for the baby. once we ate i just wanted to leave right away. then i saw 3 waitresses taking turns with one machine to pay. I had to wait a half hour to pay. There seemed to be many things broken, the handsanitizer at the front, the claw game by the door and the other debit machines.

Props to the Manager on site today who had an extremely rude customer who was simply looking for a fight. He put up with the rude customers insults and stayed calm, apologized numerous times and even provided a refund to the customer. The situation was dealt with very professionally and I hope the staff did not take any of this to heart! Service was great :)

Had brunch here the other week and the service and food were fantastic! The Strawberry Crepes were delicious, highly recommend those to anyone. Brianna was our server and did a very good job. Despite being extremely busy that day, service was friendly and prompt. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy guests. Will be back for sure! :)

Doesn't even rate a star. I will never visit Denny's in Prince George again. Super slow service. Food was definitely not up to par. My sister didn't get her meal. Apparently it was dropped. After 25 minutes still no replacement. Really disgusted.

Our wait staff was so great at Denny's she was on the ball. I went there for my birthday to get my grand slam but you can get $11 off any meal if it's your birthday and you can show ID. We had the best waitress ever. She didn't miss a thing. My husband had a burger and I had country fried chicken w white sauce and mashpotatoes it was so good, I think it was powdered potatoes with skin? But everything g else was so yummy. I had two beer they have beer here. They staff was cleaning in-between customers, there's hand sanitizer and dividers. It's wheel chair accessible the parking lot is older and it might be a bit rough, there's power doors kinda small entrance but once you got past the front door it opens up. I think you can enter the attached hotel and enter the restaurant threw that way it maybe easier for accessibility. Our food was cooked very fast served hot and was enjoyable. I'll see you next year on my birthday ???? as it's the only place e in pg that I know of that does birthday ???? ???? discounts!! Thanks again to the great staff she made it the best cheap dinner ever. ????

the worst service I have had in a restaurant in prince george avoid coming to this place, the food is delicious, and unfortunately it is the only Denys in the whole city but they have a terrible service, the waitress took almost 30 minutes to take our order and when she finally brought us our food,she forgot dishes that we had ordered and we had already been waiting for almost an hour, the manager was very incompetent, that's why the waitresses give a terrible service! improve your customer service and management team

Stopped for a nice brunch - what can I say - It's Denny's so the food was great. Covid protocols were clearly posted and staff were very accommodating. Our waitress (Katrina) was fantastic - has one of the best customer service attitudes I've seen in a very long time. Now if they could get that cook to not be stingy with the hashbrowns they could get 6 stars.
